I shit you not. For the past several months I have been going all out with intense exercises to little or no avail, all the way up to clamping, where I experienced even some possible loss. Finally I sat down and thought about the way my body functions. Every time I have been in a hardcore (muscle) workout routine and got lazy and skipped a week or so, I came back stronger than ever. For some, a week might be too long, which I suppose makes me a “less is more” guy. Assuming my dick works the same way, I switched to a medium intensity jelq and stretch routine for 1 day on 2 off. Voila, .125 in both length and girth in two weeks.

This doesn’t make much sense to me, since my routine is barely any more intense than what I started with as a newbie over a year ago… I guess I shouldn’t complain though!

Here’s my question: I am getting close to the max length I would ever want to gain, and still have a ways to go with girth. Today I hit 7.375x4.625 and the ultimate goal is 7.5x5.5. I am quite content with my length already and want to get a girth ONLY routine going. I really do not want to start bottoming out on girls (I suppose it would be an ego-stroker, but I would definitely rather be pounding than have dull sex and an ego stroke). Also, just aesthetic-wise I would like a proportional dick, and right now mine is rather lopsided.

I gained a little bit of girth (I was originally 4.5), but I have hit 4.6 a few times before and can’t say for sure how permanent my measurement was. On the other hand, I don’t want to fix a non-broken routine. Any ideas on how to get this thing a bit more girth-focused?

10 min warm wrap
5x 30 sec stretches all directions
100 wet jelqs
3x 20 second orange bends (base, shaft, near glans)
100 wet jelqs
10 twisted jelqs
10 min warm wrap.

Not to deviate, but I’ve been adding an experimental stretch at the end of my sessions that may or may not have contributed to my gains but seem to be effective. In a nutshell I hold a straight out stretch, then put on some porn and attempt to jack off while in the stretched state. I slowly reduce the intensity of the stretch until I am 100% erect. I would do that 3 times.

All of your moves seem length oriented to me. Maybe switch to the clamping sets only and continue the 1 day on 2 days off routine?

Sounds kind of like classic over training. Trust me I know it it tempting to do when you are chasing girth like you and I are. Why I did it just this last week!

If you gain too much length, you can do a maintenance routine only-jelq-based, and you’ll loose some of the lenght you gained (since loosing some of gains without a maintenance routine is common) preserving the girth.

1” girth-gains in one year - that’s not common! :)

Im just like you 4thwind! If I gain any more length I’m going to go insane. I was doing a 3 on 1 off routine but found my EQ was not that great so now I am doing a 1 on 1 off routine.

My routine is something like this

10 min hair dryer dick zapping
10 min stretching to warm up
100 4 second jelqs
3 min hair dryer dick zapping
10-15 min pump
50 4 second jelqs
3 min hair dryer dick zapping
5 30 second ulis with 10 jelqs in between each uli.
Into the shower

I’ve only been doing this for a week or so. I was making gains with my prior routine but I was having trouble getting good erections and it ruined a night of potential sex for me and that made me very upset. Ill take slower gains if it means I wont have problems getting it up.

Bidnez, did you find that all of that warm-up.. Or should I say zap-ups have helped as much? I’ve read in more advanced routines that there’s an abundance, but as my routine’s slowly going to merge into something similar to yours, just curious on your opinion, since it’s there.

parallel - its hard to tell as of right now because I just found the beauty of a hair dryer about 3 weeks ago. I have noticed that after I zap my penis for a few minutes and go back to jelqing I get some increase in expansion and stretch than if I didnt reheat it up. Because of this I can see why people incorporate constant heat with IR lamps during their workouts. I personally dont want to go through the hassle of setting up a lamp though.

I haven’t had a decent workout though in about 5 days because of things going on in my life currently, but tomorrow I will get back to it. You know whats incredible though is how my flaccid hang is right now after a few days of not working out. Its consistently hanging at about 5.5” and 4.2-4.4” girth. Its nice a soft too!

Guys, what the fuck. I can’t stop gaining length… I just hit 7.5!!!! I will measure again in a few days because I can’t believe I just hit my final length goal (although I never decided on whether that would be BPEL or NBPEL).

This is both triumphant and scary, because I am still sitting at 4.6 EG midshaft. I guess I am in the clear since my glans is 5” and the base is 5.25, but I’m trying to get to at least 5 midshaft and ideally up to 5.5, cause it looks like a pencil now, and I’d like to go for the aesthetic appeal of a well-proportioned penis too (maybe moreso that gains alone). This is a killer length routine, but as I mentioned before, I really do NOT want to start bottoming out on girls, and I feel like beyond 7.5 that will begin to happen a lot more frequently (correct me if I’m wrong…).

Bidnez and anyone else have any ideas on how I could modify this gem of a routine to become only girth focused? Keep in mind, I’ve found that I am a way, way less is more guy. The last length gains came when I partied too hard last weekend and ended up skipping PE for a few days (on a 1 on 2 off routine that is a lot of rest). So, all of these hardcore clamping routines may be out. I will probably halt PE until I figure this out.

Some people might not see this as a problem and might hate me for calling it one, but just realize you may ask yourself this at some point too. I’ve had a 6 month plateau before so I know how it is… just keep experimenting and think about how your body responds to other things. For me, realizing my body favors less-is-more for gym workouts is what got me to switch things up in PE.

I may have to give this a try.

I think I tried this before a few years ago and did not see much progress, but I feel as if my technique has improved greatly since then so I don’t know. Its funny I follow a Monday Wednesday Friday routine for jelqing with weekends off (so 1 on 1 off, then 2 off for the weekend) and every Monday it seems to be slightly larger than the previous week. Now could it be the 2 days off, or from the whole weeks workout. Then again I also did the 5 on 2 off and have seen gains as well. I like to constantly change my frequency, but that much time off makes me feel like I am not doing enough though.

Although it seems that it could just be the change of frequency that is causing the gains and they could soon stall. Ahh, who knows there are so many variables in PE it is crazy, but that is a discussion for another thread.

I did not see at what level erection you were doing your jelqs at. I’ve been stuck at 7.75” bpel for a while now but I have been pretty lazy about doing manual stretches. I mean I dont really want any more length so I’ve been doing purely girth exercises.
