If you’ve been following my PE4F log then you’ll know today was my 6th run with it officially and today I’ve been able to make some notes and gather some trends.
Primarily, that PE4F without warm-up will be largely worthless in my opinion. Each of my sessions I’ve played with different preparation levels and methods. And feedback from my penis has been steady and easily deciphered.
First, edge a good bit. Or do some manual stretches or something to get your penis warmed up. I do NOT mean apply heat first. I mean work the tissues, either with an extended erection or manual manipulation. But don’t do like 10 minutes of jelqing first. It still needs to be light to maybe medium levels of worked. Ease into it.
Second, use a warmed up tube. This is where I deviate hard from the typical PE4F user. Heat is integral to pumping in this medium for me. Additionally, do not use a thickwall tube. Those are very hard to heat well and will screw with your heat distribution. I like to heat the tube a minimum of 10 minutes, maybe 15-20 minutes is better. I think longer is best, just do not heat the tube hot enough to burn your penis. I have done this. Do not do this.
Third, make massaging your CCs a serious endeavor. Myofascial unlocking is a real thing and tenderizing the tissue you want to stretch and subject to vacuum directly is going to only help your cause and make this session more efficient.
Finally, to get the most out of it….use it sparingly at first. I think the idea that many of us have is “push and condition, then grind it in raw time” and this works for most PE methods reasonably well but the pressures you use here, if you grind hard to learn it and get used to it…you’ll be so tough you’ll need insane “Up” times on your pressure durations that it will be difficult to calibrate your routine. I started at 10 minutes, dropped to 5 and then 3 minutes, still within the gains zone. So I’m working up from 3 minutes, currently at 3 minutes and 30 seconds with a heavily heated tube. By the time I hit the 20 minute mark I’ll likely have some gains marked as well.
As for today…I marked several consecutive measurements at 6.25” MSEG. Something I typically only got back when I used to squeeze the base for MSEG measurements. I stopped doin’ that last year around the summer so that I had the functional amount and today, I hit it and hit it several times. No edema, nothing. It says to me I’m playing with the PE4F method just right. So I’m doing it right and I’m going to play it slow, out of functionality as well as caution. Myofascial unlocking is key.
Today has been a great day for my experiment and my goal of 7.25” MEG is still within reach as a result.
