Homemade Hanger Models and Instructions

Has anyone managed to build home made redi-stretcher from an Irwin quick-grip handy clamp? Main problem is those soft and hard plastic pieces.

Any experienced hangers wish to give me feedback on my homemade? Silicone sheet for pre-wrap, wrapped with a Thera-P wrist wrap with grippers to force pressure on the sides and a cable clamp + weights.

Is vastly increased jelqing expansion normal after hanging, prolly a stupid question because it’s already a positive indicator.

Maybe you should post a pic of the device ‘in action’, to make clear how it attaches.

If you’re going for a wench, nostem, you should use rectangular grippers. I already find it questionable whether a wench allows you to get a good grip on the end of the CC’s to prevent hanging from your skin and glans. With round grippers you’re sure to slip past that area and go straight for the glans.

I think I’ve seen a picture of this hanger in action in a thread you had removed. I wonder how much weight you’re using, it does seem like a lot. What doesn’t look right in the picture is the way you attach the weight. You want the tension in the direction of your penis, meaning you can draw a pretty straight line from the base, through the glans to the weight. Your technique forces the glans up, puts all the tension ontop where your nerves are and forces a bend to develop just below your glans.

I’m sure you could gain hanging this way but I doubt it’s safe and just looking at it makes me feel uncomfortable.

What I am interested in is the silicon sleeve you’re using. It looks rather thick but appearance may be deceiving and it may actually work well for hanging. Depends on how much it gets compressed.

I wanted to thank you Piet for the great instructions and pictures on the AFB hanger. I made my own version using 3/16” flat steel cut 1” x 4” for the sides. I rounded off the edges and slotted one of the holes as recommended. I also added rectangular self stick grippers to the sides. I just did my first test and was surprised how comfortable it was with only 5 pounds hanging. I figured the steel would be stiff enough not to flex and the added weight would only help the hanging. Even if I leave this thing outside to rust it would still outlive me! I can’t wait to start my first session later.

You’re welcome JrJohnson. Given the material and dimensions you used it sounds like you made yourself the perfect AFB hanger. I’m still using reinforced plastic which flexes a little bit under full tension but I’m expecting to be able to switch to steel too within a month or so :)

I understand the worry about my dorsal nerves and strain ontop and behind the glans, but what I don’t get is I stress that area when I manually stretch and a manual stretch is more force than the 10lbs I’m using. My cable clamp actually broke cuz it was too small for the girth of all the hanging junk. Right now I’m actually using elastic to hang the weight.

I place the sleeve which is thick piet about 1-2” above the glans and wrap the wrist wrap + grippers (gonna cut them square) as tight as I can around it. After I have a loop of elastic that is pulled around it and catches in the top most fold of where the wrap overlaps and velcros. With weight the skin pulls and covers 1/3-1/4 of my head which is good for me since I want foreskin being cut.

Hang 10lbs this way and am making my unit swing back n forth and in circles for 20 min while i sit at a computer or squat/exercise multitask/synergy haha before I take it off and jelq.

I’ve gotten a lot of negative feedback so I might make a bib hanger w/ screws etc next time I have the free time to go hardware shopping.

I can see you put a lot of effort in that but a hanger with hollow sides won’t get a decent grip. You will be mainly stretching skin also your glans will engorge and turn purple. Be careful!

Hey guys make a AFB hanger. Piet made a very easy and detailed tutorial. I made one and it costed less than $2. It’s very effective. You need some days to learn how to use the hanger, adjust the wrapping. This month I will do 3 sets of 10min of BTC hanging and 1 set of 15 min in a standing position. I’m using only 4.5 pounds. I will try to do everyday and measure only after 4 months. I hope to gain +0.5” NBP.

Hey Guys, I have just made the simplest hanger ever as I believe. Well, I am little bit nervous that would that be the correct way to hang because it is so simple and easy. What made me think like that is you guys are putting a lot of devices up here that are really complex and seem weird , also talking about them and sharing ideas for days, months, however; I have just made something within minutes at my first try that I am anxious about.

Well, what I made is ; I just got nylon cable ties and got some toilet paper from my own WC (which is not a issue here) and found a S hook at home. So just simply, I wrap the toilet paper around my little friend ( 3 folds). Then I put the three cable ties around the penis. I tied two of them but not the one closer to the head of the penis.Before I tied the last one, I attached the S hook to the cable and tied it too.That’s it.

I am trying it for 1 hour right now. The problem is I could not find anything to hang so I am using an iron : ) It is pretty heavy but my device does not come off !! Also I feel like it is very healthy because I don’t feel any pain or something except coldness of the head of the penis. Would that be something wrong ? Coldness ? Would please someone enlighten me ?

It also stretches well, seems work fine for me. Any advice ? Comment ?
