RB began PE in January 2002 with a size of 5” x 4”. After 6 months he was at 7.75” x 5.25” and after the one year mark in January 2003, he was up to 8.5” x 5.5”. A length gain of 4 inches and a girth gain of 1.5 inches. A total volume gain of about 14.1 cubic inches, or 231 cubic centimeters – his end size was over 3 times his starting size!
He was a quick and easy gainer, predisposed to big gains, in my opinion. He started with the newbie routine, but quickly advanced to the routine below, which he used for most of that first year.
5 minutes stretching in all directions, 30 seconds per pull, force level on the verge of discomfort.
5 minutes 60% dry jelqing.
5 minutes 80-100% erect dry jelqing with emphasis on dorsal/ventral force application.
5 minutes 80-100% erect dry jelqing focusing on lateral force application.
5 minutes of alternating 30 seconds sets of uli’s with 30 second sets of pan rolls on a sink (I interpreted it as using the surface of the sink and a frying pan to get a more intense squeeze).
5 more minutes of uli’s / pan rolls.
He split these up throughout his workday at the office, doing 5 minutes at each hour, for a total of 30 minutes per day, Monday through Friday, weekends off. He used a unique form of fingertip jelqinq, born out of necessity due to having large hands and small starting size. It allowed him to focus the pressure deep in the tissues of the CC’s.

His BPFSL exceeded his BPEL during his first 3.125” of length gain, after about 8 months of PE. Then his BPEL caught up to BPFSL, and his length gains slammed to a halt. Perhaps nothing more than an interesting coincidence.
As he was starting his second year, he was looking into clamping, and aiming for more girth. Like many quick gainers, at the time he thought the sky was the limit and was going for 10x6.5 or something like that. He was very interested in Bib’s methods, especially concerned clamping. Since RB posted on several forums, and had so many posts, I wasn’t able to find any size updates from his later PE career. Not for lack of looking either. He was active as recently as 2009, and presumably in the six years between 2003 and 2009, he was able to get some more gains. In any case, in order to move on to other big gainers, I will assume that most of his gains ultimately came from the newbie-like routine that he did during that first year, and that he was possibly able to find some more gainers in later years using Bib-style clamping and/or hanging.
Finally, with his small starting size and huge end size, he reported that his gains transformed his sex life. A dream come true story for us small starters. Unfortunately there’s not much to learn since it seems he used a very newbie-like routine for that first year. Maybe some people will benefit from the fingertip jelqing method he describes, though.
