How can you work on length without indirectly working girth? The penis isn’t like a piece a taffy that you stretch and as it gets longer it gets thinner. As you lengthen your penis it will also thicken. My associate Dr. Richard Howard wrote his thesis on “Collagen Remodeling”. It describes how tissue repairs and grows cellularly (hyperplasia and hypertrophy).From my perspective you work both equally…. a balanced PE routine that stresses the entire penial anatomy. Which is why we named our device the “LG” Hanger - L = length & G = girth.
Some men may have gains manifest sooner in the girth department, that’s primarily because of increased blood flow and vascular development.

I also seem to gain girth faster then length, not sure why though, when I started PE with manuals only in may, I was doing lock-shock stretches, by Stan from pegym, and I was also jelqing for 10-15min every 2-3 days, even daily for 10 min some times, but I wasn’t gaining girth almost at all, length was coming my way but I am sure if I started stretching the ligs first it would have came easier and quicker. I started gaining temporary girth gains like crazy after I started hanging with a noose type hanger in july, sort of like a “zen hanger” at that time. Not sure if there was any connection between the things I did to lead to girth gains, but I was experimenting with manual clamping at one point in august I believe, I even did a clamping set with a hose clamp, but it was pretty dangerous at that time for me, at least felt dangerous, I could feel the penis starting to swell up fast and I couldn’t be quick enough with my hands and screwdriver to unscrew the hose clamp, the pressure also makes me dizzy kind of, even when jelqing with a higher erection, probably because of the arousal level too I guess…anyway, I learned that girth gains will come pretty easy for me, I was having all the positive PI’s, especially glans swelling having a “perfect like” shine to it, my veins were getting out of control too, I noticed a “big” deep dorsal veing (or maybe it’s the dorsal artery) showing like some pornstars have, love that!!hope it sticks
Maybe I should do clamping along with my new SO hanging routine, already did a light set at 1,5kg-3kg and I am already feeling a different “twitch” at the base of my penis. I’ve also done a few bundled sets with the same weight but I can’t rotate my penis more than 180 degrees, any idea if this is normal for a bundled hanging newbie?
