i don’t know exactly if my post is totally into pumping but i try to have this routine
5 minutes warm up front of an IR 150 watts bulb (front and sides)
5 minutes of simple bc stretch
2 minutes of warm up again
5 minutes of power stretch front of my computer watching the video on repeat
15 minutes of wet jelq
and now pumping with a progressive far beyond i mean in cms 16 16.5 17 17.5 18 cms,i mean every 3 or 4 days i try to go far beyond but very shortly around 5 min max front of the IR lamp.
do you think that is good for consolidate the gains
did i need include milking in my routine,because iam looking for the best technique for lenght even girth is important,i live not far from paris,and if you have you have got somes devices to recommend,could you give me somes equivalents,because a lot are for us citizens.
