Hanging 101

Hello! I am using a vacuum hanger. Currently hanging 5 Pounds. When I put it on, I feel like the right side is stretched more than the left side especially if I correct the position of head of the vacuum hanger (it was turning clockwise). This feeling began after I started using more weight over time (I started with 1.5 pounds and I think I have at my threshold at the moment). Until this moment I didn’t think I had Peyronie Disease, since my penis stands straight when erected or flaccid. I started hanging 1-1.5 months ago by the way. Could there be a scar tissue on the right side that I was unaware of up until now? What positive and negative effects can/will occur in my following PE routine? Thanks for helping!

This would be like the bib correct?

Hi
I like to know what is difference between - malehanger - bib hanger - penis hanger - apply some pictures
I m interested to bay one new

My experience

I use my home made lg hanger like original with perfect dimensions for me
I start with 2kg evry week I add 500 gram I use this for 6 months finish with 7 kg and I gain 5mm in lenght
But I have blisters some time for this reasons I like to bay decompression hanger

Before hanging I use only bathemate x40 about 3 years and I have gain only 5 mm in length and more in girth
But after use bathemate x40 evry time I don’t have quality erection cople days the problem is high pressure

I sold my bathemate x40 and bay air pump with pressure gauge is the best - model - Thickwall Cylinders or leluv pump

Have hangers with larger girth found they need higher weights to achieve gains?

The negative trait of compression clamp weight hanging for the vast majority of men is post hang trauma. Contraction of flaccid penis and poor erection quality are all consequences from squeezing your penis in a clamp and preventing circulation.
15 lbs is a lot of weight to hang from your penis with a tourniquet!

Thanks for this information.. What would you suggest bro? I’ve been hanging from a compression hose clamp and I’m getting the same thing. What other options do I have? I don’t wanna vacuum hang as I’d have to shave my hair off and I get ingrown hairs.

I’ve been hanging with an LG Hanger since around March now, currently weighing with 8.25 lbs (3.75 kgs). I think I’ve gained an extra 3/4 of an inch to make myself 6 inches EL. Started my own thread about this for advice as all I do is do some 15 minutes light hand stretching and heating before and after each 1 hour morning and evening LG hanging session.

Not sure what else I should do. Any advice and help is welcome :)

Many thanks.

Congrats on the gains! Am I to understand you hang for 1 hr straight? Most of recommendations I’ve read suggest 20 minutes per set with several minutes at rest between.

Not with vacum hangers. They don’t cut the blood circulation and you can hang for as long as you like.

Well the instructions on my LG Hanger say to do 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening for each hanging session.

I use the device with the hanger to vacuum out about 15 psi from the chamber where my glans fits into, just to suck the air out fully. But I’m not sure if this is classified as a vacuum hanger though.

This is what I have…

I admit I made my own hanging device, and I think it stretches as it should. I feel my ligs stretching throughout my shaft and at the base. When I stretch straight up, I can even feel a good stretch in my perineum. I’ve probably gained 1/2” in flaccid length, and when I do a hard workout my penis doesn’t shrink up inside me like it use to. Running and heavy squats always made it shrink. I can even stretch it up to my belly button. Before I could only stretch it and 3/4” below it. But with that, again I haven’t gained anything on erection length. Is this common? I know some people say it may take a year or two to gain an inch, but I’m going on two years and haven’t gained anything.
What could I be doing wrong?
Any advice is appreciated.

I didn’t really have much of a newbie gains. I had a lot of trial and error and had to stop and restart etc.

Not sure what hanging device you’re using? I started hanging with the LG Hanger a few months ago. I think it’s given me an erection length increase, hard to say.

But it can take longer for others, some get length increase early, some take 1 or 2 years as you say.

Soreness

The last two weeks I have gradually made it up to 4 lbs for an hour each day. Definitely could reach fatigue levels. I have had some soreness in the top of my shaft and pubic area. It does feel like it’s just from stretching but I do want to be sure. Is this from moving up weight/time too fast? Should I stop or just hang for shorter periods of time this week until the soreness subsided?

I would go with what your penis tells you in terms of comfort. If it feels too sore then try adding the weight in a more indirect gradual way.

ie. Add the new stepped up additional weight halfway through your hanging session, or move up to this weight more slowly by adding only 1/2 the new additional weight at the start of each session.

This is how I did it. I felt that if it’s too sore then it’s bad for the penis in many ways.

Put it this way, I added an extra 1.25kgs to my already 3.75kgs hanging weight halfway through my hanging last night - and my penis was bleeding! Created a blister that burst! Scared me to take 3 hanging days off - and throughout this hanging session I noticed I was more sore with the new added weight - so it was telling me something all along but I didn’t look down to see the damage until the end.

Hope that don’t scare you off, even with the idea of adding new weight in a 50% type of way, but the message is - listen and obey to how your penis feels, it’s telling you something.

Anyone out there with experience of starting out with around 8” length, 6”-6,5” girth, who has made good gains from hanging?

If so, was more weight needed than usual, to make any significant gains? And were gains made at lower weights as well?

Starting stats:

8 BPEL, 6,5 EG

I have a question regarding a bit of discomfort I’ve been experiencing lately.

I’ve been hanging for about 2 months. Started at 1.25lbs and I’m up to 3.75lbs now. Usually hang 2-3 hours per day with average session around 25 minutes. Almost entirely SD but have logged a couple BTC sessions this week.

Near the end of my sessions I definitely start feeling the typical burning/fatigue feeling I believe we’re all aiming for. I have NEVER experienced any sharp pains during hanging or events that I believe could have caused injury.

That said, in the past week I’ve been noticing a feeling near the base of my ball sack, near where it attaches to the taint. It is mildly uncomfortable. I could best describe it as a feeling of ‘fullness’ or ‘swollen-ness’. I could also describe as a bit of a ‘tugging’ feeling.

I’ve examined the area with my hand and there aren’t any lumps or anything like that.

If I had a better understanding of anatomy, I might guess that this area is very close to the ligaments of the internal penis. Is the feeling I’m feeling perhaps just what it feels like to be constantly stretching this area? Again, it’s not really painful, just a minor discomfort.

I’d prefer to keep hanging for gains obviously, and don’t want to lose my fatigue momentum. But if this isn’t something y’all have been experiencing I would certainly consider taking a break to see how it affects the feeling.

Thanks!
