Wrapping material for hanger?

Hi all,

Could you guys tell me,please, what wrapping material, under the Therabend, you use.

It hurts like hell, to use only Tharabend. It slipps off with a sock.

What would you recommend ?

Thansk a lot for your advice.

I use the thing you use to wrap your self after you got injured. Not sure about the exact name though.

That’s a matter of opinions :) .

I took an old pair of cotton boxers and cut about a 1.2 ” thick strip which is about 12” long. I wrap with that first and then wrap with the Theraband. I am currently hanging a max of 11 lbs and I have had no problems with it slipping in actual fact I have had no problems with hanging at all. You said its painful, what kind of a hanger are you using and how much weight?

I am using the BIB hanger starter at 7.5 lbs.

Hi Neverback,do you have any history of having done PE before? I normally recommend that folk start out with the newbie routine before starting out with the alternative/ advanced forms of PE. I gained quite a bit on the newbie routine and best of all it aided to condition my unit for the more advanced forms of PE.

One thing I have realised with haning even though I have gone to 11lbs this week I can only handle for max 3 sets and then I have to switch down to 8lbs or even 7lbs. We have to take our time with PE, we are in it for the long run.

Hi Phenyo,

I did some jelqing and stretching for a couple of months before I have started hanging. I can only do 3x20 mins sets with 7.5 lbs. I guess, I still have to play with the screws and wrapping for more comfort.

I am back with a good news , I hope.

I’ve tried to hang without retracting my foreskin,since I’m uncircumsized. It’s a whole new world of experience for me. You can’t even imagine what a difference it is.

I am just worried that my skin will stretch out more if I don’t retract it.

Neverback, I am by no means a pumping expert and I guess in many ways our units all vary in some form or another. I do not worry too much about skin stretch as mine is fairly “tight”. However I have read varying folk account of experiencing skin stretch but it has nothing to do with you not retracting your skin back. Check out the hanging forum ‘s threads , there are some very informative threads there. Take care and happy hanging.
