DIY Coolsculpting Attempt #6: Weight for more even cold
For hour #6 I went and found my old hanging weights. I used to hang with wrist and leg weights because they are a set weight as a set and removing a pack removed a precise amount of weight. That was years ago.
Today, a 6lb wrist weight band is in my pillowcase. Now it presses down gently and evenly on my water bladder constantly while I lay here under cold. An easy addition that cost me nothing cuz I got so much old PE gear.
Additionally I got a compliment today from a user asking if I’ve measured fat pad loss. That exchange is here: HenrikL - Photo Album: thoughtfulgold and the short answer is “No, cuz I’m crazy.” I will measure at 20 hours, may be 10 also. Depends on how I feel.
*Edit: Refreshed ice with 10 more pieces and went for another hour.
It started to feel good somehow. Endorphin release was underestimated it appears.
Also, post cold the skin is very tight and getting difficult to pinch. I may be seeing serious results and it cost me less than $20? Versus $750 per hour of cold at a cool sculpting spa?
*Total time under cold *120 minutes.
Cummulative time under cold 7 hours or *420 minutes.
