Correction Of Strain Percentage

I stand corrected after using an erroneous formula for percentual strain based on initial BPFSL. Corrected numbers are as follow:

Day 1
Strain: 3.63%

Day 2
Strain: 3.13%

Day 3
Strain: 3.63%

Day 4
Strain: 2.66%


Period 1: 06/08/2020 BPFSL: 22cm (8.66") BPEL: 22cm (8.66") EG: 15.8cm (6.25") => 09/07/2020 BPFSL: 23.9cm (9.40")

Period 2: 05/01/2021 BPFSL: 24cm (9.44") BPEL: 22cm (8.66") EG: 15.8cm (6.25") => 07/24/2021 BPFSL: 25.4cm (10.00") BPEL: 23.5cm (9.25")

Goal: 1 Foot x 7.5 Inches (30.48cm x 19.05cm) NBPEL

I was looking for an answer, but could not find. I saw people here talking about strain and some percentage. Can someone elaborate ? What strain ? Caused by what ? Extender ? Hanger ?

Strain by any means. The exercises need to cause displacement on the tissues.
The penis has to be stretched beyond its natural BPFSL during the exercises, otherwise it would be pointless to do any exercises.

For making an essential impact resulting permanent gains, a threshold strain has to be achieved. And repeated time and time again in the following exercises. It is secondary by which line of equipment or practice it is produced.

The strain is representing the millimetrical elongation of the BPFSL during the workout in percentages.

When connective tissue is stretched within therapeutic temperatures ranging 102 to 110 F (38.9- 43.3 C), the amount of structural weakening produced by a given amount of tissue elongation varies inversely with the temperature. This is apparently related to the progressive increase in the viscous flow properties of the collagenous tissue when it is heated. (Warren et al (1971,1976)

From the guys reporting lately:

All of them use ultrasound devices to cause significant temperature elevation on the tissue.

Tutt uses FIR in conjunction with 1 Mhz ultrasound .He has a special vacuum extender with precise elongation and load control.

Igigi uses vacuum cup utilizing elastic bands to produce the load with scale attached on it. He is heating with two 1 Mhz transducers in conjunction of IR bulb.

Dantheman uses combination technique of using vacuum extender , elastic bands and even manual stretches in different phases of the workout.
For the heat his is using 3 MHz ultrasound.

All of them have described their routines as well. Latter two are using similar techniques to my protocol used earlier in this thread, adapted to fit in their environment.

Tutt is running more different practice which is more of a laboratory setup being in developed in close collaboration with me.
Though other two are based on the established protocol their approach is under further development as well.
What is happening here is these guys are of course aiming for gains, but also collaborating to bring the concept further on development.

Today finished up this cycle of 3 days.

Day 1- 2.94%, Day 2- 3.02%, Day 3- 1.79%

Next week I’ll be trying 2on 2off. I know Kyrpa you had mentioned some perspective in doing such a schedule.

I’ll also attempt (again) the over-the-leg approach. Didn’t feel quite comfortable today with the vacuum bell, but will practice in the next couple days

Yes, the skin of the shaft and scrotum doesn’t have the sensitivity of other skin on the body. If you are feeling a burn in the shaft skin, it is getting quite hot. Especially with 1mHz frequency, if something other than air doesn’t receive the waves on the back side, they can reflect back in at the air-skin interface and produce a very uncomfortable pinching sensation as you can create standing waves with much higher energy intensity.

A cylindrical ultrasound phantom, 2-3cm thick with a slit up one side, would be best and I think Kyrpa is working on a prototype.

My bpsfl currently is 18.5cm. Strain of 3 % means 19 cm. Do I need to have this result during the exercise or immediately after I finish the workout ?

Today’s results:

Initial BPFSL: 22.9
Final BPSFL: 23.3
Strain: 1.74%

My strain was less than yesterday. I am entering the territory in which my penis has never been. Throughout the years with brute force stretching and pulling, I was able to reach the 23cm mark. Without solid gains of course, only toughening of the tunica.

Positive note, with the rudimentary setup that I have at the moment, I was able to develop a pretty efficient technique with the scale, bungee cord and leg to play with the load and stress. I also noticed towards the end of my therapy that my penis was not completely correctly positioned on my leg. That means, since my problem is the septum and the US waves heat the side of the penis that flush against the leg, my septum should be on that side towards the leg in order to receive the maximum temperature. Even though I came to tha conclusion before, I still thought that the temperature would rise evenly everywhere but is not the case.

Therefore on the next therapy I will twist my penis over the leg in order to have the dorsal side resting on the leg.

Tomorrow and monday are off, we will see what BPFSL shows up on tuesday.

The 30cm still seems possible in the horizon.

Have you been doing manuals for your post? I have read that v stretches help the thick septum too, could be beneficiary that in conjunction with your over the leg?

For my next cycle, I am contemplating using the bathmate as a quick 5 minute pump after the cyclic manuals to help force some blood at the newly elongated state. I had read in this thread (many pages ago) of sometime attempting that too.

Wondering the effectiveness of it.

Setup: Chinese vac hanger from ebay, load cell scale for luggage, bungee cord with hooks, 3 MHz Mettler US. Scale attached to a bathroom handle at the knee level, sitting in a rolling chair.. Procedure: 20 min @ 0.5 W/cm2 1.5-2 kg followed by 20 min @ 2.0 W/cm2 2.5-3 kg, then 20 min cool down 2.5-3 kg. Alternating penis pressed against the thighs left/right and also SO with a palm at the bottom. Used around 50 ml gel total. I have a 5 L jug of gel from ebay + 250 ml bottle.

I used US preheat instead of IR but it didn’t feel like warming up much @ 0.5 W/cm2. The glans was swollen after 1 hour in vacuum so I will try to protect it better and also skip preheat entirely to see what I get. Also will increase power to 2.2 W/cm2.

SFBPL increased after completing this cycle and cooling down 190 -> 195 mm.

The only reason that I use FIR preheat instead of US is that it is more convenient for temps targeting just 38-39C. It is hands free and covers the entire penis, so it’s easy. During the actual stretch it also helps to retain heat in the areas not directly under the sound head.
