There’s still a couple weeks left in my "newbie routine" period… I’m still at 15m jelqs, 20m stretching (using total man ADS), and 10 minutes pumping (bathmate)

I’ve been focused on keeping heat on my unit at all times (I use a small space heater + rice socks.. the space heater is important during times I can’t keep a rice sock on), and with the bathmate pumping, the bath water keeps me warm. When I use my ADS I keep rice socks on during the initial 10 minutes when I’m sitting down. I felt gains were possibly slowing a bit, so I started trying to hit a lot more angles while using ADS & definitely noticed more fatigue the first time I tried it (but I’m not sure I believe that much fatigue is necessary to gain). I’m still 2 days on, 1 day off.. and I’ve missed at least 4-5 days of PE, which has extended my newbie routine period. I gained around 0.33" during my original newbie routine period, I probably wont gain quite that much this time, but I’m still doing quite well.

The flaccing gains from puming are RIDICULOUS — my wife came up & grabbed me the other day & said … holy shit, your package is huge! I was noticing when I showered that my flaccid has been WAY bigger since I started pumping. I’m sold on pumping & plan to keep doing it to make this all permanent.

I’m up to 7.25" BPEL now; which is .25" length gained in the last 2.5 months of my return to PE. This takes my total gains up to 1.25", and I’ve had major EQ improvements; I was struggling to measure at 7" consistently when I restarted after a 10+ year hiatus from PE (it was rare / a good day when my EQ was that high), and now I consistently reach 7.25".

Thoughts / Observations:
1-My BPFSL after 10 years of no PE was less than my erect length. My BPFSL gains have been more dramatic than anything else, the benefit of this is it’s easier to consistently measure progress on this metric / it’s the best foundtional metric.
2-Pumping effectiveness: this is the only explanation for gaining .5" FL in just 3 months
3-my flaccid is consistently much bigger / thicker & more resilient (just a little cold used to instantly wreck it, not anymore), and it tends towards staying much longer… I’ve done PE for years in the past & it NEVER had this much of an impact (I’m sold on pumping — the device was very expensive, but it was worth it)
4-it’s surreal to get newbie gains again / for the 2nd time… (0.25" so far & I’m not done yet) I remeber going a year & only gaining .25" or even less (towards the time I stopped doing PE), I think my strategy & approach is far more scientific / well-rounded now. We will see, the real test is whether I can figure out how to get strong, consistent gains post-newbie period.
5-I’ve been using TotalMan ADS.. I used a force meter & have determined it’s usually only 1.5lbs to 2lbs of pressure. I’m still at just 20 minutes… & I’ve started trying to make the most of it, using lots of different angles (I think a flaw last time around in PE was I stuck with BTC hanging far too much.. and gained more slowly than I did with far less force & lots of different manual stretching angles). Since I’m only at 20 minutes, there’s a LOT of room to increase this, but I’m in no rush to build up my resistance.
6-I don’t like that the total man ADS slips sometimes, but on the flipside, it’s incredibly easy to use (the stealthformen is a lot more complicated & feels a lot more difficult to put on with all the layers of plastic), but StealthForMen is way more robust, I can’t even imagine it slipping (I’ve tried it & even without any lube or oil, it holds compression incredibly well - which is good, it was quite expensive at $375 — compare that to total man which was maybe $80, except, I can use stealthformen to hang 20 or 30lbs — yes way too much weight, but the point is the device is more robust, but also cost ~5x as much).
6-joining the cult of heat: that’s right, I keep heat on my unit at all times… space heater, rice sock, thermal pad… My plan is once my ADS sessions start going long (past 20 minutes), I’ll just throw on the thermal heat pad to keep things warm… I’m making great gains, so something about this formula is working,

The turkeyneck thread is filled with 18 pages of non-answers (at least for me), and I think I’ve stumbled into a solution. TheScienceGuy also posted on my progress thread a few pages back & mentioned he’s running a similar experiment (using the bathmate to grow his base shaft skin to prevent or mitigate turkeyneck).

yes, this is definitely a possibility but dificult & requires a lot of patience and at least in my case, i ended up over-doing it & injured myself - with some minor bruising (but what I’ve done with the bathmate has been safe & appears to be working well).

AndyJ - interesting approach… is there a benefit to pumping balls? I saw on some thread on this form or another that women do care about ball size (does it make them bigger?) or are there other reasons? Is there a thread where I can read up on that?

Some guys just want big balls. In my case, it’s a restorative routine - I always had low swingers ever since puberty, and as I got older they shrank to grape size (TRT probably didn’t help), retracted mostly into my body, and my scrotum pulled so tight I didn’t look like I had one. (so much for "dangling old man balls…")

They were retracted too tightly to get a grip on, so I began using the pump to pull on them. I’m now to what I would consider "normal" for both hang and size, but it does require regular pumping to maintain it. I’m good with that; it doesn’t take much time, and I can combine it with regular PE.

Sorry to hear that happened to you, but at least you found a way to recover… Very interesting too; I didn’t know this was a PE exercise option.

It’s flesh and can be stretched, so why not?

Some guys prefer "high and tight". It looks neater, no sweaty "bat wings" or chafing on the thighs, no hasty adjustments when sitting down. There are scrotoplasty procedures to do that surgically, if necessary.

Some guys want bull balls swinging close to their knees. With time, they can get impressive stretches; the scrotum doesn’t have a real length limit like the tunica in the shaft.

Fortunately, stretching is easy if they’re high and tight. It takes surgery you want to change low swingers.
