They are wonderful round numbers and that always helps. I still agree with a lot of people here that it’s slightly too large for most women. When converting to centimeter the nearest “round” equivalent would be 20 cm (7.9”) x 15 cm (5.9). The OCD is killing me. It’s the same when you go for gasoline and you can choose between 50.00 euro and 39.99 liter, or 50.01 euro and 40.00 liter. Terrible.

Other craziness: imagine a guy on this forum who is obsessed by Pi and who wants a 6 Pi x 4 Pi dick. Or some poor misguided hippie wants the golden ratio as his ratio length:girth. How’s that for perfect size?

Solid gold man, especially the heat, I stopped gaining altogether when I stopped including heat in my sessions, and started gaining again after re-including it.

I think your numbers on the perfect penis size are spot on as well, although I’ve pretty much reached them something inside just makes me want to keep going a little more.

I find it’s best to do a few jelqs first and then do firegoat rolls at around 50% erection - 40-60% is fine. I’m keeping it simple so won’t explain why the jelqs help, but they do.

Imagine you’ve just washed your hands and are using one of those hot air hand dryers; you rub your hands together with the fingers parallel to each other, at the same sort of speed you would count to 10 at. Try counting to 10 while rubbing your palms together!

Now place your penis between your palms and do the same. The pressure will be similar to if you were trying to roll a piece of bread-dough into a cylinder.

Keep going until discolouration disappears. If you prefer you can do 30 seconds, wait a few seconds then do another 30 seconds and repeat as necessary.
If you have discolouration you are trying to get rid of, you can do a few jelqs then some rolls several times a day. It may take a while, but most people get results from them. To get rid of existing discolouration, the jelqs before rolling become much more important.

Great.. Not knowing better back then, I did all those 3 things when I started PE’ing 10+ years ago. Clamping, hard stretching and full-erect jelqing for long sessions - all without heat.. I’ve been back to it several times since for 3-4 month periods without any results whatsoever - no wonder when my penis has been so toughened. This may also explain why I don’t really feel a stretch in my penis no matter how hard I pull and have the general feeling that PE just isn’t for me.

I have now 3 months ago started up again after 1,5 years off, and started just doing stretching and jelqing combined with ADS/Phallosan. For the last month I have only used the ADS/phallosan for 10-14 hours a day + 8-10 min dry jelqing (not manual stretching), and will continue trying this until new years as it feels right and is good on my EQ.. This time I’m going to give it at least 12 months, but shifting to another routine if I don’t gain anything by the end of this year.

Apart from decon breaks, heat is definitely going to be your best friend. Use heat before stretching, then put on your ADS, and if you get the chance, re heat a few times during the day. The combination of heat to reduce the strength of the collagen bonds, followed by stretching and a bit of jelqing to loosen up the tissues, followed by the long steady pull of the ADS should be a good combination. Without heat first, using an ADS may be a bit like hanging a 5KG weight off a 10KG fishing line; it’s not going to provide enough pull to put it under much stress.

I have finally stopped being a lurker and decided to start posting. I will start with this “Awesome Post Firegoat”! Lol I really do appreciate your comments and threads I have read in the past, I enjoy reading them a lot.

One thing that sucks is you got me worried about my clamping now. Right now I clamp ONE 10 minute session after my jelqing. Current routine is 15-20 min stretch in bathroom at work (afternoon) and 25 min wet jelq at home followed by (1) 10 min clamp. What is your opinion, stop? I have been clamping for about 2-3 months now.

TNT’s thread from back when really got me excited about clamping and its potential. Now I am thinking about avoiding it. Might I ask what your penis stats and gains are?

If you want to keep the clamping in your routine, I would suggest clamping within your ‘elastic range’, i.e. at a level where the tunica hasn’t locked up. If you can squeeze your glans when clamped and your shaft still expands a little (is not rock hard and unable to expand), you will get results from your clamping while avoiding toughening and reducing the risk of injury.

I often get PMs asking me that. In more than 12600 posts I’ve never talked about my penis :) And there is a reason why. (Blimey, am I really going to share this???)

When I first found this site I wasn’t looking for PE, I was researching the structure and properties of the abdominal aponeurosis and somehow ended up here. Because I work with soft tissue injuries, I was interested enough to try PE as an experiment on myself to see how easy it was to modify collagenous structures.

At the time I was billeted in Asia with a bunch of other guys and we had one computer that we all used (everything apart from our toothbrushes was shared!), so for 2 years I lurked here as a guest before joining, and quietly did PE when I got rare privacy. For the first few months I was just playing with it to see what happened. When I realised my penis was looking a bit bigger, I wanted to track progress without raising any questions or suspicions. Photos or a notebook were out of the question - phones didn’t even have cameras back then! So I used a piece of cord, which I marked for length and girth with a pen to see what progress I made. It wasn’t the most accurate method but it gave me feedback. :) I used that piece of cord for about 18 months, then it vanished during a move. So I have no record of what my actual starting size was. A little while later I finally joined here as a member when I got my own laptop. I decided not to talk about my stats or gains as I would have been guessing my progress over the first 2 years or so.
Soon after that I was ‘Shanghaied’ into being a mod and noticed at the time none of the senior mods talked about their own penis much, so even though I’d started keeping accurate measurements by then, I chose to follow the lead of my CO’s. And I’ve stuck to that ever since. All I will say is “wooo hoooo… PE works!” :D

Hmm, I will definitely have to think about whether or not to keep the clamp in my routine or not. You are obviously more than welcome to not discuss your penis haha. I think it is kinda cool though to have a place to come to discuss your penis! To further discuss “the basics” what do you recommend in regards to the following?

Routine Splitting.. Is better to do a 30 min stretch exercise or (2)x 15 min stretch sessions spaced out in the day?

What about working length/girth at the same time? This question probably isn’t a big deal starting out since I imagine your first 6 mo+ should be combination jelq & stretch. However.. I don’t seem to gain girth from jelq.. So should I add in some more intense girth routines (or leave my clamping) OR focus on length until I reach my goal.

I had a thought about alternating routines. Say 2-3 months of length dedicated exercised with light jelqing followed by 2-3 months of girth heavy routines with light stretching to maintain length gains. Then Repeat until goals are met. Do you think alternating like this would work like a slight deconditioning break or help prevent the penis from toughening to certain exercises? Or perhaps this is a dumb idea?

What are your thoughts on ADSers? It seems these can really increase the time aspect you speak of but I am not sure if the force/intensity is enough by itself?

Seems I will have to start heating before putting on the ADS also :) I used an infrared lamp before and during my stretching sessions when I did manual stretching. Now I use use ADS/phallosan and jelq, but I’ll just use the infrared before putting on the ADS/phallosan from now on also. Didn’t think it was necessary with the low force from such a device.

Another thing - I normally use a cock ring while edging/having sex with my girlfriend at night (without cumming) and my penis gets rock-hard using this. Will this toughen the tissues like clamping or is the force not high enough? I’m expanded after using the cock ring, so I guess it’s doing something.

I am one of those newbies who saw some gains and ended up doing erect jelqs and super hard stretches in excitement. My erect gains hit a wall and I became discouraged.

Even worse, after about 2 months decon, I came back to PE without heat in my routine.

Needless to say, I wasn’t getting anywhere for a month. Now I am using heat again throughout my entire routine, have an IR lamp on the way, use minimal stretch tension, and will work on non-erect jelqs.

My penis is finally looking plump once again! Thanks for the guidance

Thank you Firegoat for some good advice. I have myself done manual jelqing soon 3 months. No measurable gains though and I have now gone from hard force 15 minutes per day 5/2 per week to moderate force 20 - 25 minutes. Going for 30 minutes and maybe 40 minutes if I can slip that time in. I have also received my PenimasterPro and have started by just learn how to apply it. Read the manual and they are saying same as you. Better with lower pressure and longer time then to much pressure and short time using it.
