Finding xeno: a penis tale

Really good question TG. I still think that warm up is important for I-Phase work. And really, one needs to warm up psychologically to “the crush”…referring to TT and TTr work…just as much as do the tissues to be crushed. I think that the same condition applies to PEFF I-Phase work, albeit one could reason that not as much warm up…both tissue and gray matter-wise…would be indicated, being not as close to both the pain and injury thresholds.

Perhaps. Telling is that in practice, I utilize a lot of warm-up…probably accounts for 95% of each session…where actual I-Phase work is only about 5%.

Good Luck with your IPR campaign; I do think that you could more exploit the design of the protocol by adding some sort of discretized tunica disruption to your PEFF I-Phase work…TT or TTr or multiple cable clamp clamping would do it. But I’m sure you’ll gain even without that optimization.

Actually, my first foray into IPR featured multiple cable clamps for the first few sessions. Before my life imploded I was doing 3 and 4 clamps and erect bending experimentation. So it will return to the regiment soon.

My next question…can both the PEFF pumping and the multiple clamp use be combined in a set safely and fully effectively? As PEFF pumping is pretty swift by nature, I do a set at 30 seconds 7.5, 30 seconds 10 and 30 seconds 15HG and do 3 sets currently. So…would usage of the Cock Clamp Coffin (still, no better name? *chuckles*) be recommended during the same set as the pumping? If so, before or after it?

Then, if I want to do pumping stand alone, how many sets should I do like the one above?

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I’d say just mix ‘em in however seems best to you. Same with pumping only; whatever seems best.

FWIW, I consider a discretized TT/TTr tissue disruption/PEFF pumping protocol to represent the most effective I-Phase work complement that I’m currently aware of. The first component achieves multiple discrete tissue disruption sites and then the second component stretches out all of those disrupted sites.

Works really well.

Xeno, Did you use the IPR theory from the beginning of your career in PE? Or did you introduce it later?

Like many, after newbie gains I cranked up intensity, hanging a bunch…and getting some gains, but became dissatisfied with the time required, so at about 10 months into my PE career, after discussions with Shiver and MX and a two month decon break, I started utilizing a strategy that, after experientially informed adjustments, would later be referred to as the IPR Protocol. As it’s demonstrated it’s effectiveness over and over again, I’ve continued to use it.

Also, I found and saved your Tiger trap picture and explanations a while back but I have been unable to find the corresponding post elaborating on the Tunica Tenderizer. I would really love to see those so I could save them and refer to them later when I want to try those crush protocols.

Tunica Tenderizer photos are in this post: xenolith - Finding xeno: a penis tale

Haven’t posted build instructions as the photos make it’s construction self evident.

If I am not mistaken, there was a post in which there was a photo of the TTr with construction instructions (with dimensions) and the surface was more or less like this;

is this correct?

Can’t open photo; glad of that. If moderation is why, I support it. Not interested in presenting a photo of an instrument intended for percussive use in the context of an IPR based TT implemented PE strategy which should be understood to be implemented on the…compression->squeeze->squish->crush…spectrum. No percussion.

I know the theory of its use but I do not know in what moment of the routine to use it or how.

Thanks for your reply.

Let me make it clear for you:

Do NOT post a photo or a link to an instrument intended for percussive* use in this or any other thread of mine.

Thank you.

* Definition of percussive: of or relating to percussion; especially: operative or operated by striking

Excuse me. I just wanted to know how things work but it looks like I’m not smart enough to comment here. At no time have you explained how to use it. But it does not matter ,
I dont want bother. bye

Celtibero, simply ask your question without posting photos or links to percussive instruments, which, in my opinion, should have no place in PE practice.

You are incorrect.

This photo: Tiger Trap.jpg
from this post: xenolith - Tiger
should provide every explanation of how to use it that anyone could need:
