I honestly feel like the starting measurement should be at least a one week process. I have rock hard erections before that feel like a 10/10 but measure a full .25” less than my full NBP length. Some days your dick is just a different size - it varies so frequently. People need to measure over a longer period of time rather than just ONCE, and need to measure multiple times each day at that, before I feel they’re getting an accurate read on themselves. In many cases, the easiest person to fool is yourself.

4”+ of length and 2.15” of girth is ridiculous…that kid was 19 when he started though, so if it is true, maybe he had some natural growth in there as well.

The only epic gainer I really believe is PEforeal, who increased his girth by over 2” (from 4.75” BEG to over 7” BEG) in a matter of over ten years (I believe). He’s been posting here since the beginning (2001) and you can follow/track his progress all the way from then until now to prove that he’s a real person and he’s not just trolling for a good laugh. Through looking at his PE record, I personally believe that some of his early gains (I think he saw a very quick jump of +.5” girth in just a month or two) was probably due to revitalized EQ, with the rest of his girth gains after this being due to legitimate consistency and a lot of time pumping (years). Also, luck - and an extra stretchable Tunica.

I’ve been doing the same thing recently, Bearded - been looking into good, ‘reasonable’ girth gainers who don’t claim crazy stats but still gained .25”, .5” or .75”. Hoping I can learn something from them as I’m starting out really skinny. Currently pouring over all Sta-Kool’s posts, he sounds like the 50 year old version of me and my cock lol.

Just a caveat for any newbies reading this. It’s fun to check out these big gainers / big trainers, but I don’t want to be contributing to any injuries. The common denominator here is that these guys did 1 to 3 hours of PE per day, 5 days a week, for years. But that’s not where they started, that’s what they worked up to over many months. Remember to work your way up gradually and listen to your penis for any signs of injury. These guys are the genetically gifted pro athletes of PE and not all of us are like that. A common number in any training is that you can increase your training by 10% per week at a maximum, so don’t dive straight into a 2 hour routine after reading this. Also the guys highlighted so far seem to be from the ‘more is more’ camp but I know there are some ‘less is more’ big gainers coming up too.

PEforFun gained 24 cubic inches between 2005 and 2013 and is still at it, just recently joining Thunder’s in 2013. He started at 6.4” x 5” and is currently at 8.5” x 7.4” for a gain of 2.1” of length and 2.4” of girth. He is about 60 years old. He has contributed in two very informative posts about high pressure pumping done in cycles of about 10 seconds on. He also gives good details on his history in those posts, but I’ll include some highlights.

He spent about 6 years doing manual exercises - stretching, jelqing, squeezing - during which time he gained about 1” of length and slightly over 1” of girth. Sometime in early 2012 he began pumping, with a unique routine of using an industrial pump to achieve near full vacuum pressures for very short time intervals. Since adding the pumping he has gained another 1” of length and slightly over 1” of girth in just the last year.

I highly recommend reading the above two posts for details on his pumping routine. He gave very specific and important details in those threads which I can’t fully reproduce here, and given how potentially dangerous this is - the details do matter. But here is the summary. He cycles the pressure on and off for about 5-10 second periods each, gradually building pressure as his size increases through the session. During each session he works his way up to near full vacuum pressure (14 psi or about 30” Hg) using an industrial pump. He drills a small hole in the end of the tube to use as a release valve considering the potential dangers of being at such high pressures. Another safety measure is using some foam padding between the tube and the pubic region because this amount of pressure causes the tube to dig into the body with considerable force - he calculates it at 73 lbs of force. He notes that there is little benefit to do more than a 30 minutes total session (15 minutes under pressure, 15 minutes no pressure) each day. He also notes that a correctly fitted tube is essential when pumping at these pressures.

He lists his total routine at about 40 minutes per day, with a 5 on 2 off schedule. Hopefully he stops by, because I am wondering how he manages to pull his finger off that release valve hole at that pressure. I have to admit, I am tempted to try this some day when I have enough privacy to hook up an industrial air pump to my penis. But I also have to remind, it’s generally considered safe to keep pumping pressure below 10” Hg.

And these are analogous to PE how? What about people who gain with far less time? People, like myself, who cannot physically handle 500 jelqs, hanging, and clamping as part of a routine? Should I just call it a day?

It’s no surprise that commitment in any field is productive. If what you are doing is not giving you gains, then consider doing more or consider stopping altogether. Does that seem unreasonable?

So far, I’ve noticed that a 5 days a week schedule with jelqing and manual stretching as mandatory are things that keep showing up with their routines. Clamping and pumping seem to be supplements and not treated as the main portion of the routine.

I agree with you. I also have to go to gym, work and study. I work full time, study part time and go to gym 4 - 5 times a week. A healthy (nice) body is important. People always ask me if I workout since my chest and pec are muscular.

Giovanni’s PE stats

Giovanni gained 21.2 cubic inches of volume in about 11 months time during 2003 - 2004. He started at 5.9” x 4.3” and ended at 8.9” x 6.5” for a gain of about 3” of length and about 2.2” of girth (I omitted some decimal places). He didn’t make any posts about his incredible gain rate, but he did include a routine in his size statistics profile. He was about 40 years old, and used a 6 on, 1 off schedule, doing 40 minute workouts consisting of a 3 minute warm-up, 15 minutes of manual stretching, 15 minutes wet jelqing, 2 minutes of Uli’s, and 5 minutes of warm-down.

His gains were fairly steady throughout the 11 month period, and if the numbers are authentic he was one of the fastest big gainers of all time. The average rate of volume gain was about 0.064 cubic inches per day. That type of gain rate is not unheard of, plenty of guys get that rate during their newbie-gains period. Almost all big gainers had longer careers, with diminishing returns, and a gain rate of below 0.02 cubic inches per day. The majority of big gainers had average gain rates of below 0.01 inches per day. Giovanni basically had newbie type gains, that most of us only enjoy during our first month, for his entire 11 months of PE.

azfat8 gained 20.1 cubic inches between 1996 and 2006 using a girth enlargement surgery, followed by a long term hanging regimen. He started at 6.25” x 4.75” and gained about 1” x 1.75” through surgery, and presumably some post-surgery PE exercising. He came to Thunder’s in 2002 and began hanging, gaining another 1” x 0.5”. His total gains were 2” length and 2.25” of girth. He was about 50 years old, and he seemed to be overall pleased with the results of his surgery. He made a handful of posts about the surgery, and a few posts with hanging questions, and later some minor details about his hanging and gains. He called the procedure an “Allorderm” and listed his surgeon in some of his posts - if that’s your thing go check it out. His hanging routine post surgery consisted of working his way up from around 1 hour a day at 5 lbs up to 3 hours a day at 20 lbs. And perhaps even averaging 30 hrs per week at some point. Toward the end of his posting period here, he was asking some pumping questions and doing some pumping as well.

In my opinion, surgery should not even be considered as an option. In fact I’m getting creeped out even posting about it, but some people do it, and here is one example of a satisfied customer and his satisfied wife.

A consistency I’ve seen with almost all big gainers is that they seem to be more is more kind of gainers. All of their routines have been hours long with intense work for many days a week. It appears that if your penis can handle it and you have the time for it, a more is more approach is a much better way to go about PE. However that being said, many of us cannot handle such intense routines and so we must stick with lighter routines. Additionally, these threads about big gainers are probably not the best for newbies to read because they seem to encourage a much more intense routine when many of the newbies here will simply injure themselves attempting these routines. I myself made this mistake when I started, it’s tempting to do these intense workouts with advanced methods when threads like these clearly show that they work.

peforeal gained 20.3 cubic inches. He started at a size of 5.25” x 4.75” in January 2001 and finished with a 7.625” x 7.0” in December 2003, about 27 months. That’s a length gain of 2.375" and a girth gain of 2.25". You may have heard of this guy. He has over 3,000 posts here and is a Moderator Alumni. He still logs in and posts regularly. He lists occupation as Professor, and shared his routine in great detail and contributed several instructional threads, some of which are still active today 10 years later.

He began in January 2001 and made a progress report with his routine in March 2003. During that time period he gained about 2” of length and 1.25” to 1.75” girth (gaining more girth at the base). He used a 5 on / 2 off schedule and attributes some of the fast girth gains to adding squeezing and the Powerjelq over the second half of this period. His routine during that period is copied below. During this time his flaccid increased from about 2” x 3” to about 5” x 5”. I have two quotes below from February – March 2002, and their respective thread links for more detail.

A brief summary of my PE history is as follows:
1. PE’ing seriously for about one year (January 2001).
2. First techniques were regular stretching and hand jelqing and
occasional ball pumping with a 2-inch tube (quite effective to create a larger
and hanging ballsac). Of course, do some warm wraps as needed.
3. Current techniques are stretching (left, right and down) using a relaxed
stretch and steady pull (no kegels during this move) for 15-20 minutes minimum per day, power-jelq for 20-30 mins/twice a day and occasional ball pumping to balance out the look of my ballsac against my larger dick.
4. I have never done any hanging.

Routine: Stretching, hand jelqing and occasional pumping initially. Squeezes added in October 2001. Powerjelq added in January 2002. Squeezes and Powerjelq have really helped for faster girth gains. Do intense routines at least 30-40 minutes 5 days/week and sometimes twice/day at 90% erect. Usually take weekends off, except for occasional stretching and some quick squeezes. I have never done any hanging.
PEFOREAL’S Routine/Stats/Comments

Around this time, March 2002 he began pumping more frequently. Prior to that he had begun pumping as early as late 2000, but only did it sporadically, and at first primarily was targeting the scrotum, going for lower hanging balls. During his January 2001 – March 2002 period when he began PE in earnest, he pumped about 3-4 times per month, but considered the gains from that sporadic pumping schedule secondary to his manual routine and power jelq, except perhaps some early erect length gains.

In May 2003, a year later he updated his routine with the new pumping info. At this time he was doing 20-30 minutes of manual stretching per day. Then he would do 30-60 minutes of alternating between pumping and dry jelqing (occasionally substituted power jelq for the dry jelqing). That was his main routine, but he also did some gentle erect bends at 80% erection, and began wrapping after his PE workouts to maintain the post-PE engorgement for hours. It looks like he helped pioneer this technique, as well as the technique of wrapping to prevent donuts during pumping. At this time in May 2003, about 2.5 years after beginning serious PE, he was up to 7.5” x 6.75” erect, and about a 6” x 6” flaccid. He concentrated his dry jelqing at the base of the shaft, doing essentially a hybrid of an Uli and a dry jelq. Later in this thread he gave updates in 2004, 2005, and 2006, that he was still using the same routine to affect his final gains. At some point he threw in some clamping and fowfers. His alternating pumping and dry jelqing sessions increased to about 60 minutes at this period, with about 10 minutes of pumping between each dry jelq session. He used pressures around 5” Hg and went higher for brief periods of up to 10 seconds right before releasing the pressure during each cycle. He also did an occasional marathon session of pumping for 2 hours or more. Around 2004 or 2005 he did less manual stretching.
