I have been clamping a lot recently… I have been thinking hard about going for “Aristocane style” clamping again to see if I can muster up some big girth gains and reach 6” EG! Ultimately I would LOVE to have 6.5” EG. Only time will tell… I will explain more about it later when I have time.

I had a KILLER clamping session today and AMAZING sex session last night… She felt sooo tight, I definitely felt like I was filling her up!



Bd's Clamping Approach:
WARNING DO AT OWN RISK, DANGEROUS, ABSOLUTELY NOT FOR THOSE NEW TO PE!

Ok, I have some time now to break down how I clamp. I think I will just break down the steps and then explain after.

a) warm up (5 min… wet or dry jelq, moderate pressure)
b) Get hard and wrap base of dick.
c) Clamp with 1 clamp fairly tight (tight enough such that when you kegel you can physically feel blood go in, but not out… you should feel pressure build up pretty high with each kegel).
d) After about 3 - 5 minutes, add a second clamp just as tight (should really feel the pressure … it can be uncomfortable).
e) Keep kegeling more blood in and building pressure… it will be uncomfortable at first, but after 30 seconds or so you will be able to kegel more.
f) After 15 minutes total has passed take off clamps and wrap for a minute or two and do some firegoat rolls (roll you dick between your palms to promote blood circulation and avoid discoloration)
g) repeat steps b - f for as many sets as you like (I do 3 - 5 depending on how much time I have).

I get pretty massive from this, but also very dark… discoloration is inevitable doing this type of clamping. The pressure literally is intense. Slightly painful, but mostly just uncomfortable. As the days go on, the uncomfort becomes less and less. I believe that this method is somewhat similar to the method used by Aristocane to promote plastic deformation.

Like I said, the pressure is something else… you definitely have to be careful not to push it too far doing this, but I believe this is a surefire way to BIG girth gains. Think about it. You push the hell out of the tunica causing it to expand well beyond its normal state. This expansion is completely hard and not soft like that you get from pumping or clamping lightly for a long time. As long as you clamp again before your penis has enough time to retract to normal, you build off each session (hopefully) pushing your tunica just a bit further each time.

So far I KNOW I have some pretty big girth gains (I’m talking at least 0.25” in the 7 days or so that I have been clamping) but I will avoid measuring until enough time has passed so I can rule out any form of swelling. I definitely feel so much thicker, and the girlfriend noticed as well. I think I will wait until August 6th to measure (my 4 year PE-anniversary!) I know I will be at least 6” EG by then.

So risky, yes… but I think I can handle it.

I will be a Ginny pig on this one for a while… I don’t want anyone to hurt themselves!

Crazy yet brave. But I have to admit, if I had to do something really crazy for girth gains and I knew it would work, I’d do it for sure.


Current size: 7 Bpel x 5.125 Eg. Goal: More girth.

I believe what you are doing is the correct way of Extreme Uli’s, good stuff but be careful :) How erect % are you when you start out clamping off the base?

I am pretty much 100% erect when I clamp. The pressure that builds is way beyond 100% though.

Clamping done right. Atleast in some pictures, some also have fluid build up.

So today I measured my flaccid BEFORE any PE… haha it was 7.5” NBPFL x 5.0” FG. Pretty awesome flaccid if you ask me! Maybe I just caught myself at a good time. The gains are coming! I know they are.

I just found your post today it was very inspirational and your advice about giving yourself credit is dead on. Sometimes it seems like your making no progress it is such a slow process like erosion it is hard to see the subtle changes. Great Job, Congrats!
