peforeal gained 20.3 cubic inches. He started at a size of 5.25” x 4.75” in January 2001 and finished with a 7.625” x 7.0” in December 2003, about 27 months. That’s a length gain of 2.375" and a girth gain of 2.25". You may have heard of this guy. He has over 3,000 posts here and is a Moderator Alumni. He still logs in and posts regularly. He lists occupation as Professor, and shared his routine in great detail and contributed several instructional threads, some of which are still active today 10 years later.
He began in January 2001 and made a progress report with his routine in March 2003. During that time period he gained about 2” of length and 1.25” to 1.75” girth (gaining more girth at the base). He used a 5 on / 2 off schedule and attributes some of the fast girth gains to adding squeezing and the Powerjelq over the second half of this period. His routine during that period is copied below. During this time his flaccid increased from about 2” x 3” to about 5” x 5”. I have two quotes below from February – March 2002, and their respective thread links for more detail.
A brief summary of my PE history is as follows:
1. PE’ing seriously for about one year (January 2001).
2. First techniques were regular stretching and hand jelqing and
occasional ball pumping with a 2-inch tube (quite effective to create a larger
and hanging ballsac). Of course, do some warm wraps as needed.
3. Current techniques are stretching (left, right and down) using a relaxed
stretch and steady pull (no kegels during this move) for 15-20 minutes minimum per day, power-jelq for 20-30 mins/twice a day and occasional ball pumping to balance out the look of my ballsac against my larger dick.
4. I have never done any hanging.

Routine: Stretching, hand jelqing and occasional pumping initially. Squeezes added in October 2001. Powerjelq added in January 2002. Squeezes and Powerjelq have really helped for faster girth gains. Do intense routines at least 30-40 minutes 5 days/week and sometimes twice/day at 90% erect. Usually take weekends off, except for occasional stretching and some quick squeezes. I have never done any hanging.

Around this time, March 2002 he began pumping more frequently. Prior to that he had begun pumping as early as late 2000, but only did it sporadically, and at first primarily was targeting the scrotum, going for lower hanging balls. During his January 2001 – March 2002 period when he began PE in earnest, he pumped about 3-4 times per month, but considered the gains from that sporadic pumping schedule secondary to his manual routine and power jelq, except perhaps some early erect length gains.
In May 2003, a year later he updated his routine with the new pumping info. At this time he was doing 20-30 minutes of manual stretching per day. Then he would do 30-60 minutes of alternating between pumping and dry jelqing (occasionally substituted power jelq for the dry jelqing). That was his main routine, but he also did some gentle erect bends at 80% erection, and began wrapping after his PE workouts to maintain the post-PE engorgement for hours. It looks like he helped pioneer this technique, as well as the technique of wrapping to prevent donuts during pumping. At this time in May 2003, about 2.5 years after beginning serious PE, he was up to 7.5” x 6.75” erect, and about a 6” x 6” flaccid. He concentrated his dry jelqing at the base of the shaft, doing essentially a hybrid of an Uli and a dry jelq. Later in this thread he gave updates in 2004, 2005, and 2006, that he was still using the same routine to affect his final gains. At some point he threw in some clamping and fowfers. His alternating pumping and dry jelqing sessions increased to about 60 minutes at this period, with about 10 minutes of pumping between each dry jelq session. He used pressures around 5” Hg and went higher for brief periods of up to 10 seconds right before releasing the pressure during each cycle. He also did an occasional marathon session of pumping for 2 hours or more. Around 2004 or 2005 he did less manual stretching.
