Pillars to answer the questions:

1) Day on day off schedule has basically been forgotten about. Sometimes I will go for 2 weeks without a day off, other times I will only go 2 days and take a day off. Mind you I don’t do the above routine everyday. Sometimes I only have the time to jelq for 10 min and that will be it for the day.

2) I don’t really watch my PI’s. If I am having a bad day erection wise I might just pump for 10 - 15 min and that would be it for the day.

3) EQ has been pretty steady for me. Like I said though, if I do have a bad EQ day I will only do some light pumping. But I don’t really use EQ/PI’s as an indicator of gains.

Had to throttle down a bit due to my activities in Varsity sports and national championships (A lot of traveling and shared hotel rooms). I managed to jelq for about 2 x 10 minutes every day for the last week in the shower in the hotel and as well I have been doing dry jelqs whenever I “go to the bathroom.” I still feel as though the last few weeks have been productive since I am still measuring pretty girthy after workouts and rarely do I measure below 5.875” EG at any given time in the day, but I won’t make that an official measurement yet.

I have already gone through all of the pictures I have ever posted on thunders and I will post a new picture thread with a link to all of them once I start measuring 6” EG or over.

I never realized how many pictures I have posted! As well, my penis really has changed quite a bit in appearance since I started. The biggest changes are: Its generally darker, it has become “beefy” looking rather than long and thin looking, and I definitely have more skin in the circ scar area (likely from pumping, jelqing, and clamping). But at least I am bigger!

Lately I have been doing a morning and evening session. Usually about 10 - 15 min jelqing, 15 - 20 min pumping and 1 or 2 x 15 min clamping. Still going strong. I’m staying pretty thick all day and I bet eventually it all will cement nicely :)

So I haven’t measured flaccid girth in a long time… much to my surprise I measured out at 5.625” FG! I got so excited I had to measure my erect girth to see if there was a change… Sure enough I was sitting just over 5.875” EG! My FG and EG for the last few years have been very close, same with length, I am now a shower through and through. Its been almost a month since I measured out at 5.75” EG so I’m pretty excited by this extra 1/8th” girth gain. I know it likely isn’t cemented yet, but I’m pretty sure if I really go for it I can make it to 6.0” EG by mid December.

Haha I just entered my new measurements in the data site… my FLACCID today was 7.25” NBP x 5.625” FG. Holy shit! Seriously… it just hit me now. My flaccid is huge! Almost ridiculous if you really think about it. Not only is it way bigger than my starting erect size, its way bigger than the world’s average erect size. Sure it was a pretty good flaccid day for me, but damn!

My flaccid started at 4.0” NBPFL x ~4.0” FG (roughly, I didn’t measure pre-PE flaccid girth until a few months in). This stuff works guys! I really can’t believe it.

Really awesome progress, bd!

I am a very hard girth gainer myself, but it seems like I am actually making some progress now in the girth department for the first time in over a year. I am considering to take up clamping again, even though I’ve never really liked it. I’m really hungry for that illusive 6” girth!

Got any good tips for a fellow PE veteran who’s kind of run out of ideas? :) .

BD, very impressive and gains and dedication. I hope to follow in your footsteps. I have similar starting measurements. I have made some decent gains in my first 4.5 months of PE. Up to 18.5 cm for BPEL and 12.4 cm EG. So I have 3.5 cm of EL growth and .8 cm of EG growth.

I am also interested in Krowax’s last question. I have been doing some version of manual clamping and then switched to cable clamps doing a set of 10 minute jelq, then 10 minute cable clamp (just one), then 10 more minutes of jelqing, then one last set of 10 minutes of cable clamp (just one). I used this method of jelq/cable clamp/jelq/cable clamp for about 1 month (from month 3 to 4 of my PE career). Most of my girth growth came from newbie PE (did this for first 2.5 months). I subscribe to the perfect jelq where I take 5-7 seconds on each stroke at 60-80% erection. I am pretty faithful to jelqing. I have started to switch to the aristocane philosophy of building on each set so now I jelq for 20-25 minutes and then do 3-4 sets of 12 minutes each cable clamping with about 2 minutes of rest and blood recirculation. I have been doing this for about a week or so.

I may be do for a deconditioning break. I took a small one (about a week) after the end of my 3rd month.

That’s awesome that you are making some girth progress Krowax! As for some ideas… I guess the best I can say would be to try everything and just keep changing things up. I feel like trying lots of different things is what has helped me with girth. Even re-try things that you tried a long time ago.

I remember the first few times I tried pumping I hated it. I always got bad discolouration after a pumping session and it never really worked well to get any expansion. I put the pump away for a few years and then the next time I brought it out, it worked like a charm. It was like an entirely different thing from what it used to be! I got huge expansion and no discolouration this time around. The same could be said about the first time I tried clamping. When I first started I would get maybe 0.25” of girth expansion during a set tops… now I routinely see 1”+ expansion from clamping alone. Things change over time. Its definitely worth it to go back and re-try things.

Exactly the way I see it! I’m a lifer for sure. PE for life, its the title of this thread :up: If you just build off each day, where will you be 1, 2, 3 or 10 years down the road?… Freaking huge! Or super healthy and hard, either is good for me now.

Those are some pretty sweet gains Majick! That routine looks pretty solid as well, it definitely looks like something I would do or try. As for decon-breaks, I have never really advocated them, but at the same time I have taken quite a few of them without trying to, and some of them have lasted for months at a time. I definitely feel like decon-breaks do help with gains. Even if you lose a little bit, you tend to gain it back very quickly and then some.

Lately I have been upping the pressure a bit in the pump and I have been focusing more on perfect jelqing (20 - 30 minute sessions). I have been hitting 8.25” BPEL pretty consistently which is pretty sweet. I hope by christmas I can reach 8.5” x 6”, that would be cause for celebration! :)
