Guys I have a question, I have gotten into hanging after not seeing any gains from anything else, and I moved up to 5 lbs for the first time and I could tell it was a different strain on my dick, and I felt like a pain-sensation, for a short quick second and it went away. But ever since, my urethra feels a little inflamed, like when I try to get hard or when I shake it with my hand. Does that sound like an injury? I’m unsure what to do. I feel like I was just about to break ground with this.

As long as there is no blood coming from the urethra or pain when urinating it’s probably just soreness from over stretching it rather than an injury as such. I would let it settle down properly before continuing to avoid it becoming an injury.

Yes, this is an injury, probably in nerves in perineum, reflecting in your penis.

Stop hanging forever, while the injury is mild.

Hi, I’ve only been at PE for about a month, however if you look through my brief post history, you’ll see that I’ve been off too a rocky start. My last issue was a slight internal pain that was felt after a PE session. The discomfort was isolated to a spot where the shaft meets the glans, but again, internal. Now here is where I feel I’ve done myself in. I think I may have wrongly attributed this pain to jelqing, when the actual issue was stretching.

I had taken about a week off from jeqling but continued to stretch. Today while stretching I noticed that same discomfort and ended the session early, however now, an hour later, it is full-blown pain. I believe for this whole month I’ve been stretching improperly even though I tried my best to mimic the video here on Thunder’s. Perhaps my OK grip has not been properly placed correctly under the glans?

I’m thinking it’s a pinched nerve because the pain is isolated to that one point and radiates outward. The pain flares only when I sit down/get up or anytime my penis shifts position on that tender spot. I’ve searched this forum for this issue, but I can find no one who’s had this issue.

It would seem that I have no choice but to stop PE for the time being. I welcome all and any advice.

Correction

It looks like it isn’t just that one point on my penis. It is actually the entire top-left side of the shaft. While the pain is still there when something touches that area, the pain that emits is maybe 3% less painful than yesterday. I do feel though that this will put me out of the PE game for at least a month or two. I have no idea when that tissue will be back to how it was before I started PE a month ago.

Rest for a month or two? What a great idea! Too bad many of the injured on here will never allow things to heal. Good for you!!!

Well given the amount of pain that I was feeling, I didn’t think it was something would’ve completely healed in one or two weeks. However it’s the weirdest thing, everything is *suddenly* back to normal. While the pain had been decreasing a bit everyday since Sunday, it was still at about 5/10 yesterday. Today I woke up with absolutely no pain when I touched that part of my penis. It’s as if nothing was ever wrong in the first place!

To be honest, this miraculous overnight recovery is a bit more disconcerting than the actual “injury”. I still plan on giving it at least a couple more weeks just to be on the safe side.

Like if you get sore legs after a run or pull a muscle in the gym you should stop running and going to the gym forever. 🙃

Burning sensation in the urethra problem here. The burning is in the entire shaft but more towards the glands. Here’s how it started: I was hanging with a bib hanger and I had the urge to take a dump. I held off as long as possible but it turned urgent, so I shuffled to the toilet. At the end of the dump, I made the mistake of trying to urinate with the hanger tight. After no success, I loosened up the hanger and out shot the flow. I tightened the hanger back up and finished the last ten minutes of the hang. After the session, I loosened up the hanger and out dribbled another 1/8 oz or so of urine. The rest of the day I had discomfort and since the. I’ve had this burning sensation. It’s been five days

Actually, Firegoat, you do not know anything except just empiric thoughts, and you should not advise people in here.

If they get a permanent injury, as always you will just silent, right?, and forget having said “just rest for one or two more weeks.”

I know rather well how the penis and it’s associated neuromuscular system etc. works. I was poking fun at the ridiculousness of your advice with that post, not comparing the relative anatomy and physiology. Hence the upside down smiley!
