I’m just a newbie and I have read most of this thread, it is interesting. However even if I had the time all this long routine look extreme.

We all appreciate this great thread, I’m sure in my case it will be useful in the future. I hope it won’t be lost in old threads so people could forget about it.

RB began PE in January 2002 with a size of 5” x 4”. After 6 months he was at 7.75” x 5.25” and after the one year mark in January 2003, he was up to 8.5” x 5.5”. A length gain of 4 inches and a girth gain of 1.5 inches. A total volume gain of about 14.1 cubic inches, or 231 cubic centimeters – his end size was over 3 times his starting size!

He was a quick and easy gainer, predisposed to big gains, in my opinion. He started with the newbie routine, but quickly advanced to the routine below, which he used for most of that first year.

5 minutes stretching in all directions, 30 seconds per pull, force level on the verge of discomfort.
5 minutes 60% dry jelqing.
5 minutes 80-100% erect dry jelqing with emphasis on dorsal/ventral force application.
5 minutes 80-100% erect dry jelqing focusing on lateral force application.
5 minutes of alternating 30 seconds sets of uli’s with 30 second sets of pan rolls on a sink (I interpreted it as using the surface of the sink and a frying pan to get a more intense squeeze).
5 more minutes of uli’s / pan rolls.

He split these up throughout his workday at the office, doing 5 minutes at each hour, for a total of 30 minutes per day, Monday through Friday, weekends off. He used a unique form of fingertip jelqinq, born out of necessity due to having large hands and small starting size. It allowed him to focus the pressure deep in the tissues of the CC’s.

His BPFSL exceeded his BPEL during his first 3.125” of length gain, after about 8 months of PE. Then his BPEL caught up to BPFSL, and his length gains slammed to a halt. Perhaps nothing more than an interesting coincidence.

As he was starting his second year, he was looking into clamping, and aiming for more girth. Like many quick gainers, at the time he thought the sky was the limit and was going for 10x6.5 or something like that. He was very interested in Bib’s methods, especially concerned clamping. Since RB posted on several forums, and had so many posts, I wasn’t able to find any size updates from his later PE career. Not for lack of looking either. He was active as recently as 2009, and presumably in the six years between 2003 and 2009, he was able to get some more gains. In any case, in order to move on to other big gainers, I will assume that most of his gains ultimately came from the newbie-like routine that he did during that first year, and that he was possibly able to find some more gainers in later years using Bib-style clamping and/or hanging.

Finally, with his small starting size and huge end size, he reported that his gains transformed his sex life. A dream come true story for us small starters. Unfortunately there’s not much to learn since it seems he used a very newbie-like routine for that first year. Maybe some people will benefit from the fingertip jelqing method he describes, though.

This is a legendary thread so far!!! Thank you for the thread and the awesome animal name, I love bearded dragons.

I’m seeing some similarities in the big gainers and time will tell if even more will be revealed. The dedication most of them had was indeed to the extent of an obsession. I remember back then when everything was so new. We all were pretty much scientists in our own right. Some of the common suggestions used today were controversial in the early days and had to be tested, proved, thrown out &/or revisited many times. I put my stats in the database and who knows maybe one day I’ll be in this thread. I’d encourage everyone else to as well and to always measure as accurately as possible.

I started with the biggest gainers in the database and am trying to go roughly in order of volume gain, but the average gain is something like 3 cubic inches, so you definitely belong on here already if I ever get down that far.

Yes, to be honest, I kind of do also. 14 cubic inches in a year seems unreal, but RB seemed otherwise to be a genuine guy and stuck around for a long time with an obviously sincere attempt to continue gaining. Nobody doubted him at the time so I included him. And as I’ve said before, who knows? It could be real, he could have been predisposed to gain, or stumbled on the perfect balance of work and rest. But for all us guys who gain only 2 cubic inches in our first year, it will always seem impossible. For what it’s worth it seemed like he wavered on his final measurement, and revised it down a couple months later, and then again a couple months after that he revised back up to his final stated size. So it could have been closer to a year and a half. In any case, he either started with a small dick and ended with a big dick, or spent hundreds of hours of his life telling us a tall tale on the internet. And if there’s a chance it was the former, then it’s good motivation for us. :)

- 4 water-soaked baby socks; microwaved until warm; then apply to the penis for about 20 minutes.

ROUTINE:
1. Dry Jelq: 40 minutes
2. Pump: Moderate-Suction (don’t know the Hg—doesn’t have a gauge); 45 minutes
3. Manual Stretches: 25 minutes
Overall: 2 HOUR 10 MINUTES, 5 days a week.

Originally, my sessions were 1 hr. 20 min. From Oct 2005, I doubled the time on my sessions.

I always find opportunities to enlarge my penis in my usual day-to-day activities. These happen intermittently sometimes.
* After urination, I would squeeze the base of my penis for about a minute or so; forcing the blood up to my glands.
* I would do the same procedure above, when I am going to bed or waking up.
* Hot wrap in the shower for about 5 minutes with a rag; then I will jelq in the shower anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes.
* I do kegels quite often, especially when working out or when I’m on the computer.
* Pump: moderate suction when I’m at the desk doing homework or am on the computer.

I wonder what pump he used.
