Starting year 4 with no gains

Had another similar experience to a few days ago.
Yesterday reached the best in tube expansion I’ve had so far, woke several times through the night with larger than normal erections then this morning no wood at all !

It definitely seems that over stretching the tunica causes some short term ED
Things were pretty much back to normal this evening though.

These in the tube records seem to be the result of the cumulative effect of several days work and happen suddenly.

This “work” phase of the procces seems straightforward if the goal is expansion beyond normal ?

The difficult thing is knowing what to to next, complete rest or reduce the workload so things recover while still getting stretched out ?

I’m going to test the reduced workload first but any opinions welcome.

Hard to explain, kind of like reaching the point where I feel a really good stretch in the tunica, feels good to start with and slowly over ten mins or so starts to feel a bit uncomfortable.

I guess a very mild burning is similar.
What are you thinking ?

When I used to wear the extender, after a couple of hours or so I did feel kinda a light burning. I often wondered if that was linked with gains, but to be honest it seemed to be more a bad sign than a good one. In the pump sometime I feel kinda a dull ache, when I stay in the tube too long.

You could try my 2 or 3 intense days followed by a couple of ‘recovery/maintenance’ days, then a semi-intense day followed by a couple more ‘recovery/maintenance’ days before the next set of intense days. Or make your own plan loosely based on it.

So what do you think Marinera ? Ride the fatigue or stop at the point you start to feel it ?

FG I’m going to try something along the lines you’re suggesting, I can tell I’m overdoing it a bit.
I think adding in the fulcrum stretches has really upped the intensity more than I realised !

That’s the 1 million dollar question, Capernicus. If I had to guess, the burning feeling is more a bad sign than a good one; it is somewhat similar to the feeling you get when stretching the muscles a bit too much or too long. I’d like to hear Figo’ opinion on this one.

As a side note, the feeling we are speaking here is not the fatigue as Bib meant when recommends ‘riding the fatigue’; the fatigue, in Bib’s words, is not any kind of aching but just not being able to hang a given weight, whitout further explanation of how this inability would feel.

When I reach fatigue during PE, I keep going until I feel it’s time to stop; I know that the more time I spend riding the fatigue, the worse my EQ is going to be for a day or so.

If I feel fatigued very early on during the session, I don’t do too much that day.

Burning is not a good feel. It’s usually related to either skin stretch or nerve irritation. Fatigue to me feels like a dull tiredness in the tissues that are saying “OK, that’s enough now!”.

I think that pretty well sums up how it feels to me as well so I haven’t been to far wrong.

Measured this morning, shouldn’t have bothered, no change.

I keep thinking that in some way my workouts just aren’t effective ?
More to think over I guess.

Are you tracking girth? How are you doing fulcrum stretches, upward or downward?

I think you should forget the pump for some months, if it has not worked for years is not going to work now.

Your probably right, I’m open to suggestions !

Been doing the fulcrums both up and down, I do feel they’re effective I just don’t want to gain any length.

I think maybe phase in more manual girth exercises and reduce the pump to more of a warm up.
