I’m sure you can wrap in a way no stretch is on the skin, but how comfortable is it and does it cut off circulation. These are two factors where vacuum hanging is no 1.

Believe it or not I grown full 1cm in first 10 days of hanging, going up from 1,2kg to 2,3kg. I started 2-3h a day and now do 4-5h a day under heat pad. These are clearly ligament gains, but I don’t see any serious lowering of erection angle of which I worried, I had 95% erection this morning and it was as usual at 10-11. Before hanging when I measured correctly I was just under 14cm NBPEL, now I’m at 15cm, maybe bit above. I doubt tunica can grow so quickly so these must be ligament gains, I wonder how far these can go and I hope it can go at least another inch, even at cost of losing some erection angle since I’m hanging SD.

Nixxx, The LG Hanger uses a very small amount of vacuum pressure to ensure a seal between the silicon sleeve and your penis. That’s what holds it on. It will not compromise your blood flow as a noose would. Blood flow is very important when hanging.

You addressed the wrong person, I’m already using a vacuum hanger, never used a noose. You wanted to address user train spot.

Why is blood flow so important when hanging? FWIW i am 2-3 months into hanging like this and gained 2+cm bpfsl 1+cm bpel and still gaining…

I don t have too much money at the moment, should i make myself an LG hanger, seems pretty easy with the right stuff??

I wrap it with 2 or 3 cloths made out of a t shirt + 1 sock cloth, when using weights over 2 kg(sometimes adding a boxing wrap underneath all these wraps=super safe), and i don t really feel too much blood restriction either, i was thinking of making a hanger with a swiming cap like in the tutorial on this site..Do you guys think it can hold 3kg or more??

I honestly wouldn’t be overly concerned about your erection angle and much as you should be putting an emphasis on erection quality (hardness). During intercourse your erection angle will not remain static, as you change positions your angle of entry will change too. That’s a benefit for you, in that you can enjoy a variety of positions with enhanced mobility. Think of your penis like a manual 5 speed stick shift…. LoL, no position is unattainable.

Just get a chinese one for god’s sake. Haven’t tried this one but sleeves look big and nice. It seems to be on a discount for 3 more days. It doesn’t seem to have pump included tho.

Keeping it as high as possible, as well as keeping a curve is desirable visual wise and hitting the g-spot wise.

I don t want my neighbors to see me pick up a penis hanger/penis extender/etc…i have a lot of neighbors, some who don t even work and are always home

I’m new to this forum, and as such I’m still a little apprehensive about what I can and cannot say. There’s the Autobahn with not limitations and then there’s all the lines and stops signs with lights. I do my best to not be overly critical of any device that’s out there on the market. But as that old adage goes…. “you get what you pay for”. That being said there’s a variety of comparisons that can be made when it comes to vacuum hangers and how they are made, what they will allow you to do and not do. Same holds true when comparing vacuum hangers vs. compression clamp hangers…. you must consider all the positive attributes and negative traits of each. I believe cost should be a lower priority when compared to safety, remember you only have one penis! You asked why blood flow is so important when hanging? It’s vitally important because if you don’t have sufficient blood flow to any body part it will lead to Necrosis. That’s dead tissue! I hope that’s not too controversial to say.

I’d really like to provide a detailed comparison on all the hangers out there. Being properly educated about what you can expect, along with potential harmful side effects is paramount to a successful PE routine. Ignorance is bliss until the consequences arrive. I also wanted to ask you guys about hanging time per week. I did over 20 hours of hanging from 0.5 to 3.5kg in 1 week, not intented, but i did most of the hours extending with 0.5kg or keeping the hang. Do you think it is too much?

I m guessing i only did 10 hours for 1-2 weeks before starting this 20 hour-week and till that point i was under 10hours/week. I checked in my notebook and found 24.july noted as the first hanging more than 1 hour day, so that s when i started hanging more seriously. Till that i have only done manual stretches for 2-3months till i seemed to reach a plateau in my fslength

With the extender only generating 0.5 kg of traction, it’s my opinion that you could wear that as much as you like since the traction tension generated is so light. However depending on your level of conditioning and hang experience the 3.5 Kg is nearly 8 lbs of traction (I’m assuming your hanging device is vacuum based), and 10 - 12 hours per week should be plenty to cause sufficient stress / fatigue to stimulate growth. You did not say what type of hanger you are using…. vacuum based or compression clamp? If you’re using a compression clamp then my answer would be different…. do to circulation / blood flow issues.

Compression clamp, said it on this post earlier, i use an improvisation. Thanks for the response on the 0.5kg, i was thinking the same thing.
