Guys, I’ve said this on other threads before but I’ll say it one more time. I think you can beat a lot of premature ejaculation problems using the method that worked for me. I had fairly problematic premature ejaculation problems earlier in life: I would come within a couple of minutes of thrusting. The only way I could last longer then was to stop, or break the rythym. As we all know, women don’t want you to break the rythym. So if you are doing your job well, she will get really really hot and the hotter she gets the more she’ll start squeeling and rocking, and if you’re like me that will make you feel like a sexual god and push you over the edge every time. In other words, the better you do, the harder it’ll be to keep from cumming before her.
I fixed my problem _entirely_ and did it by use of what I’ll call a “psychological program” in concert with stroke modification and a desensitizing spray. My problem was severe enough that it gives me reason to suggest you try my method before messing with paxil and the like.
Here’s how:
1. Get a good spray that had lidocaine. It _has_ to be a metered spray so that you can finely adjust the dosage you’re applying. I recommend Stud 100.
2. The maximum dosage with Stud 100 is 8 sprays right on the head. Do that. Then put on a condom being careful not to get any of the spray on the outside of the condom lest you desensitize her too. Wash your hands. The spray takes about 10 minutes to take effect fully.
3. Now you need to temporarily modify your stroke. The spray will give you a _partial_ advantage. A seasoned premature ejaculator will still be challenged even with the spray. You may still have some difficulty at first. The trick is to find the balance: thrust quickly enough that you get enough sensation to stay hard with the spray in effect, but go slowly enough that you don’t come. Lesson one: it’s better to go slowly and steadily than to go fast and have to slow down or stop—because she won’t like that as much. I couldn’t believe how effective slow strokes can be. Do it like this: stay really, really deep. Only pull out a bit, like less than an inch. Maintain lots of pubic bone contact. Don’t do long strokes. It will work like a freakin charm on her and it will drastically cut your tendency of cumming too fast. Try it.
4. If you are like me and learn the balance between fast and slow and to stay deep you will succeed, she will get off in spades, and that will give you confidence. Do it a few times with full spray until you have a high success ratio. Since I tried this method, my wife has got off every single time (but one) before me. By the way, it’s been years.
5. You will find that the confidence you gain will really help your control. You won’t actually need the spray as much. Therefore, start reducing the spray. Go to, say, 6 sprays. Try that a few times. Then 4 sprays. Etc. Gradually eliminate it over a month or two.
6. The major hurdle will come when you eliminate the spray all together. Then you have no crutch. I found I had to slow down a bit without any spray, at least at first, but after a few successes without spray, I gained confidence and it wasn’t long until the spray and condoms were a thing of the past.
7. The next hurdle will come when you wife/girl begins to have more confidence in you. She _knows_ that you are going to get her off. So she’ll start relaxing more. She’ll start letting herself go. She’ll start moving more and making more noise. The fact is, whether you know it or not, she’ll have been holding back because she wants it to last and she’ll have learned that letting herself go pushes you over the edge. So when she starts to let go and unlease her “inner slut” it’ll push your buttons. You deal with that in the same way. Deep, short strokes, slowly—but steadily!—if necessary, and lots of pubic contact.
Questions welcome.
Try this before you get into heavy psyco-active drugs.
