This is embarrasing, but I think I was measuring wrong when I first came back to PE — I measured from on top of the shaft, but too much to the side. I think I was only 6.75" when I came back to PE, not 7". Regardless, I wasn’t over 6" when I started PE and I consistently measure over 7" BPEL now in good & bad conditions both (something that wasn’t true 6 months ago). On good days I’m 7.25"+ both inside my bathmate & outside with a strict measurement from the top. I’m finding measurements are less consistent as I grow, and I’m not always peak size on a given day. Because of that I will need to over-shoot whatever length goal I set to make sure I’m able to typically reach that size.
Also, PE has restored my EQ - it was getting bad & I was near ED / had times where I had trouble getting it up, but after 6 months+ of consistent PE my EQ is great.
I’ve gained 0.55" since my return to PE.. I started with a manual routine, but switched to ADS within a couple months. This means I’ve gained 0.09" per month since my return to PE.
My routine is pretty gentle & lately I’ve given up on jelqs (mabye as of 1.5 months ago) because I don’t think I do them right — I’m always too flaccid or too erect & I’m having challenges with the time committment. Lately my routine is 10 minutes bathmate 40 minutes ADS while in an NIR / FIR bed (head-to-toe). I’m noticing vascularity increase (my veins are popping out more), blood presure seems to have gone down (both could be side effects of losing a lot of weight in the last 1.5 years), but I’ve also noticed an extreme kind of relaxation while in the FIR / NIR bed.. I do ADS at the same time with my stealth-for-men ADS while in the NIR/ FIR bed & it’s how I’ve kept my time committment as low as possible.
My goals are minimum effort/ gentle approach for maximum gains… 10 minutes bathmate + 40 minutes ADS… bathmate is in a very hot bath & ADS is in the NIR/ FIR bed so I am constantly getting heat.
My immediate goal is 8" and maybe something’s wrong with me, because I don’t think 7.3" looks very big… Maybe it’s a form of penis dysmorphia, who knows. Oh, and the wife has definitely noticed… I can give her 20 orgasms in a row now with no effort really (she’s said it’s much longer & wider since I return to PE). It definitely helps keep her more supportive…
Realisitcally, I expect gains to decay & slow down (e.g. to 0.05" per month). I’m curious to see how long it takes to reach 8". This time, I’m in it for the long haul.. I’ve mapped things out & set monthly goals; if I can average 0.05" per month, then I can reach 8" by December 2025. At this point, I’m only trusting measures I can reach both inside & outside the bathmate tube… I’ve taken a pretty ridiculous approach to heat & consistency this time. Also, I’m still 2 days on / 1 day off (like I’m still in the newbie phase). I’m getting less & less sore, which is a sign that I’m going to hit diminishing returns… I think my "less is more" & measure / log everything attitude is paying off (although I”m slacking a bit with the logs lately).
All the studying I did in my early days of PE (over 10 years ago) are paying off — I’ve refreshed my knowledge & learned new things (I didn’t try water pumping or ADS until more recently). I still think hanging is great (some may notice I’ve written guides) but my approach to PE is not dogmatic.. do what works / adapt when it doesn’t & worst case, do a decon break (I’ll be watching for signals for when I need to). For now, I plan to continue with current approach, because it’s been working.
