New Routine Journal
Hi everyone, I decided that I will begin my own routine and update everyday on this journal. My routine will consist of 5 days on 2 days off for 10 weeks. I will be measuring every 2 weeks. I’m not sure if I will be stretching on my off days also, if maybe someone can give me advice on that.
Week 1: 200 jelqs and 5 minutes of stretching
Week 2: 225 jelqs and 7 minutes of stretching
Week 3: 250 jelqs and 9 minutes of stretching
Week 4: 275 jelqs and 11 minutes of stretching
Week 5: 300 jelqs and 13 minutes of stretching
Week 6; 325 jelqs and 15 minutes of stretching
Week 7: 350 jelqs and 17 minutes of stretching
Week 8: 375 jelqs and 19 minutes of stretching
Week 9: 400 jelqs and 21 minutes of stretching
Week 10: 425 jelqs and 23 minutes of stretching
