Some should really adress hanging and clamping as a routine, saiyan22 was getting great results this way.
There are a variety of ways to produce PE gains….
I’ve advocated a three pronged approach with hand stretching being the foundation. As you progress you can add weight hanging and pumping. Effective PE training that produces a multi-inch gain is not isolated to one exercise. Advanced PE trainers can add clamping to their routines. Done correctly it will produce significant girth and vascular development.
We will soon be adding a Clamp Kit to our accessory lineup. It will consist of three Girth Bands and two clamps. As soon as we can make time to create a “how to” video they will be available…. stay tuned!
