Could you please tell us, approximately, how much work you`ve been doing in a typical week?

I think I have to go back to a more irregular approach myself due to time contraints and I find hope hearing that you are gaining so well.

Hey braindrain, I enjoyed reading what I read so far. You are a very intelligent PE’er. I would like to know why you think jelqing has worked so well for you in gaining EG.

I am going to start jelqing more I think and I am an avid pumper like you. I myself have had a hard time clamping as much as I used to when I pump more then I should.

I started doing erect kegel jelqs with the clamp on and a light clamping setting and I think that has helped for a proper substitution. I need to do a form of PE that works the best and I want to know if I should just start perfect jelqing with bends and kegel jelqs exclusively and simultaneously and hang up the clamp for a while. I want to clamp, but it can be exhausting.

Current stats: 8” bpel * 5.2” meg

I was mistaken. kingpole almost TRIPLED his erect volume from 8.8 to 23.6 cubic inches.

Yeah I totally agree Clubber… I find clamping pretty exhausting to. I have read some of your posts and what not in your threads and I have to say we seem to approach PE fairly similarly. Recently I haven’t been doing much, but in the past I used to do multiple long sessions throughout my day. But lately I haven’t had as much time (I’m a student to).

Jelqing has worked well for me because of the way I approach it I think. I typically push the pressure pretty high and I focus on getting as much expansion as humanly possible. Sometimes by the end of my sessions my tunica will literally feel very sore from being pushed so hard. Obviously there is a limit to how much pressure to apply, but I think that limit is different for everyone. If someone were to see me jelq they would likely say I am treading in dangerous water, but after nearly 4.5 years of PE, I think I know my limits.

Men I am staying pretty big after workouts… consistently sitting at 6.25” + EG after a workout. During a good clamping session (say after 10 min jelqing, 20 min pumping, 10 min clamping) I can reach 7” base girth (which feels so unreal to me!).

I feel like I have really hit my groove lately, hopefully this will result in some gains. I would love to be able to make it to 6.0” EG. Not many members here (at least I cant think of any) have gone from 4.375” EG to 6+” EG.

The one thing I have definitely noticed is that over the years the overall shape of my dick has changed a bit. I definitely have a lot more skin now and my shaft definitely appears bigger in relation to my head. Maybe once I reach 6.0” EG I will post some pics but I don’t know, we’ll see.

I guess I should mention what my routine has been the last few months. As I said earlier it has been very sporadic and on the whim of the moment but it usually consists of at least 10 min jelqing, 15 min (sometimes 3 x 15min) clamping, and 20min to 1 hour pumping whatever I have the time for. Some days I only pump and others I leave the pump out completely.

Some questions which might help others:
What has your day on day off schedule been like?
Also do you watch your PI’s?
Do you care if you get negative EQ at all and do you try to get an as good as possible EQ or do you discard EQ/PI’s as an indicator of gains?
