I’ve always been good with how my balls are… growing up though, I was always a turtle & it’s taken many years of PE to change that. Although my size was average on the surface (6"), Iooked way smaller than I was because my unit penis usually shrivel down to 1.5" or 2"… My flaccid now hangs 5" NBPFL / or 6" BPFL… I’m going to try & lose some more weight; that’s hopefully going to give me an inch or close on all non-bone pressed stats.. I was on a diet & lost 75lbs, but I’ve regained about 10lbs, so I’m recommitting & going to see if I can lose 20lbs or 30lbs (whatever it takes to get a 6 pack). I’m only 10lbs from my college weight, but I don’t have the same muscle mass as I used to.

I found this interesting thread on how NIR is better than FIR, so I’m going to experiment with both.

It felt like my dick was being cooked at the 15 minute mark & felt a little pain & immediately removed the FIR wrap; I think all the plastic with the stealthformen setup amplifies the heat (glans rubber cap + sabreskin (fully covers shaft) + gel receptacle (3.5") + hard plastic cap on top of glans)… Some wrestlers get the same effect when they go into a sauna to cut weight (and wear trash bags).

i.e. with my vac hanger setup there’s up to 3 layers of rubber (although in this context I’m only using it as ADS). It was far more effective at creating penetrating heat right into the center of my shaft (vs Rice Socks or my air heater). I’m going to try FIR for at least a month & see how it does.

been using NIR + FIR for weeks now, & I find the recovery properties INCREDIBLE. I had a 5 month old hip injury & I was on crutches.. within a few days of NIR + FIR my pain was generally gone from my hip & It appears I’ve healed (maybe the nature of the wound was more tight muscles than anything else).

I’ve also been using NIR + FIR with my PE; I think it’s accelerating my healing in that area too.

my PE continues; I’ve had some good gains with my completed newbie routine for the 2nd time, I’ve decided to start using my ADS for longer periods of time because I’ve gone a few weeks without noticable improvement.

Was just browsing for some NIR pads from aliexpress today. Noŵ you convinced me to get one for my PE endeavours.
As a gym-rat I might also use it on different body parts for possible muscle recovery.

Today I noticed some new veins in my penis - my flaccid is staying FAR larger than it’s been in my entire lifetime. It’s amazing that pumping just 10 minutes (2 days on / 1 day off) is getting such good results. I’ve stuck with the newbie 2 days on 1 day off & this seems to work for me.

I’m 5 months into PE, and I’ve realized my gains are less than I thought / I had measuring issues; it’s been about 0.05" per month (I’ve been logging, measuring frequently). I slowly increased my manual stretches from 5 minutes to 35 minutes over the past 5 months.

I’ve got full body length NIR / FIR pads I lay between for about 30 to 40 minutes per day & I’ve been doing this for 1.5 months. No joke, I sandwich myself together between the pads & try to get at least 15-30 minutes per side, per day.

I’m noticing a lot of great health benefits, & I’m noticing I recover MUCH faster from my PE routines (in fact, I have noticed general healing improvements throughout my entire body from this). The best unexpected health benefit is I had some gut issues & it appears NIR/ FIR is helping with that as well as an injury (hip) that wouldn’t heal for 5 months, that healed quickliy with NIR/ FIR.

I’ve experimented with my routine, trying to find ways to do it faster with less prep-time. The worst is my stealth ADS takes me a LONG time to put on, but it’s incredibly reliable & never slips & it’s capable of handilng a lot of vacuum weight — should I need it (I had a lot of issues with the total man - it’s easy to put on, but the valve easily clogs & then it doesn’t work).

My routine has been similar the whole 5 months: here’s what it currently is:

10 minutes pumping
35 minutes ADS (but it always takes me 10-15 minutes to put on my stealth ADS & it’s worse if I’m having issues)
15 minutes jelq

I’ve purposely not extended my jelq time — maybe I’m terrible at doing jelqs, or maybe I"m not applying enough force, either way I’ve kept the time short because although I think it helps, I don’t know that really long sessions really help. The same goes for pumping — I see no reason to extend the time when it’s working incredibly well with my short 10 minute sessions. Finally, I’ve stuck with 2 days on, 1 day off (newbie style) because it’s yielding gains, so no reason to extend that.

Also, I had some major frustrations with stealthformen ADS - they sent me sizing that was WAY too small, & I had a lot of breakage.. Turns out the size they sent me really doesn’t just fit my penis, and I’ve had to move up 3-4 sizes & now it works perfectly. I think the issue is they have you stretch your flaccid & take your measure .. but if you stretch hard enough, you can make your flaccid thinner (so I don’t know how much this measure can be trusted).

The most frustrating part is Stealth For Men customer service blamed me / accused me of lying when I said their device kept breaking with normal usage (the rubber glans cover, sabreskin & the receiving gel that seals everything). I broke 3 sets of devices & had to pay for more. My response to Stealth for men is why do they accuse me of doing wrong as a customer, instead of just trying to help me. They also charged me to send me the right sizes — and ignored that they were the ones who recommend I go smaller on the sizing (so I took full responsbility myself even though I did as they advised). Their customer service is really terrible, & my device broke a lot. I finally have the right size, so hopefully the device goes a while without breaking.

I am frustrated that a $400+ device is breaking this much — & considering I’ve spend $550+ on their site I was shocked at the unprofessional behavior of their customer service. I spent less on bathmate & even though I made a mistake, they helped me take care of it (with return shipping).

Also, for anyone trying to improve your flaccid hang, I recommend pumping. I’ve gone from "grower" to "shower" with 5 months of pumping. I did do PE for years in the past, so I’m sure that’s part of it too, but puming just 10 minutes per routine has had an incredible impact. I’ve been in plenty of locker rooms & was always embarrased growing up… It’s nice that I can now be confident that my flaccid is abnormally large. It doesn’t shrink nearly as much anymore, even when I get really cold.

This is embarrasing, but I think I was measuring wrong when I first came back to PE — I measured from on top of the shaft, but too much to the side. I think I was only 6.75" when I came back to PE, not 7". Regardless, I wasn’t over 6" when I started PE and I consistently measure over 7" BPEL now in good & bad conditions both (something that wasn’t true 6 months ago). On good days I’m 7.25"+ both inside my bathmate & outside with a strict measurement from the top. I’m finding measurements are less consistent as I grow, and I’m not always peak size on a given day. Because of that I will need to over-shoot whatever length goal I set to make sure I’m able to typically reach that size.

Also, PE has restored my EQ - it was getting bad & I was near ED / had times where I had trouble getting it up, but after 6 months+ of consistent PE my EQ is great.

I’ve gained 0.55" since my return to PE.. I started with a manual routine, but switched to ADS within a couple months. This means I’ve gained 0.09" per month since my return to PE.

My routine is pretty gentle & lately I’ve given up on jelqs (mabye as of 1.5 months ago) because I don’t think I do them right — I’m always too flaccid or too erect & I’m having challenges with the time committment. Lately my routine is 10 minutes bathmate 40 minutes ADS while in an NIR / FIR bed (head-to-toe). I’m noticing vascularity increase (my veins are popping out more), blood presure seems to have gone down (both could be side effects of losing a lot of weight in the last 1.5 years), but I’ve also noticed an extreme kind of relaxation while in the FIR / NIR bed.. I do ADS at the same time with my stealth-for-men ADS while in the NIR/ FIR bed & it’s how I’ve kept my time committment as low as possible.

My goals are minimum effort/ gentle approach for maximum gains… 10 minutes bathmate + 40 minutes ADS… bathmate is in a very hot bath & ADS is in the NIR/ FIR bed so I am constantly getting heat.

My immediate goal is 8" and maybe something’s wrong with me, because I don’t think 7.3" looks very big… Maybe it’s a form of penis dysmorphia, who knows. Oh, and the wife has definitely noticed… I can give her 20 orgasms in a row now with no effort really (she’s said it’s much longer & wider since I return to PE). It definitely helps keep her more supportive…

Realisitcally, I expect gains to decay & slow down (e.g. to 0.05" per month). I’m curious to see how long it takes to reach 8". This time, I’m in it for the long haul.. I’ve mapped things out & set monthly goals; if I can average 0.05" per month, then I can reach 8" by December 2025. At this point, I’m only trusting measures I can reach both inside & outside the bathmate tube… I’ve taken a pretty ridiculous approach to heat & consistency this time. Also, I’m still 2 days on / 1 day off (like I’m still in the newbie phase). I’m getting less & less sore, which is a sign that I’m going to hit diminishing returns… I think my "less is more" & measure / log everything attitude is paying off (although I”m slacking a bit with the logs lately).

All the studying I did in my early days of PE (over 10 years ago) are paying off — I’ve refreshed my knowledge & learned new things (I didn’t try water pumping or ADS until more recently). I still think hanging is great (some may notice I’ve written guides) but my approach to PE is not dogmatic.. do what works / adapt when it doesn’t & worst case, do a decon break (I’ll be watching for signals for when I need to). For now, I plan to continue with current approach, because it’s been working.

Also, it seems NIR/FIR after about 3.5 months is making my skin tighter / healthier.. my skin was a bit loose after losing 75lbs / NIR & FIR seem to be helping (I’m dermarolling as well). Wow, I’m really a self-improvement junkie… If people who personally knew me other than my wife were aware of all the things I do, they might think I am crazy

Last week I reached 7.5" BPEL while in my bathmate (my max is still 7.3" BPEL outside a device).

It’s crazy how much bigger pumping makes my flaccid & to some extent, it’s starting to persist. My vascularity in my penis has increased a lot & it’s thicker. My flaccid length was 6.5" (BPFL) today after pumping with 5" girth (MSFG). What’s crazy is I started PE having difficulty getting past 5.5" fully erect (I was only 6" on a good day) & my MSEG was 4.88". My flaccid also used to shrink down to 1.5" pre-pe which was incredibly embarrasing. It’s insane to see it staying so big. Pumping really is amazing for flaccid improvements.

My routine is up to 70 minutes ADS / 10 minutes pumping… I dropped Jelqs due to time constraints (I may add it back at some point).
