Kingpole
Kingpole gained 14.8 cubic inches between 2004 and 2008. He started at 5.5” x 4.5” and ended up at 8.25” x 6.0” for length gains of 2.75” and girth gains of 1.5”. In metric terms he gained about 242 cubic centimeters. Kingpole was in his 40’s during his gaining period, and had lost some size due to ED problems brought on by diabetes and hypothyroidism. At one point he stated his “real” starting length before he had ED was around 6.75” and I didn’t see any mention of his “real” starting girth, but given the range of fluctuations he had over the first few months, I’d estimate it around 5.25”. Despite part of his gain being a re-gain, I include him here nevertheless because… try telling him they were not “real” gains. His quest to beat ED and regain EQ were ultimately successful and it sounds like he had a full recovery of sexual health. KP used various supplementation throughout his PE career, both for ED, and to encourage size gains.

Discipline pays off
KP’s early measurements fluctuated a lot because in the first year or so he was regaining EQ. His routine was highly variable, but was primarily jelqing and stretching, incorporating the many variations of those. Grip variations, force variations, fulcrum variations, squeeze variations, erection level variations – he tried it all. He used about a 5 days / week schedule. A typical workout was anywhere from 30 mins to an hour worth of manual exercises, and on alternating days, 30-60 minutes of edging / ballooning / kegeling.

He considered edging / ballooning to be primarily an exercise for EQ and combating ED, but later on in his PE career, he would combine edging with erect jelqing, and a sort of “super erection” that was brought on by edging. Apparently he was able to prolong an erection at 100% - 150% normal level by edging, kegeling, and pressing at the base of the pubic bone. This would cause an effect similar to clamping level expansion, and he would edge / balloon at this erection level for up to 30 minutes or more on alternating days. It is controversial whether these methods can lead to gains, but there have been some other members who have reported success, and apparently it may take several days or weeks of practice to get that super-erection going. Some of the people experienced multiple orgasms or advocate withholding ejaculation, but KP states that he ejaculated 3-4 times per week, which is a pretty normal amount for a guy in his 40’s with former ED. Worth noting is that KP credits the vast majority of his gains to jelqing, and considered edging a superior way to pleasure oneself, with positive effects on ED, orgasm, and sexual health in general - and a minor but still appreciable effect on PE. It seems like his take on it was similar to the idea of keeping a wrap on for added engorgement. He just considered it a good idea for PE to have a maximum erection and engorged unit for long periods of time. As mentioned above, the vast majority of KP’s routine was made up of stretching, jelqing, and variations on those. He credits his gains to the jeqling, and details his jelqing techniques in this thread. He advises keeping it slow, and forceful yet in the pleasure zone. His jelqs would take 8-15 seconds per stroke, which begins to sound like it is more of a jelq / uli hybrid. He would drink a large glass of water half an hour before the jelq session to keep hydrated and not have that limit plumpness. He would use one hand to hold at the glans, as a stabilizer mostly but also some light pressure, and the other hand to perform the jelq, and he used many grip variations.
