If you’re new to PE you need to do the Newbie Routine Important Newbie Threads/Info for a couple of months at least first. The purpose of ‘conditioning’ your penis with the Newbie Routine is to equalise the strength of the tissues in your penis so you don’t have weak areas that limit the stress you can put on other structures. It sounds like your weak area is the blood vessels in your glans. You most likely should not be doing squeezes yet.

Red spots are leakage from minor blood vessel ruptures. firegoat rolls are really for general discolouration; although they can help a bit with red spots, red spots really need time to heal and it’s best to take a few days off, then start again slowly and with less force, or they just keep re-occuring.

You shouldn’t really roll your glans, unless you do it very lightly. Check out the thread on rolls in my sig line. There isn’t really a ‘number’ that is right, you judge the amount on the effect they are having. 2-3 x a day is generally enough, and they should be done with a bit of a ‘chub on’ and after some light jelqing for discolouration, but that would generally not be a great idea if you are trying to heal red spots, as the jelqing would cause pressure on the blood vessels that are trying to heal. I’d suggest taking a few days off and returning more gently to just doing the Newbie Routine for a while.

Yep back to the Newbie that I started 10 days ago.

I should have anyways since my jelquing technique needs improvement. Always get too much pressure on the CS rather than the CC. Maybe if I leave the finger tips apart I can improve the pressure application.

Injury To Spongiosum Or Urethrea

Hey guys I’m alittle worried.. While jelqing I believe I had my grip too tight and felt a sharp pain for a breif second.. It doesnt appear to be too bad as there are no visual signs and I have all my feeling but the under side of my shaft feels like the spongiousum is sore.. Does anybody know how severe this is?

No we don’t but if you give it a week off and learn from your mistakes you’ll be fine.

Injury question and advice

Hi guys,

I have a question about possible injury.

What symptoms do you have? I wore phallogauge extender this morning and when I removed it 25 minutes later, I had a bump on the top of my glans.
No redness just seemed like something was swollen under the skin and caused a bump about the size of a pencil eraser in diameter, just not raised that high, maybe 1/8 inch. I quickly pressed down on it and massaged the area. That was about 8 hours ago or so. The bump is gone now just not sure if I have an injury below the glans and glans feels sore.

Age 38
General health, overall ok, but Asthma though.
Do you do regular exercise? Just some light weights on weekends some walking during the week.

Under/over/normal weight for height? About 25 lbs overweight

Do you smoke, drugs, alcohol? No

Diet? Generally healthy eating and occasional fast food.

How long have you had bump? Just this morning

Have you seen a medical professional with your symptoms? No

How do you think your condition/symptoms occurred? I am not sure, the phallogauge wrap was not on that tight. I’m wondering if some skin got pinched or vein and I injured something underneath glans.

I’ve been doing PE inconsistently since about 2005 and gained about 1/2 inch in girth and nothing really in length, mostly from squeezes. I stopped for a long while, but started back up about 6 months ago, but inconsistent again. I didn’t really have any routines.

I decided about 2 weeks ago and started newbie routine with no Jelqing, just stretching. Five days on two days off. Next week was going to be the third week. I use the phalloguage extender for turtling only for about 30 minutes after my routine.

It was going good, but a little worried about the bump this morning.

Any thoughts or advice.

Nothing there sounds serious at all. Most likely just a bit of fluid build-up from constriction. If your glans feels sore, take a few days off, then start slowly and monitor the area for a few days before increasing intensity.

I am hoping to gain length.
Just haven’t had any success, but maybe mostly due to inconsistency.

I will stay on this routine for a while until length comes.

Need advice for my persistent sclerosing lymphangitis. I had this cord like structure just below my glans for the past 3 to 4 years. First developed when I tried clamped jelqing with high intensity resulting in sudden onset of pain and popping sensation. Since the, , noticed this pearl like nodules underneath my glans. Tried stopping from PE activities for the longest stretch of 6 months. It recurred immediately even upon light masturbation.

My concern now, it starts to worsen whenever I attempted to retract my foreskin (auto-circumcision) for hygiene purpose. I’m unable to retract my foreskin for more than few hours without causing the cord and nodules on it to re-appear, then causing foreskin to be severely swollen up. I’m afraid this might cause phimosis.

Waited for a long time before posting this. Is there any other non-surgical intervention for my problem than just laying off from PE and foreskin retraction?

My erections are very hard but I don’t know why this blood doesn’t reach my head.

Do you know what can be the cause?

It sounds like you should see a doctor. I suspect they will suggest circumcision.

The corpora spongiosum which supplies your glans with blood works at a much lower pressure than the corpora cavernosa so the glans only actually gets to the ‘hard and shiny’ stage when you have a very very hard erection or are close to ejaculation. That is perfectly normal. There is nothing wrong with that.
