Tips for a 8x6 dude starting with PE

Tips for a 8x6 dude starting with PE

Hello Folks,

To start off with I would like to note that I am checking all the different threads for all the basics and such.
One thing I have been noticing is a lack of info for someone in my situation: naturally with a 8x6 dick.

That being said, I have a few questions for other guys that were in my shoes when they started:
1. What are some realistic goals to set? (I would like to see myself reach 9x7)

2. In your experiences have you had better luck with specific exercises? (I plan on using a Penomet in conjunction with Jelqing and stretching)

3. Do you have any tips or advice for someone with my stats?

Have you started the newbie routine?

Started 7.75x5.75

Currently: 9.75bpX6.75eg My Picture Thread

Goal:10.0bpX7.25mseg Building a thicker unit, click by click, pump by pump, jelq by jelq!

There is no special technique based upon a larger starting size. Additionally, equipment you buy may not fit as well as it is typically not designed for your starting stats.

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I am starting the newbie routine later today.

I have read all the warnings, and I plan on taking it slow aka: follow the recommended routines and advice. Just curious if anyone had any experiences or other tips to share.

I would recommend not buying a Penomet. The problem is it doesn’t have a pressure gauge and this device is capable of easily reaching 15”hg or more vacuum presssure which will definitely cause injury. You would be way better off using an air pump with a gauge so you know exactly what you are doing.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Try the linear newbie, it ramps up slow and sounds like it would be a great fit for you.

I also think it is possible for you to get close to your length goal with just the newbie routine. But everyone is different.

Linear Newbie Routine

As to pumping, I’d suggest completing three months of a hands only routine like linear Newbie. Helps get you used to PE and learn about how yr dick responds to PE. Too easy for newbies to overdo it with a device and get injured if they don’t have that knowledge.

In the future you definitely need a pump with a pressure gauge to do the enlargement routines. Here is a beginner set up I put together:

Air and/or Water Pump Set-Up: $64.17

You’ll need a 12” cylinder rather than a 9”, but can figure out all of that later.

Be prepared to gain “slower” than smaller guys. You’ll see a lot of guys starting around 5.5 x 4.5 and quickly gaining an inch in length or girth, sometimes in a matter of months. For them it is gaining 3 to 5 cubic inches of volume.

On account of your starting size, for you to gain 1x1 up to 9x7 represents a 12 cubic inch volume gain. Don’t get discouraged if you are gaining 0.25” per year, it’s still a large volume gain.

That said, you may gain fast too, you never know. Stay consistent and remember it’s a marathon not a sprint, and you’ll get there.

Before 5.5" x 4.1" ///////// Now 7.4" x 4.9"

Precise. BeardedDragon, the formula man! But this was what I was thinking exactly.

You gotta remember man, a half inch gain to you is equalivent to a whole inch or even more to someone smaller then you due to cubic inches (volume).

Stay consistent, is the most important thing anyone could tell you. The importance of it is easily overlooked.

Just start pumping (air pump with a gauge).
The physics of pumping are very effective on a large penis due to you having a lot of square inches of surface area for the vacuum force to pull on.

If this is your first time doing PE then I am certain you will gain if you remain consistent like everyone started before.

I have an excel spreadsheet that I use to track my sessions: kegels, jeqls, time wearing the phallosan and the gauge force, rest days.

I have set days marked for when I take my stats to compare against my starting stats and the fields auto populate once I enter my numbers.

I would recommend setting something like that up for yourself and then you can use pivot tables to see your metrics.

Welcome to your journey!

Well said and excellent perspective. BD for president.

I wouldn’t start any PE with an 8x6, if not only for boosting EQ from time to time.
