Anyways, my goal was to do mild stretching as outlined in the newbie routine, but avoid the pain and irritation that my grip causes. I had even considered a silicone sleeve to protect as I pulled. When I’m doing manual stretches all the forces is on the or dge if the glans. It’s the only place I can get purchase.
I may try corn starch or self adhesive tape. I’ve tried toilet paper with some success but still end uo using the ridge of the glans as a stop of sorts.
I have considered extenders but with privacy very limited it’s hard to see that working out.
I’m still working on my mindset too. Life’s too short to be anxious about my penis size, especially since others have it way worse. I’d like to gain girth but in the bigger picture I have some areas in my life that need my attention more, so PE has to be simple, habitual, and not all consuming…physically or mentally.
