I also seem to gain girth faster then length, not sure why though, when I started PE with manuals only in may, I was doing lock-shock stretches, by Stan from pegym, and I was also jelqing for 10-15min every 2-3 days, even daily for 10 min some times, but I wasn’t gaining girth almost at all, length was coming my way but I am sure if I started stretching the ligs first it would have came easier and quicker. I started gaining temporary girth gains like crazy after I started hanging with a noose type hanger in july, sort of like a “zen hanger” at that time. Not sure if there was any connection between the things I did to lead to girth gains, but I was experimenting with manual clamping at one point in august I believe, I even did a clamping set with a hose clamp, but it was pretty dangerous at that time for me, at least felt dangerous, I could feel the penis starting to swell up fast and I couldn’t be quick enough with my hands and screwdriver to unscrew the hose clamp, the pressure also makes me dizzy kind of, even when jelqing with a higher erection, probably because of the arousal level too I guess…anyway, I learned that girth gains will come pretty easy for me, I was having all the positive PI’s, especially glans swelling having a “perfect like” shine to it, my veins were getting out of control too, I noticed a “big” deep dorsal veing (or maybe it’s the dorsal artery) showing like some pornstars have, love that!!hope it sticks
Maybe I should do clamping along with my new SO hanging routine, already did a light set at 1,5kg-3kg and I am already feeling a different “twitch” at the base of my penis. I’ve also done a few bundled sets with the same weight but I can’t rotate my penis more than 180 degrees, any idea if this is normal for a bundled hanging newbie?

Yea I just laugh when I hear our dicks being compared to thin rubber bands. Because a thinner rubber band is easier to stretch then a thicker one. That’s just not how it works. That’s like saying if your above average in girth don’t bother hanging. That again is why I think we need to go with our own feel for things.

I agree if your conditioned enough you can do a balanced routine. I wouldn’t suggest going overboard with girth exercises. My reasoning is more about time spent doing PE and living your life. I know I got burnt out doing a heavy mixed routine.

My plan for Monday is to start hanging again for first time in a longtime and incorporating a maintenance girth routine after. Balance baby! Let’s see if my OCD will allow it!

I would highly recommend you check out our new tutorial video on “Clamping” and our older Bundle video. I think you’ll find it enlightening and helpful.

Is it just as you “approach” PE with hanging should we avoid doing so (as in being a newbie)? Is a “shotgun approach” ever recommended? Swinging while SD pretty much covers a mild SO and BTC at the same time, totally opposite directions if you ask me….

Swinging weight while hanging with a compression clamp might be okay, but I do not recommend doing it if you are using a vacuum style hanger like the LG Hanger. The reason is because it will likely cause a blister.
As you swing the weight and it hits the bottom of the arc the vacuum pressure inside the chamber will increase significantly. Just like when you swing a bucket of water in a circle upside down and it hits the bottom of the swing arc.

I was planning on eventually buying a Bib hanger, don’t know if they even exist but surely one can be found on the internet, or I can make one myself, but right now I am thinking of getting in the LG business mostly because of your sleeves, they are very appealing as well in that blue color/format, and I think it would help my bundled exercises a lot, maybe at a point when I am already over 11-12”bpfsl and may be at a “plateau”, who knows, but the fact that I can’t swing it bothers me a little. I guess I can ocasionally attach a compression hanger over my penis while in a sleeve in order to swing, but bundled hanging seems to be optimum with the LG hanger.

How much is your hole setup to be bought again please? Appreciated!

I’ve purchased weights from Zen Hanger but you can also get them from LG Hanger.

You can use any weights for weight lifting too.

We have weights and a weight hanging arbor. Two 2 1/2 lb plates and four 1 1/4 lb plates. The arbor will hold over 30 lbs if you use 5 lb plates.
