Kingpole gained 14.8 cubic inches between 2004 and 2008. He started at 5.5” x 4.5” and ended up at 8.25” x 6.0” for length gains of 2.75” and girth gains of 1.5”. In metric terms he gained about 242 cubic centimeters. Kingpole was in his 40’s during his gaining period, and had lost some size due to ED problems brought on by diabetes and hypothyroidism. At one point he stated his “real” starting length before he had ED was around 6.75” and I didn’t see any mention of his “real” starting girth, but given the range of fluctuations he had over the first few months, I’d estimate it around 5.25”. Despite part of his gain being a re-gain, I include him here nevertheless because… try telling him they were not “real” gains. His quest to beat ED and regain EQ were ultimately successful and it sounds like he had a full recovery of sexual health. KP used various supplementation throughout his PE career, both for ED, and to encourage size gains.

KP’s early measurements fluctuated a lot because in the first year or so he was regaining EQ. His routine was highly variable, but was primarily jelqing and stretching, incorporating the many variations of those. Grip variations, force variations, fulcrum variations, squeeze variations, erection level variations – he tried it all. He used about a 5 days / week schedule. A typical workout was anywhere from 30 mins to an hour worth of manual exercises, and on alternating days, 30-60 minutes of edging / ballooning / kegeling.

He considered edging / ballooning to be primarily an exercise for EQ and combating ED, but later on in his PE career, he would combine edging with erect jelqing, and a sort of “super erection” that was brought on by edging. Apparently he was able to prolong an erection at 100% - 150% normal level by edging, kegeling, and pressing at the base of the pubic bone. This would cause an effect similar to clamping level expansion, and he would edge / balloon at this erection level for up to 30 minutes or more on alternating days. It is controversial whether these methods can lead to gains, but there have been some other members who have reported success, and apparently it may take several days or weeks of practice to get that super-erection going. Some of the people experienced multiple orgasms or advocate withholding ejaculation, but KP states that he ejaculated 3-4 times per week, which is a pretty normal amount for a guy in his 40’s with former ED. Worth noting is that KP credits the vast majority of his gains to jelqing, and considered edging a superior way to pleasure oneself, with positive effects on ED, orgasm, and sexual health in general - and a minor but still appreciable effect on PE. It seems like his take on it was similar to the idea of keeping a wrap on for added engorgement. He just considered it a good idea for PE to have a maximum erection and engorged unit for long periods of time. For anyone interested, KP had a thread where he detailed his edging practice, and he learned the ballooning technique through reading a thread by member Werner Ashford.

As mentioned above, the vast majority of KP’s routine was made up of stretching, jelqing, and variations on those. He credits his gains to the jeqling, and details his jelqing techniques in this thread. He advises keeping it slow, and forceful yet in the pleasure zone. His jelqs would take 8-15 seconds per stroke, which begins to sound like it is more of a jelq / uli hybrid. He would drink a large glass of water half an hour before the jelq session to keep hydrated and not have that limit plumpness. He would use one hand to hold at the glans, as a stabilizer mostly but also some light pressure, and the other hand to perform the jelq, and he used many grip variations.

cloudfinder gained 14.7 cubic inches from 2002 through 2012. He started at 5.875” x 5.0” and gained up to 8.5” x 6.25” for length gain of 2.625” and girth gain of 1.25”. In metric terms he gained 241 cubic centimeters. He doesn’t have any posts, but he was in his late 20’s / early 30’s during his gainer period. He listed his routine as 45 minutes of jelqing per day with no rest days. He gained about 5.5 cubic inches before joining Thunder’s in 2010, and since then has had gradual gains with each measurement showing about 2 cubic inches gained every 6 months for the last few years.

sovereign7 gained 14.7 cubic inches in about 6.5 months in 2005. He started at 7.75” x 5.75” and finished at 9” x 7” for gains of 1.25” length and 1.25” girth. In metric terms he gained 241 cubic centimeters. He was 20 years old during his gaining period and his routine consisted of stretching jelqing, and uli’s for 75 minutes with a 5 on / 2 off schedule. His 58 posts don’t contain much info on his routine. He took 1 month off after his first 7 months of PE, and posted in 2006 while looking into ADS / Extenders, but no more info after that.

I was very skeptical about this thread at first, but I like what you’re doing it and how you’re structuring it. Very interesting stuff.

PS: You listed some bar graphs of girth/length gains a few pages back, but I noticed that the top of the graphs were cut off, as were the data points of the most popular measurement gains. Do you happen to have a link to the full sized pictures of these graphs (where the top of the graph is not cut off)??

It’s nearly the same data set I used, with the main difference being that I removed everybody who had less than 2 months PE entries. I’ll put up some zoomed out versions in this thread early next week.

braindrain gained 14.6 cubic inches between 2005 and 2011. He started with a size of 6.6” x 4.375” and finished with a 8.6” x 6.0”. That’s a length gain of 2.0” and girth gain of 1.625”. In metric terms he gained 239 cubic centimeters. He made a little over 1000 posts, and has two detailed progress logs. These are among the best progress logs on Thunder’s, and I highly recommend them. The first post in “PE for Life” gives a full summary of his first 3.5 years of PE and I suggest reading that post if you want an idea of what exercises he was focusing on at what times during his gaining period – BD was all over the place in terms of exercises used, and so that first post is just a rough idea of his routine, which he deviated from quite a bit, going by feel. Overall I think the summary post tends to underplay just how much time and work he put in, so it’s worth it to go read the full progress logs for the details. BD was aged 19 through 25 during this gaining period.

In 2006 after about 6 months of PE up to early 2009:

In 2009 onward, after about 3.5 years of PE:
PE for Life.

Some general notes.
BD gained length very quickly at the beginning. He gained about 1.15” in his first few months from doing essentially the newbie routine. To put this newbie gain in perspective, in the entire next 5 years of PE for him, he went on to gain an additional 0.85” of length. Length came easy for him.

An interesting note is that for the first several months as a newbie, he had to jelq extremely softly because the slightest pressure would cause spotting for him. As the years went by, and he learned to do “warm-up jelqs” spotting became less of an issue, even as he was jelqing at higher pressures. Just a matter of conditioning.

He tried pretty much everything in PE at one point or another, but continued stretching and jelqing throughout.

He took several longer rest periods ranging from 2 weeks off to 3 months off, sometimes due to a minor injury, sometimes because he just felt like he needed a break. Early on he did a strict 5 on / 2 off schedule. After a year or two he went completely by feel, sometimes going weeks without a rest day, and conversely sometimes going months without a workout. He would occasionally do very long intense sessions, 2-4 hour PE sessions, and sometimes go hard for a month or two, and then take a month or two break. He had the PE marathon mindset, and knew that he could take longer breaks, as long as he always eventually came back to PE in dedication. Despite these rest periods, I would have to comment that overall he went through a few years of “PE Obsession” as many of the other big gainers did as well, and put a monumental amount of time and effort into it.

Girth gains eluded him for the first 2.5 years or so. He gained 0.125” early on, but was then stuck at 4.5” girth for about 2 years. He had some temporary success with clamping, getting up to 4.75” or 4.875” during the six months between 2 to 2.5 years, but repeatedly lost all the girth when he took any kind of break. Around 2.5 years of PE he discovered what he called “Perfect Jelqing” and this was a turning point for him for girth gains. After that he shot up to 5.125” girth in a few months – and continued gradually on to 6.0” girth over the next 3 years.

BD took regular pictures, and although I don’t keep up too well on pics, a couple people have already mentioned in this thread that he is probably the biggest gainer with picture proof progress threads. I didn’t go through his pic threads (I have already viewed way more dick pics than I ever intended to in my lifetime) but an interesting note on long term shape and appearance change - BD stated that overall his shaft gained more relative to his head (head also gained though), he had some discoloration from clamping which it sounds like he was able to mostly fix, and that he has a lot more skin now.

BD often said Perfect Jelqing is just jelqing perfectly. This meant staying focused on each stroke, quality over quantity, using strong grip pressure early and throughout the stroke to get maximum expansion. By this stage, he was no longer getting any spotting, and he estimated he was using 9 to 9.5 out of 10 grip force on these jelqs.

He says in his summary post that he attributes most of his length gains and all of his girth gains to jelqing – however it looks like he gained a lot of his length during the newbie gains period (which did include jelqing – just a much gentler jelq method) and later he did a fair amount of clamping in conjunction with the jelqing during his girth gains period. Elsewhere in his logs, especially as the years went on and he gained more girth, he gave credit to all the other exercises he used. Particularly clamping was important in his girth gains. In his early accounts of clamping, he said it was good for only about 0.125” to 0.25” of expansion for him. By his later career, he could routine get 1.0” of expansion with clamping. He liked taking out the mechanical PE methods (he did clamping, pumping, hanging, and ADS at various times) and going strong on them for a month or two, then shelving them and coming back to them a year or two later.

His jelq form for Perfect Jelqing was to kegel blood in, trap it using a standard OK grip at the base with high pressure / force, jelq slowly and deliberately up to just behind the glans taking 4-8 seconds, then kegel and trap blood at the base with the other hand, and finally release the grip on the first hand. So he used a brief squeeze going on while both hands gripping. Throughout the session, his goal was to create as much expansion as possible, and he would visualize this as he was doing the exercise. Early in his career, he jelqed at typical erection levels of 50-80% presumably, and was wary of trying erect jelqing. Once he began perfect jelqing, he was in the 80% to 100% erection range, increasing through that range during a session. Certainly whatever % gives the most expansion would be the best for each person. Perfect jelqing was 60% the physical form of doing the exercise for maximum expansion, and he said a whopping 40% mentally visualizing and focusing on getting maximum expansion. Occasionally he would do longer strokes that were more of an Uli than a jelq.

He would spend the first 3-5 minutes of each jelq session doing “warm-up jelqs” at lower pressure, and gradually build his way up to a higher pressure maximum expansion jelq. During his first year of PE he used an actual warm-up of heat for 5 minutes before starting his routine. After that first year or two, he would just skip the heat warm-up and instead do these “warm-up jelqs” at the beginning of each PE session.

For about the 6 months after he began perfect jelqing and got his girth jump, he was also doing “refresher jelqs” which were basically doing short sets of about 30 dry jelqs throughout the day, about once every 1-2 hours after his full jelqing workout – to keep the expanded state longer. His full jelq routine was always wet jelqing, but these refresher jelqs were dry jelqing.

BD almost retired from PE after 3.5 years when he was getting too big for his girlfriend’s liking, but he couldn’t stay away for long. He did 2 more years of PE after that and had some lofty long term goals, but it seems like he eventually lost the obsession level of energy required for the diminishing returns at that point.

Robert Frost gained 15.7 cubic inches of volume over a 13 year period, and is still gaining today. In metric terms that’s about 257 cubic centimeters gained. He began PE in the year 2000 at age 56. When he was younger, his size was 6” x 5” but with age it had shrunk to 5.5” x 4.7”. Even when taking this into account, he still has about 13.5 cubic inches of true gains and an additional 2.2 cubic inches of regained lost size. He just recently updated his database stats at 8.3” x 6.2” for total length gains of 2.8” and girth gains of 1.5”. If you go by his 6” x 5” starting size, it’s length gains of 2.3” and girth gains of 1.2”.

Robert Frost has had a long term attitude about PE from the very beginning. He’s probably the first example that I’d consider a true “less is more” guy. Or perhaps at least not a “more is more” guy. He’s been at it for 13 years with a relaxed but consistent attitude. He had long periods where it seemed like nothing was happening, but the gains have always kept coming eventually. It took him about 9 months to a year to measure his first indubitable gain, but he always kept going with patience and faith that the process was working.

His growth tended to happen in brief spurts followed by long plateaus. In his own words:
“I have been P.PEing for about 6 years and I have always been a slow gainer. Every 6 to 12 months I will have a short period with a length gain of .5” or more and then little or no progress for 6 months or more. It does not seem to matter if I change the routine or just keep going. I do change the routine in hopes quicker progress, but so far no identifiable impact. It seems that with stretching I can make a gain and can keep it with no initial girth gain even with all of the girth exercises during the same period of time. Then over the next 6 to 8 months there will be little or no length gain, but the girth will very slowly increase. The girth increase is so slow even comparing measurements 3 months apart sometimes there is no girth gain. Eventually there is a measurable increase that seems to take forever and always with more girth at the base. I just do all versions of manual stretching and girth exercises.”

Interesting notes:
Throughout all his length gains, his BPFSL was always about 0.5” longer than his BPEL. He started with a “traffic cone” or “wedge” shape as he called it, and magnified that effect with proportionately more base girth gains. He attributed this to manual stretching. He got turkey neck issues from all the length he gained and was trying some skin stretching to counteract it, but no word yet on whether it’s worked.

He describes his routine as a “low key consistently inconsistent program” which is a very good description. He was never in any rush to get results, and always backed off at signs of potential injury. He took rest days whenever he felt like it, but it sounds like he never had to take any breaks longer than a week or two. He’s been consistently PE’ing most days for the last 13 years. He made a habit out of doing a little bit of manual PE nearly every day for the long term. His average routine has been 30 minutes per day, but he also had periods where he did as much as 1 hr per day for many days in a row, or 2 hours in a single day – or conversely could take an entire week off.

Stretching is his exercise of choice, including stretch variations such as V-stretch and bundled stretch, but mostly he just says stretching. For girth, he uses jelqing, sadsaks, ulis, squeezes, and plumped bends. He would get PE in throughout the day, but mostly stretching in the early morning, and then occasional manual girth work throughout the day, and sometimes a PM session. He never used so much force as to cause any pain, and gradually worked his way up to higher force levels over the years as conditioning increased.

His gains have been slow and consistent, gaining about 1 cubic inch per year, but over 13 years it’s added up to a huge size increase. He just recently updated his stats with another gain, so it’s still working. RF’s story is a good change of pace from so many of the big gainers who get huge gains in their first year or two. Slow and steady can win the race too, and avoid some injuries along the way.

rob844 gained about 14.5 cubic inches between 2000 and 2004, or about 238 cubic centimeters. He started at size of 6.75” x 4.5” and finished at about 7.8” x 6.4” for length gain of 1.05” and girth gain 1.9”. He was in his 30’s during his gaining period, and joined Thunder’s in 2003 after he had already made most of his gains.

He used a 6 on / 1 off schedule of warmup, jelqing, stretching, uli’s, cock ring, and pumping. Session length was about 45 minutes. There’s not a lot of info on the exact combination of these, but during his later years of PE, he was doing 10 minutes of stetching, 10 minutes jelqing, and 25 minutes pumping. Sometimes he would wear the cock ring in the pump, and sometimes he would also do an active stretch while packing the tube, using a strap set-up to get leverage. That’s about as much detail as he gave on the routine.
