Hello. I am currently hanging for about 2 complete months, started manual PE in May. I am doing a max hang at 3 kg, i have tested 7kg once, 5kg 2-3 times in the first 1 week of my hanging experience just out of curiosity. I use ADS/ADH as well by hanging 0.5kg and positioning it in stretching modes as i sit around in my chair(left leg-right leg-upwards-outwards). I don t have a hanger, i just use an ID Card Neck Cord - small wraps i cut out/socks - bodybuilding weights(0.5kg-1kg-2.5kg), and it works great for me, i am gaining, and it doesn t hurt or discomfort me at all, i just need to wrap it up more when using heavier weights.
This is my first post in this thread, i wanted to ask you guys, do you think i am hanging too little?? I do 10hours/week, but how much time do you guys hang with 2.5kg + weight??? I don t do more than 30min-1hour tops and then i use smaller weights as i want to increase gradually.
