I’d like to add, though (I am always the devil’s advocate) that the mind’s state is not impervious to the body’s actions. Personally I have fought depression and anxiety with great success through things like exercise, power posing, and working on my posture. Stretching my m. pectoralis minor greatly reduced my anxiety attacks. Exercise reduced my general stress levels, and working on my anterior pelvic tilt dealt with sitting pains and consecutive desperation about… well… having pain for no reason.
Improvement of your mental state is not necessarily a mental exercise.
But yes, depression is certainly one of the “big five” drivers for overall maladies (the others being diabetes, hypertension, old age, and overweight)

I agree. But you’re at greater risk of injury before your body decides to help combat the depression with your endorphins. There is a balance where you are exercising because you’re depressed and you exercising because you are fighting depression and winning. It is a thin line.

In the case of PE, because of the amount of ups and downs and zero feedback times it just isn’t something I suggest while depressed cuz it’ll make you feel worse more often than better statistically.

I am also a depressive person working it out of my mind through exercise/bodybuilding/fixing my posture and PE worked from the beginning and even better after “mastering” it, but i was very depressed when i started and got better since.

I’ve recently bought a Penimaster Pro (a german penis extender). In this forum, people always talk about manual exercices. It seems like extenders aren’t the go-to solution for MOST people (most of them haven’t time for this).
BUT I have a very specific situation : this year, for the next 7 months, I will be preparing for an exam AT HOME. So basically I can stay home all day and to my thing.

Question 1 : So In my situation, what do you think ?
1- Only the penis extender : in my situation I’ll work well and no need to do manual work (which I don’t like cause it requires concentration ; with the extender you just put it and that’s it)
2- Only manual exercices cause my penimaster SUCKS and I have been ripped off by ADS.
3- My penimaster is great but manual exercices can help me in addition

Question 2 :Also, I searched for this information but I didnt find it : when I use my extender, do I have to extend my penis till I feel pain (and then I lock) ?
When you put the extender : is it supposed to hurt THE FIRST FEW MINUTES ? Is it supposed to hurt anytime ?

Do I have to have the reflex to stop when I feel pain or I should be like NO PAIN NO GAIN ??

(sorry I was about to ask you only the first question but then the others came through my mind :D and I feel like it’s important to have great habits from the begining)

I would ask this question in the general forum. The PeniMasterPro is a system I’ve never used and there are people putting in more extender time than I have. You will get more answers from people that can help you better.

The path of mental fortitude and forging

I mean for me, this is just a natural progression. PE and other goals are coalescing into a great thing that is upgrading my entire life in leaps and bounds. I think subliminals being the beat of my life keeps me on track.

This could just be me but…after getting my latest track on sex drive and feeling better about erections, I’ve been masturbating twice daily for 3 weeks. Not a coincidence that I took a 3 week break till I could get use to that. I’m only human (though it was perfect time for a break). I started back today: Round 17 (53): Pitfalls (special note)

It’s a matter of understanding myself and I’m still learning me. Still mastering me. Getting bigger is only a part of my path forward and accepting that my path forward includes many things and continues in multiple facets simultaneously is important to me.

The Deepest End of the Pool

I am there. In PE, I’ve officially tried everything, even the things I thought were too dangerous to try.

I’ve been at PE4F pumping with an industrial pump for about a year off and on seen here: PE4F High Pressure Pumping: thoughtfulgold I just started the Extreme ULI trials today here: First Attempt at Extreme ULI (clamping with a turnkey hoseclamp) (uncensored) and quite frankly, I have to admit it wasn’t as hard or dangerous as I thought to do this stuff.

Sure, I’ve drawn blood. I’ve burned myself. I’ve gotten raw, light bruising…but after over 9 years of experimentation I didn’t think I’d come out unscathed but no permanent injuries and no losses of sensation leave me in a positive place. I am mastering PE as a practice and I continue forward. My routine reflects this level of experience and confidence. All of this is a culmination of things that makes me happy.

Maybe it isn’t a notable thing to say or talk about but…I think I’m at a place where if you want to know about PE, I’ve probably been there and done it. I never thought I would be that guy, when I first started. Those guys were always too hardcore for me, too big to contemplate reaching. But…I’ve crested 9” and I’m going to keep chugging until I reach my goals or get bored. Which is where those guys were but I never understood that mentality…until now.

I could start coaching but…*shrugs* It didn’t take off before and I ain’t chasing it much now.

I have had a rich PE experience and maybe it’ll keep rewarding me with gains over time. But it doesn’t change the fact I’m in the last stages of it, eventually…I’ll reach the end. Sobering thought. To imagine an Alumni tag and all my posts dated back a decade…but…could be the end of the road in a few years. Humbling but true.

I won’t get anymore gains eventually because…I won't want anymore gains eventually.

I’ve done enough PE that I’m not pressed or stressing for “the most I can get”…I will reach a point in the next few years…I will just call it quits.

My size now is further than I ever imagined I could get. More is just victory laps and eventually I’ll leave the track.

You got amazing size length and girth. Do you mind sharing if your gains was made with or without an ads? Im so stressed about wearing my ads in school afraid it will show. Thanks and really hope you will make much more gains.

I have tried everything. This log touches on some of it. There is no secret method that works best.

Anything you get good at and put the time in will get you gains.

I agree. The worst I have done over the years is a clogged lynth node. It took a few months to heal.

One thing I have noticed, and would like your opinion, is the humble Jelq. It seems to have been present in my routine during times of gains. Especially girth, which is what I am focusing on now. I tend to go reasonably hard and end up with a shiny head at the end, if that makes sense.

The jelq is a very key building block for the building of manual expertise. Many exercises rely on similar manipulations. My own staple manual exercise when I’m doing manuals is the ULI#3 which is basically a fully erect super slow jelq designed for girth.

It is a great tool and if it produces for you then your PE fortune isn’t doomed to as much device play as some other practitioners.

Your shiny head is usually indicative of full, maybe even excess over 100% engorgement. if anything can get you there it needs to be included in your routine as that is a sure sign of effective tissue manipulation.
