I had a month off, R phase which is Remodeling or Rest. Lost virtually nothing in either length or girth, so I am happy about that.
Started back today with a new pump, with a gauge and capable of about 20hg.
So technically I am entering the I phase, which I think is inflammation.
I’ve already changed todays routine as I started with pumping and got too much fluid, so next time I will start with clamping, but it isn’t ordinary clamping.
So the next routine will be as follows:
I start at 1 click and begin to get erect. Once I have some erection I push the clamp into the base of the penis, kegel and add another two clicks (while I am still holding the Kegel and still pushing the clamp into the base). This forces the blood from behind the clamp into the penis. I repeat this process until I get to a point where I can push the clamp into my base and feel the clamp going deeper however when I release it the clamp is tight enough to not let blood out quickly. This provides a strong pressure in the penis and for me the pressure is quite pleasurable. I then add 5 clamps up the shaft to create the differential bends Xeno speaks of. This is kept in place for 7-8min. I keep pushing the original clamp into the base and Kegeling for additional pressure. The idea being to simulate the bends created by Xeno’s wooden devices. Two sets with about 5 min in between. Now off to pumping.
The new pump is from eBay and was $24. It is designed to bleed brake lines on cars. The connections fit straight onto the old Handsome Up tube and hose. As we are in the I phase I wanted more suction than the Handsome Up could provide, which has been discussed at about 5hg, to make sure I created enough inflammation.
I started at 7.5hg for 7-8min. Then rest for five min. I repeat at 8hg, as this seems OK and there was no ill effects at 7.5hg. I think I will use 8 from now on.
After the second set time is almost up I go to 13hg for 30 seconds. this gives a final stretch and allows for a measurement on the side of the tube for future comparison.
I now rest for 2 days and repeat. Once the measurement gains slow, predicted to be around day 11 by Xeno, I go into the P phase, which I think will be gentle pumping to keep the stretch for a week or so, then a month off in the R phase.
