I do everyday almost 1 day rest
Hanging 7 kg .. 15 minutes twice per day ..

I just found out that if I stop hanging like 1 or 2 days or more ,my dick can become smaller..
Please give me advice how to stop hanging for 1 week without losing any length .. That thought is scaring the shit out of me .

We need to be able to rest or deal with interruptions and not panic.

Take the break and get back on the horse!

You can also do manual exercises such as stretches, jelqing, etc.

You will be fine, PE is a marathon. We can’t fret over a week or two off, it happens and it’s also necessary.

15 mins twice per day with 7kg could be just strengthening the penis, Personally I would lower the weight and try to fit more time in.

I’ll go out on a limb… you’re using a compression clamp weight hanging device aren’t you? Which is why you’re having issues. The negative trait of compression clamp weight hanging for the vast majority of men is post hang trauma. Contraction of flaccid penis and poor erection quality are all consequences from squeezing your penis in a clamp and preventing circulation.
15 lbs is a lot of weight to hang from your penis with a tourniquet!

Variations of compression clamps and noose style hangers have been around for a long long time. They all have one thing in common…. they cut off blood circulation. I can’t speak for others, but I don’t find it to be a "normal" practice to cut off blood flow to any extremity, unless you want to stop bleeding from an injury.

Quick question. I started jelqing early last year. I did the newbie routine posted on this website. I never gained anything. Not even a 1/16”. In December I decided I was going to start hanging. I admit I made my own hanging device, and I think it stretches as it should. I feel my ligs stretching throughout my shaft and at the base. When I stretch straight up, I can even feel a good stretch in my perineum. I’ve probably gained 1/2” in flaccid length, and when I do a hard workout my penis doesn’t shrink up inside me like it use to. Running and heavy squats always made it shrink. I can even stretch it up to my belly button. Before I could only stretch it and 3/4” below it. But with that, again I haven’t gained anything on erection length. Is this common? I know some people say it may take a year or two to gain an inch, but I’m going on two years and haven’t gained anything.

What could I be doing wrong?

Any advice is appreciated.
