My Length ApproachHere is my new approach to length. With it I bet I will have some pretty massive gains.
1) ADS As much as possible. I’m talking 20 hours a day type thing. Doesn’t necessarily have to be under a lot of tension. I am going to make the ADS pretty much a part of me, I will wear it everywhere.
2) Hang everyday. Right now I am doing about 7.7lbs (3.5kg) for 2 x 10 minute sessions twice a day (40 min per day). Eventually I will add either more weight or more time as needed.
3) Jelq at least once per day. I have been doing one 10 minute session, maybe eventually add a second session, or more time.
4) Keep ejaculations to a minimum. I will only ejaculate from sex or activities with the girlfriend, no masturbation on my part.
5) Do this for as long as the gains last. I am riding the gain train on this one. Once gains halt, I will take a little decon break (likely clamp and pump for a while) then do it all again.
6) Stay dedicated, positive and believe in myself. So far these first few days have been great! I have gained already! but that is definitely just because I went from no stretching to ADSing for 20+ hours a day, so I won’t make that gain official yet.
Short term goals
Since I have already reached my 6” EG goal, I will just focus on length for a while.
1. Reach 8.5” BPEL - by January (Should be easy, I am practically already there).
2. Reach 8.75” BPEL - by March or April (Definitely achievable)
3. Reach 9.0” BPEL - by July or August (Again if anyone can do it, I can)
.: I am giving myself 9 months to make 0.625” of length gains… that’s only 0.0694” per month (just a little bit more than 1/16th”). I should reach these goals quicker, but the whole point of short term goals are that they have to be achievable.
Long term goals Some of these may sound ridiculous, but personally, I want to be ridiculous, I want to be the only guy in the world to achieve these things. I want to do incredible things with my life. I don't care for fame, I likely will never reveal who I am in the form of TV or magazines like DLD has, or start my own paysite or anything like that. I want to do this for me. For some reason, this is how I feel, I don't care if it seems crazy. Imagine being over a foot long? I do all the time.
1. 9.5” BPEL x 6.5” EG by sometime in 2011
2. 10” BPEL x 7.0” EG by sometime in 2013 - I think I will stop girth at 7”
3. 11” BPEL by 30 years old.
4. ??? by 40 years old.
Like the title of this thread, I am going to PE for life. I mean it. Imagine me at 80 still tugging away haha. But seriously. I will do this. I may have to take some breaks along the way, but that’s ok. PE can’t be everything in life. I have gain greed for sure, but I know that I can and I will. It’s just a matter of time.
