A few days ago, I noticed that my penis was twisted. I placed it in my penis pump and the head was pointing 25 degrees northwest. There is no change in functioning, no pain, nothing is different. I tried doing some bundled stretches by twisting it in the other direction, but that of course didn’t help.

I have an appointment with my urologist in a week. He gave me a P-Shot a week ago. He says it has nothing to do with the PRP. He also didn’t seem to know what it could be about. When he saw me last week he noticed that the texture of my penis right below the head was a bit hard. I also have a slight curve to the left. But this isn’t a curve, it’s a twist.

I have to wait another 6 days to see the urologist, so I thought I’d post here in case anyone has heard of anything like this.

Curve Bend to Penis

I have been Jelqing for about 3 months now. I start with a 7-10 minute warmup, 30 minute wet jelq, 30 minute stretch, 10 minute warm down. I have always had a very slight bend to the left with my erections. Very slight. Nothing concerning at all, but as of the last few days I have noticed that the curve, which starts at the base of my penis, has began to curve even more to the left. The tissue feels hard. I’m assuming its a bit of built up scar tissue.

Does anyone have any experience with this? How long does it take to go away? Is there a way to correct the curvature? I’ve decided to take a few weeks off from Jelqing, but can I still do stretching? I have no other issues other than my penis beginning to curve or bend more than before.

Hi, let’s straight to the point, I can’t have a 100% erection properly.

I just can have a hard rock erection if I’m sitting, stimulating my penis holding it with my right hand, and with my left hand I need to put some pressure in top of the base. When I got 100% erection in this way I still can main for more seconds If I continue stimulating myself, but If I stop, the erection starts to decrease. Many friends of mine also said that they just can maintaing a 100% erection only in a penetration, but I don’t know if this is common.

When I’m standing up, I can hold a 80% erection, not a 100%. And when I’m having sex, I’m 100% but I cum faster. But I don’t have any erection problem when doing a penetration.

I do PE properly, has been many months, but I always had this, I don’t think PE did this. I also never had morning wood. It’s very rare, since when I was teenager.

I’ve stopped porn and masturbation in 2018, but before that, I masturbated frequently, like 5 times a week.

I always masturbated my self in that way that I had described in second paragraph.

So, as you can see, it’s hard for me to take a 100% erection without touching my penis, I can have a hard rock erection in a penetration although I have premature ejaculation.

My theory is I got used to masturbate in the same way many years, and don’t using all of my penis’s muscles made some of it weak. It’s just what I think. But if is this the case, what exercises I can do to fortificate all muscles in my penis? Thank you very much

Hi jelqmaster18, I recommend you investigate the kegel exercise to improve your bulbocavernosus muscle.

EQ help

Hello fellow PE’rs!

Since I can’t create a new thread I might as well try to get some questions answered here;

My backstory is that I’m under 20-25 years old, relatively active doing work outs and running. But my problem is that I think my EQ has dropped for some reason and I think I could blame some of it on my mental health. Like I can get hard but I’m dealing with anxiety and my dick can go hard really fast and then go soft just as fast. But the thing is that I’ve noticed I don’t really get morning wood, and I didn’t even think about it before coming across this forum.

I have no problem getting hard when I’m with my girl and staying hard, but the morning wood has really put a scare in to me. I don’t experience any loss of sensation either, just a little soreness under the base of the penis, but I suspect that’s from doing kegels. I’ve tried the full newbie routine maybe 2-3 times, recently. And also I tried jelqing a couple of times when I was a teenager around maybe 16-17 years old for some reason so I don’t think I am predisposed to venous leakage, as it would’ve showed by now?

Anyways, should I be worried about not having my morning wood, and should I try to do something about it, like light jelqs for example as I’m scared to go all-in?

There’s a lot of things that can contribute to poor erection quality. If you’re working out a lot you could just need more time to recover. Do you watch a lot of porn? What about diet? New studies are indicating that too much meat consumption can contribute to poor erection quality. Smoking? Drugs?

Thanks for the reply dude. I don’t work out that much, on average 2-4 times a week. I don’t know what counts as a lot of porn but before I’d do it on a daily basis. Sometimes I skip a day and sometimes it could be twice a day, but right now I’m off the porn as an experiment. My diet is not the best either, I rarely eat fast food these days though so it’s not so much about what I’m eating but how much.

As far as smoking goes I don’t do it often BUT, I’m a frequent user of nicotine in pouch form, that I keep in my mouth. One of these pouches is the same as smoking 2-3 cigs nicotine-wise. And I know nicotine is terrible for circulation which I notice by having cold hands and feet. I’m absolutely gonna get rid of this as soon as possible. The only drug I do is weed but not excessively. I think the biggest problem could be me being stressed out and having anxiety on a daily basis. For some reason I’ve become anxious about the size of my dick, and this anxiety definitely affects my EQ. So it’s kind of this vicious circle. I’m currently measuring at 7.67 inches BPEL (19.5cm) when at highest EQ and 5.9 inches in base girth. I know this is definitely not small, but I’m a huge guy measuring at 6’7 so I feel kind of small. I’m gonna try to have a stable sleeping and eating routine and try to toss the nicotine away.

Thanks man, that definitely eased my mind as I’m guilty of having terrible sleep patterns. One night I go with 4h sleep, then 12h the second. Always going to sleep and waking up at different hours.

So I can write off being predisposed to venous leakage I suppose? As mentioned I’ve done the newbie routine a few times recently, and I remember one session I did use quite amount of force which was stupid. Also when I was a teenager, and that was basically without any warm up and doing it intense so recipe for injury right? I’m gonna go with the psychological factors combined with my bad habits on this one then.

Injury ED

I’m 18 years old and I think I over trained my penis when I was doing a session, I’m about 2 weeks new to PE. Anyway after the session I knew something was up as it caused my penis to shrink, however later on in that day I noticed that I struggled to get an erection which caused my anxiety to kick in ( only have a tiny bit of anxiety) , as a result it caused me to think I have ED non stop and now has really caused me to panic. I don’t have morning woods anymore and has really forced me to struggle sleeping at night. Is this just a minor nerve injury or could it be something else? I hope someone can help

How many days has it been since you first injured your penis? Is there any regular pain? Turtling is not uncommon after a heavy workout so you may have just over done it. In the mean time stop PE and stop masturbating until you again have positive responses. You may need to lay off for a couple weeks or more.

It’s been about three days so far and I’m not getting any pain at all
