Getting to 132 half turns was remarkably easy. Cut the session just a little short to play it safe on the attachment tissue health. Travel plans have changed only losing a couple days in a couple weeks. Thinking worse case scenario we’re 6 weeks out.
For the next steps thinking about the need to cement and wanting to explore pumping for it’s effects on EQ. For sure though on the pumping no red dots I do not want to deal with darkening. Going to keep the pressure under 4 and keep the duration short using the red dots and the edema as the guide.
On the aerobic front I had been focused on incline walking and was finding the repetitive stress was becoming an issue on the joints so am alternating with the weighted Elliptical and that seems to have solved that problem.
