Can you clarify which model cylinders these are? They make several diff designs. For example VelSeal, GlansXpander, LongJohnny, etc.

Also wondering about this:

Needs a cleaning, as in the case needs to be wiped down with a soft cloth and water?

Or needs a cleaning because the port is clogged with something? Or needs service from vacutech?

Is battery pack still holding an over 4 hour charge or will that need to be replaced.

Also how many hours does it have on it and/or how many years have you had it?
