I bought the xlabs extender without any knowledge of PE before my injury, which in turn has caused me to invest much more time in this web sight searching for a more methodical
And healthy approach with regards to increasing the size of my unit.
It started with me using the extender (strap not noose) off and on, never realizing the importance of stretching and warming up, one day here and one day there for about 2 weeks. I would only use the device for about 45 minutes with medium resistance ( no pain just slight pressure) and would balloon the head of my penis entrapping blood in the attempt to increase my size.
At first I noticed a slight gain in girth and EQ but one day I must have trapped or gripped my glans to tight because when I went to take off the extender the head of my penis was blueish and my glans were all stretched and mangled. I tried to force and erection but it was impossible and I wasn’t able to get it up for about 2 days after that. I’ve noticed permanent stretch marks around my glans and they have taken on a more veiny appearance and some turtling . Also there was a slight sticking sensation when peeing or after having sex and 4 days later my penis around the glans was extremely dry and with a very slight needle like stabbing sensation. This trauma happened about a month and a half ago and that stinging and needles has gone away up until I tried doing the newbie routine ( much less severe but still a pinch) . I am 23 and find that I no longer get random erections and have a harder time keeping them but can if properly stimulated with more effort. My penis was originally slightly discolored but now most of the color has returned. I was wondering if anyone could advise me on what to do, I felt like my penis was healing but I may have aggravated it again trying to return to PE. I’d like to know your guys input regarding the stretched glans and the pinching, I am not so concerned about the cosmetics but I hope that the pinching goes away and the EQ returns. I have no baseline or reference so I don’t know how long do things typically take to heal. Also I am wondering would abstaining from masturbation help the healing process. Hi, I started PE like 6 months ago and I got to impressives results only jelqing, I started stretching and I got even more results in 2 weeks but I started to get damage, I got problems with EQ I stopped, in 10 days I was better than before, I started again and I started to feel more size in flaccid but lost of erection, again 3 days passed and I conserved the size from that day in flaccid I stretch in other ways that I feld were less efective and I jelqed, my EQ became better than in a lot of time but I lost that size I won at least in flaccid, I started to think that stretch gived me problems relationated with the pelvic floor, I stretched again in the same way that in the start and happened the same more flaccid even more half hard but less erection and mild orina problems (this is why I’m pretty sure this is relationed with pelvic floor). I do 0 exercise right know I don’t have to go to school or work (I’m 18) this is why mi EQ is not that good because at the moment I do something I get rock solid like I never get, this is why I though I should wait some days start walking or running a lot and do some jelq and start doing keggels, I never have problems with jelq but yes with stretch there isnt any kind of substitute?, one day I stretched a littlebit and I jelqed/squeeze 2 days next I got my maximum size (9 of january) since that I wasn’t able to get that hard with the size I got that day. Hello, everyone, I’m new as a member but I’ve been doing PE for a while though never seriously committed, until more recently.
I am currently 30 years old, my last measured BPEL was 7.5 inches which is what it was when I was 16, long before I’d even considered PE. The changes I’ve noticed more to the size of my phallus have been to its bone pressed flaccid stretched length and the hardness of the erection. My BPFSL (8.4 inches) is longer than my bone pressed erect length and my erection isn’t as hard as it used to be but it’s the same size (I’m a grower too, my flaccid length is only about 2.5 inches), I can even pull it out while it’s “hard” (7.5 inches) to just over 8 inches. My concern is that I have gains but I am unable to have them manifest in my tumescent phallus. I’m sure if that’s the case it’s probably because of poor blood flow. I have anxiety and depression problems as well as I don’t hydrate or exercise. Just wondering if it’s what I think or if it’s something else. My Hope hope is I just need to be more healthy and I’ll be able to see gains.

I stood in warm shower for 10mins.
I stretched manually in the 8 cardinal directions 30 seconds each.
Then, oiled my penis with coconut oil. And jelqed at about 75-80% from the base till before the glans, 4 seconds per stroke for about 5-10 mins. Total number of strokes would be just under 50, because I kept losing erection. Then I returned to shower to wash the oil from my body.
I performed this session on Saturday and Monday. Enlarged vein visible on Saturday, but rest symptoms only showed on Monday after the session.
I did feel little pain on my gland while stretching and pressure or jelqing with the OK grip, but nothing excruciating.

I am in good health, workout 3 times a week, smoke (vaping), I am 30 years old and have a skinny/muscular physique. I do not take any medication and I don’t drink or use drugs.
I recently got into P.E. About 2 weeks ago. I did the same thing many newbies do, saw some gains and thought I would up the intensity and amount of jelqing I do. Plus, I use a penis extender (x4) on top of it. I was doing 5 days on at 3 hours per session with a pretty strong pull. My morning wood was great, I gained about .5 inches and have a stretch mark underneath my penis tip now.
Now to my question, I stretched for 3 1/2 hours and Did some jelqing, about 40 reps at very high intensity.. I went to bed everything was fine, I felt no pain during the session at all. The next day I felt soreness deep in my shaft so I though I over trained. My girlfriend came over, looked at my penis and said it looked purple/black on the middle half of the bottom of my shaft. I’m pretty sure I bruised it. I still had morning wood but wasn’t at 100% I woke up to the morning wood because it hurt.. How long should I take off from P.E.? And do you think the issue was related to the extender or the Jelqing?
And how long should I stop for to make sure my penis recovers fully?
