Hanging Tough

Aha ..

Tried a different sleeve.. The extra thick one and one wrap of theraband..

Then found a lipstick like glue stick for fabric in the Wife s sewing kit.

Running some glue on the inside of the BIB

Now have a really secure connection.

Sadly the extra thick soft sleeve is prone to tearing

Dammit ..

Want to try soaking the member w dmso but then kinda don’t want to use baby powder immediately following.. Dilemma .

Is there an advantage to hanging instead of a static traction device/all day extender? Obviously hanging is less time, but is there a consensus as to which most people find better?

I personally believe that weight hanging provides a distinct advantage over a static traction device. Primarily because of the heavier amounts of traction that can be generated with weight hanging, that is not to say that a “static traction device/all day extender doesn’t have a beneficial place in your penis enlargement routine. It really boils down physics, and the biological makeup of the penis itself.

I’ve been wrestling with a conundrum back and forth. Basically it boils down to: How do I maximize my total gain potential. The question I’m asking myself is what between hanging and extending first is the choice that gives the maximum total gains when time is not a factor. Lets say person A begins extending today and gains 1,5 inches from extending for 2 years and then can’t gain from extending anymore. Person B begins hanging today and gains 2 inches after 2 years until appreaciable gains stop.

Then will person A be able to switch to hanging and gain more than another 0,5 inches and thus surpass the total length gain of person B?

Just asking for the optimal lifetime strategy to in whatever way is the best get the most length gains until appreciable gains stop. Because obviously at some point within a few years you hit a stop in gains.

Through hanging you can have ligament gains and tunica gains. But extender will never have ligament gains.

Ligament gains depend on every individual men genetics, most hangers gains are through ligament gains because those are easy, thus the first focus of what Bib advises.

Thank you alot. Do you think in other words I’m not “wasting” potential gains by not extending. So if I start hanging I’m not going to skip 1 inch that I could have gotten from an extender + hanging approach?

I guess I never thought of it that way, but you may be right.

I’ve thought of this question as a time vs force question: which is better - less force over a longer period, or more force over a shorter period? From my experience, I think that low force/longer time can generate good initial gains, but I found that I needed more force to get past the newbie plateau. I’d also say that I think it is better to start out with a lower stress PE routine than hanging. Manual exercises, an extender, an ADS device (or a combination of these) are good things to do at the beginning. After the rate of gains start to slow, hanging, pumping, and clamping may be worth a try.

Hello. I am currently hanging for about 2 complete months, started manual PE in May. I am doing a max hang at 3 kg, i have tested 7kg once, 5kg 2-3 times in the first 1 week of my hanging experience just out of curiosity. I use ADS/ADH as well by hanging 0.5kg and positioning it in stretching modes as i sit around in my chair(left leg-right leg-upwards-outwards). I don t have a hanger, i just use an ID Card Neck Cord - small wraps i cut out/socks - bodybuilding weights(0.5kg-1kg-2.5kg), and it works great for me, i am gaining, and it doesn t hurt or discomfort me at all, i just need to wrap it up more when using heavier weights.

This is my first post in this thread, i wanted to ask you guys, do you think i am hanging too little?? I do 10hours/week, but how much time do you guys hang with 2.5kg + weight??? I don t do more than 30min-1hour tops and then i use smaller weights as i want to increase gradually.

The 3 legged stool for maximum PE gains

How many times have you heard that “variety is the spice of life”? All too often we get pigeon holed into thinking there’s only one way to accomplish something. Think of how many different diet plans there are and each pundit stating their way is the best.

When is comes to finding your full potential in PE gains it’s my opinion that a variety of exercises should be employed to bring about a synergistic effect and promote gains in both length and girth. The foundation is built like a three legged stool, which consists of:
#1 - Traditional hand exercises (including Jelqing).
#2 - Weight Hanging
#3 - Pumping

Of course there are other sub categories within each group. Things like using an ADS would fall under weight hanging in that it generates traction. Clamping is an advanced variation of hand exercises.
Constantly changing things up helps to keep your penis from adapting to the workload. Doing the same thing week after week, month after month will limit your progress. So experiment with these three components and use your imagination. Always use discretion, learn you body! PE is very intuitive and just because you read a post from someone outlining a routine that promoted great gains, don’t assume you can duplicate it and experience the same results. That man may have several years of PE training and would be considered an advanced trainer, while you might be just getting started with less than two months of training.

After watching lg hanger customer review and a guy gaining 1 inch in 6 months I’m not so sure, maybe you actually gain easier by not having PE experience? Its so hard to know imo.

I seen that video too and was about to refer to it before I saw you mention it. I’m glad LG hanger joined this forum as his blog is informative and people say its the best hanger. I think no one ever needs to go beyond 3-4kg hanging, I am currently on my 9th day hanging, at 1.9kg right now and I see gains already.

I got scammed for 30$ buying this medium set + one large sleeve, when I could have got a better set with longer sleeves for 10$ less on Alibaba Penis enlargement system stretcher pump enlarger hanger enhancement phallosan set ,male enlarger , penis extender|Pumps & Enlargers| - AliExpress Eh.

I advice anyone not to waste 300+ $ for a hanger before trying these chinese ones for 20$, if nothing else, for smaller weights and to get some experience.

Just an FYI - the LG Hanger will allow you to hang over 25 lbs. if you so desire.

4 Kg is a little less than 9 lbs. and would not be considered excessive. I typically warm up with 8 lbs for 10 minutes before graduating to heavier weight. That being said it is highly advisable to not jump to heavier weights before you’re ready. When I started my hang training I did so with only 3 lbs., and it took me three full months of dedicated training to work my way up to the 8 lb. level. Another 3 months before I was up to 12 lbs.

I caution users to NOT swing weight. The reason is because it spikes the vacuum pressure at the bottom of the swing arc. Think of it like swinging a bucket of water in a full 360* degree circle. The amount of centrifical force required to keep the water in the bucket increases at the bottom of the arc, and the same thing happens when you swing weight. Doing this will likely produce a blister. If you want to increase the intensity of the hang try using a Fulcrum bar across your thighs. Position it as closely as you can under the bottom side of your penis, if done correctly it will push your testicles back. The fulcrum will really isolate the pull at the suspensory ligament pubic bone attachment zone. Only do a Fulcrum for 15 minute sessions, as it will hinder circulation. You can also move the fulcrum bar along the length of your penile shaft to directly target the stretch at the pivot point of the fulcrum.

I know LG hanger can hang 25 lb and that’s far more than I ever want to hang. I HOPE I will be able to induce growth with lower weights and longer sets + heat. As for swinging I swing slowly so centrifugal force (F = mv²/r) is minimal.

I am hanging using a ID Card Neck Cord, attaching the weights to it and tieing it to my penis after with good wrapping, do you think i could gain better with a regular hanger?? I am currently doing maximum 3.5 kg sets…??
