I believe someone on here successfully removed a valve from and unused TM vac chamber and put it in another. If you got spares you could give that a go, not sure who did it, might have been 5.5 squared.

the total man kit came with 3 chambers, but apparently, only 1 valve.. I went ahead & ordered the stealth for men vacuum hanger (I’ve been looking at it for a while, & given how much trouble I’m having with total man, I just went for it— at least I found a coupon for 15% off so it was 315 instead of 370 (55 off). It’s not cheap, but I’ve decided I like vacuum ADS becuase it doesn’t restrict bloodflow (and I’ve had good gains in the last couple months from it).
I’ll see if I can clean the valve & get things working, otherwise, I’m back to manual stretching for a while (until I either fix this valve or I get the stealth for men vac).

The bells should all have had valves. That’s the part pressed into the end, with the nipple for the vacuum hose. You press the valve out from the inside, with a piece of music wire, welding rod, or an Allen wrench.

If you use a lube that dries out, wash the bell out each time you use it. Fill it with soapy water, then pinch off the sleeve and use it to force water back through the valve.

AndyJ / TenatiousD: thank you both, the issue was the valve. I tried a fresh valve & things work great again.
And AndyJ, great advice on how to clean - I honestly never thought of forcing water through the valve while it’s attached, that makes total sense.

Just got my stealth for men vacuum hanger / ADS… I haven’t had the time to try it yet. I like that it comes with tools to tell me exactly how much vacuum pressure I’m applying as well as another tool that shows me a weight calculation (of how much force is being applied).
