the wrap was ready and I pulled my dick out and I felt like I “over stretched” my dick. It almost felt like I extended something to much.
In like a minute my dick went hard flaccid on me, I then tried to stretch it out again but nothing worked. I then left it for a day then came
back to it about a day later and just tried to stretch it again and it went back to a hard flaccid. what should I do??

Hi Hundreds. Sounds like a mild strain and will want the same approach as in my post above. It will probably recover faster though.
Hard flaccid after any mild injury is a normal protective response by the penis. It doesn’t always (or even usually) mean a pelvic floor strain.
We all worry about it when we get a hard flaccid response or an inability to get an erection response after a mild injury or over training at PE, but it’s often just a protective response the same stiff legs that wouldn’t let us run the day after a big squat session!

Give it rest and don’t worry about it unless it makes no progress at all in two weeks.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results

General information:

If you have picked up a strain or sprain of any type, avoid putting heat on it for a least the first 4 days. Heat will increase the inflammation and make it worse, extending healing time. An ice pack for a few minutes (be sensible and don’t freeze the tissue - all the structures are quite superficial so won’t need long) applied over a thin cloth will often help.

General info 2:

I’m actually officially retired at this site after many years of helping out and don’t come here as often. So if I don’t reply quickly to a question don’t be offended.

I didn’t start this thread to become some sort of injury guru here - that’s the last thing I’m interested in doing! If you have a major worry you need to see your doctor, not ask about it on a web forum. I started it because people were reporting injuries in threads and wanting answers but not giving enough information for anyone to be able to help them.
The questions I suggested are generally the information needed to have any idea what may be going on.
There are plenty of other folk here able to answer questions about common injuries (no one does PE for any length of time without getting a few!) so hopefully they will answer if I’m not about, or if they want to. This is not ‘my’ thread guys so please step in if you can 🙂

Thank you so much it means so much to me that they are people like yo helping out the newbies at this type of stuff!
I will listen to your instructions and not put any heat on it but will ice it for a few minutes a day for 2 weeks.

Thank you again!

Doing that may get you some advice, but you could get much better advice if you give more details.

Only a medical professional can give a diagnosis, and for that they will need to see you.
The best you can hope for here is some good advice from someone who has been through what you are experiencing, and have found what worked for them, or who have other knowledge of your condition. There are doctors here, but they are not going to advertise that fact, nor would a genuine medical professional of any type ever try to diagnose your condition over the web.

So what questions should you answer to get the best advice?
Here are some examples - you would do best to answer them all, but you could pick and choose from the list. Copying and pasting them into your post is a good idea, along with your answers.

Age?
General health (are you fit enough to walk a mile fast, or play a full game of basketball etc. or are you more of a couch surfer, for example)?
Do you take regular exercise? Aerobic or resistance or both?
Under/over/normal weight for height?
Do you smoke? How much?
Do you use other recreational drugs (including alcohol) Much or little/occasional or regular user?

Are you taking any prescribed medication? (Include anything which would be prescribed but that you get elsewhere, e.g. prescription painkillers, ED meds etc.)
Are you taking any over-the-counter medication? (e.g. antihistamines, NSAIDS etc.)
Are you using any dietary supplements?
Do you generally eat a healthy diet, or do you live on fast food and cookies?

Do you suffer from anxiety, stress, fatigue, depression etc.?
Are you typically physically relaxed ot tense?
Do you have any known health conditions (e.g. cardiovascular disease, diabetes, neurological problems, hormonal imbalances, thyroid disorders, asthma etc.)?

What symptoms do you have?
How long have you had them?
Have they been the same over that time or have they got better/worse?
Have they improved for periods of time (e.g. when you are on holiday or doing different work)?
If symptoms have improved or gone away for periods of time, how long did they improve for?
What makes the symptoms better? (think hard about these - anything from less PE/masturbation to drinking more H2O to doing meditation etc. is useful info)
What makes the symptoms worse? (think hard about these - anything from a hard day at work to alcohol or lack of sleep etc. is useful info)
Are there certain times of day the symptoms are better or worse?
Are the symptoms better or worse when you are in certain positions (e.g. sitting, standing, laying prone or supine)?

Have you seen a medical professional with your symptoms?
What type of doctor?
What did they say?
Did you have any tests?

How do you think your condition/symptoms occurred? (Be very honest here, or no-one can really help you, e.g. don’t say you did a few gentle jelqs if you strangled you penis, or that you did a bit of stretching if you stretched as hard as you could, or that you tried clamping if you wore a constricting device all night…)

Is there anything else you can add that may be useful to know about yourself or your condition?

I had peins pump side effect which my peins become firm and lower Erection quality lobedo and numbness so what can I do?
I stop all pe from 2012 but not masterbatation
Do you think it permanent damage?

Penis Injuries

I’m 21 years old right now, and I think I injured my penis at two days ago. I was use Phallosan to stretch for a week, also Kegel motion and Jelq for beginner, and it had seemed OK until the day before yesterday. I decided to add 30 min max power stretching that day, then I used Phallosan to strapped my leg and started to stretching. But I was erect that time, and in this 30 min, I was erect about 15 min. Next day. When I continued the Phallosan stretching, I found my penis feeling weird, then I worn it for 4 hours, then I backed home quickly to take it off.
After that, I stop every kind of PE, include Kegel and Jelq. Now I describe my penis status. Now, it will feel sore lightly, and the feeling is extend to root of penis. When my penis is flaccid, the right cavernous body is harder than before ,and it is harder than left one obviously. I can still erect, but if I don’t erect perfectly, my penis will incline to right. If I erect perfectly, my penis will be straight again, and the right cavernous body will be much harder than before, also the right cavernous body is more sensitive than before.
So now I want to check with you:
1. Did I injured?
2. If I injured, what happen with my penis?
3. If I injured, it’s recoverable?
> If it is yes, what should I do to help it to recover? And in the recover time, could I continue my Kegel motion? After that what should I be careful about PE?
> If it is not, what will be happened?(´・_・`)

Of cause I’m nervous, and I hope I write it clearly to understand.
If you can solve my problem, I will appreciate that.

Don’t stretch an erect penis. That’s asking for an injury.

As you can still get erect I wouldn’t be too worried.

Take at least 2 weeks off with NO PE. Very light masturbation should be OK.

I expect it will recover fine.

Thank you! I know what I need to do now.
By the way. Today I checked my penis again. I found it’s really curve, or incline to right.
What should I do if I want to correct it after these 2 weeks rest?

Does the shaft curve along its length differently to before or is it more like the shaft has ‘rolled’ to the right but is the same shape?

Both, it is rolled to right and curve to right a little bit.

And if I feel light labor pains sometimes what is that mean?

Diagnosing at a distance is never a safe or valid thing to do, but I suspect from what you’ve said that you have mildly strained a suspensory ligament, which will heal fine with time.

I got it, thank you!

Why does my cum smell sometimes and not others. Since I have been experiencing ED my cum does not smell. Today I was able to produce some pungent smelling cum (smells like detergent mixed with smelly ocean smell).

Hi there all

I joined the community a while back, I did not try anything until 4 months ago and I got results. Problem is I never really warmed up but it was fine. The stupid thing that I think I did is that after like 2 3 weeks of not doing it, I started overnight and I think too hard, I also had intercourse and since a week now, I have this “string” on the length of my penis and it also seemed to shorten in size. What to do? How bad is it? I have been stressed as I need to move out in a month and the company I was working for shut down.. But come one really? I think stress is no big deal here I mean I play guitar and its like literally I have a string in my penis. I’m worried, it does not hurt but I can’t get a full erection and If I do I would probably snap something and I do not want to. Is there anything I can do? I will also go and see a doctor. Hell probably say I’m an idiot for trying to make my dick bigger but its only 6 inches and I want it to be at least 7 in a year I think its probable but how do I proceed?
