Recently I noticed that the day after hook ups has been challenging so just kept it at 96 half turns. Probably need a day off at some point. Weight is stable, I find myself eating extra some days - lack of discipline but it is correlated to when I’m exhausted from work. Progressing on the workouts but not working out enough. I had to give up the half day off this Tuesday because we had an equipment failure which set us back.

The workouts are going okay I’m progressing, I need to do more aerobics. In general I am not active enough.
Put in the meal plan 6 days ago and was able to follow it 3 out of the 6 days, I just need to stick with it till it becomes a habit.
I need to lose 10lbs and am highly motivated, sadly because I am disgusted with myself.

Time remains a limiting factor and here in the short run we’ve been set back because the weather fucked us up so we’re behind and I need to put off taking those afternoons off.

I’m going to do double workouts on my days off, not optimal but it will have to do for now.

Probably ended the session prematurely, it was just a little uncomfortable at the attachment but given the ease with which the device was removed we were probably safe.

Quickie last night, EQ was not great so 120 half turns at this point has a negative impact I think. Hard to say for sure though I was mentally and physically fried.

Temperature sensitivity was elevated Felt I could have gone to 132 half turns, but looking to consolidate at 120 for a while. Sticking with 96 half turns for a long stretch and not pushing it seems to have benefited the process greatly.

Temperance is a virtue and the idea of becoming virtuous through PE strikes me as very funny.

The perceived tension at the end during removal of the device was light. Glans condition was very good to excellent at the end of the session.

Was distracted and am not sure I backed it out at 27.5 minutes so either 132 or 144 half turns There was a clear accommodation of the tissues today we seem to be making steady progress and I think it note worthy that this is 15 days in a row, something I don’t believe I’ve done before.

There was a bit more tension in the system at the end but removal of the device went fine and the glans condition was very good.

Definitely a little bit of discomfort on the left side of the attachment tissues when removing the device so hard to assess the perceived level of tension at the end. Glans condition surprisingly good at the end.

Looking at how much thread is showing on the tension adjustment screws I do think that we can take it to 144 half turns, so figuring to take it there after consolidating at 120-132.

I know I talked about a day off to facilitate EQ but at this point the consecutive days have shown to support progress and I’m inclined to stick with it to the completion of this campaign.

Weight has stopped drifting down, I’ve only lost a pound but the bodyfat scale readings are showing leaner and I do feel tighter. I’m also much stronger than I was 8 weeks ago so progress there. I could eat less, I’m not hungry on this meal plan, but given the fitness gains I’m thinking maybe just stick with this till April when the weather breaks and add walking twice a day.

I don’t think it’s a meal plan issue I think it’s an activity level issue.

I guess we’ll find out about what 132 half turns does to EQ.

Paid attention today and for sure it was 132 half turns. There was pinching on the left side of the attachment so ended the session early. Glans condition excellent at the end. I think this is a great sign that we’re consistently able to take it to 132 half turns.

Weight is drifting down again. On the work days when I am not working out I am having one less item on the meal plan, felt like I was forcing myself to eat on those days when I wasn’t hungry. On the days when I do work out my body asks for nourishment so I think that is a better scheme.

Been lifting weights for the upper body every 4-5 days and making progress. but wondering if I can go twice a week. Probably should split it up maybe a push day and a pull day, but not sure I can be consistent enough. We’ll see. I’ll decide later today.

I was able to see the effects of 132 half turns on EQ, but it was a blow job and I don’t think that’s a fair test, so yet to be determined.

Dumbbell Bench Press

The jumps on the Dumbbells are 5lbs now so that will be a much slower process. Still wanting to keep the reps on the first set between 20 and 30 and on the second set between 12 and 20. I just don’t want to get hurt. I decided to split the upper body into 2 workouts a push day and a pull day. This lets me do a few more movements because the whole upper body was taking me an hour and a half, where as the split only takes an hour and then I did 45 minutes on the incline treadmill.

So a couple hours in the gym 3 days a week is the plan. Just gently chipping away at everything.

And yeah clearly I’ve adopted AndyJ’s framework on the journey. Seems very useful to me.
