I’ve been hanging a lot lately and have yet to see any significant bpfsl increase in 2 weeks maybe and i wanted to ask you guys if i am overdoing or anything.

I am currently at 3,5kg max weight doing SD BTC angles and managed 26hours of hanging in 8 days 1 of being a rest day in which i only hanged 0,5-1kg for 30-50minutes.

Any thoughts? I’ve been managing 15+hours each week for the last 3 weeks.

I’ve also been jelqing more often and i’ve reached the point where i have increased my jelq session by 10 minutes minimum(20-35min per session) because of the good PI’s i felt and the girth gains i’ve seen recently, could that be counterproductive? Could it be good seeing that you are advised as a hanger to jelq after EACH session of hanging?..i don’t do that everytime, jelq 5days on 1-2 rest, depending on how i feel.

Just wondering what hangers are using for weights.. Is there anything one can buy from a athletic store that would work good for a clamp on style hanger like the Bib.

Is your BiB fitted with a hook on the end? If so you can used a doubled ended clasp and hook one end to the BiB and the other end to your weight. If you’re interested in a weight arbor that will easily hold over 30 lbs. We have one. It comes with ten pounds of weight - two 2 1/2 lb plates and four 1 1/4 lb plates. Up to 18lbs with that one. Silicone glans wrap with a hardy thick silicone stealth over the vacuum vessel. No blistering if done correctly and the 2 I got was from being greedy. Blistered for 2 days tops, I punctured and anti- biotic them.

Prolly one of the most comfortable hangers I have tried.

I started here in the forum a year ago.. I watched and experimeted a year before that.

I hope this question isnt out of place. But I’ve had a red ring around top of my shaft thats sorts become permanent. It became more visible from fulcrum hanging. I did just recently come off a 3 week break of hanging though the ring is still there. It doesnt hurt, though I’m wondering if I should be concerned. Thanks all.

What do you mean by “red ring”?

Skin redness, because of the tight hanger grip?

Foreskin redness?

I don’t understand, especially the part when you say it’s become permanent, as in, it wasn’t always there, it appeared out of nowhere, it has become permanent due to hanging…right?

Oh thanks for reply.. I got a ring that’s developed over top on top of shaft yes basically its kinda become of the landscape down there. I don’t think it had to do with tight grip-I think it came more as a result of fulcrum hanging.

What’s up everyone I am in search of some hanging guidance , after 3 months of manuals pe and just about 3/16th of gain I’ve considered that is the most my ligaments will offer me. So I’m on to hanging with a bib starter, but I feel like I am in a weird scenario with my LOT and flacid hang ? If anyone experienced hanger could clear things up for me that be great if not I’ll just continue to read and learn everyday,thanks guys!

I haven’t grown BPFSL in over a month. I am currently hanging SD and BTC, for about 3-4 months from a total of 6 months of PE. Should i change the angle?

I gained from manual stretching as well, outwards and upwards…should I start OTS and SO angles?
