I couldn’t agree more. Newbies should realize that these guys worked their way up gradually to these intense routines, and were probably less susceptible to injury than the average guy. Hopefully the occasional warnings scattered in this thread will be enough to prevent any newbies from diving into a full-on routine and subsequent injury.

I’m noticing an eerie amount of 5 on / 2 off schedules from the highlights so far. Maybe that was just a common schedule back in the day, or maybe it’s an ideal rest schedule that’s contributing to the big gains.

bbc gained 20.2 cubic inches between 1993 and 2012, and is still active today. He started at 6.5” x 5.875” and was about 8.5” x 7.5” in 2012. That’s a gain of 2.0” x 1.625”. Part of bbc’s gains are natural size he had as a teenager, but lost due to aging, and regained with PE. I can’t say what percentage of gains were from regained natural size, but with that ending size we have to give at least some credit to PE. He used a 6 on / 1 off rest schedule, with workouts lasting about 100 minutes. If I’ve read correctly, the workouts were comprised of two 20 minutes hanging sessions, and two 20 minutes pumping sessions, with jelqing breaks between all sets of hanging/pumping.

cubas gained 19.3 cubic inches from 2005 to 2011. He started at a size of 5.1” x 4.5” and gradually gained his way to 9.0” x 6.2” for a length gain of 3.9” and a girth gain of 1.7”. He only made one post about his Apadravya piercing (bolt through the glans ouch!). He hasn’t been around since 2011, and there are no other details on his routine. He got most of his gains in the first two years, getting up to about 7.9” x 6.1” and then the four years 2007 - 2011 he gained about another 1.1” x 0.1” inches.

MK9

MK9 gained 18.1 cubic inches between 2001 and 2011 and is still around today. He started at 7.5” x 5.25” and finished with 9.25” x 6.85”. That’s a length gain of 1.75” and a girth gain of 1.6”. He achieved about the same size by 2005 – 2007, but has lost a little length and gained some girth since then. During his maximum length he briefly topped the 10” BPEL mark. He was about 30-40 years old during the gaining period if I read correctly.

MK9 used a “less is more” or a “businessman’s approach” as he called it. He believed that PE shouldn’t ever take over our lives and we shouldn’t be devoting more than a half hour a day to it, or ever working so hard as to approach injury. He had a lot of maturity about the process, and was always in for the long haul. Later in his career he would take on more advanced exercises, but for the first 4 years during most of his gains, he kept it pretty simple.

A summary of his practices, with more detail and quotes to follow below. Dry jelqing was the cornerstone of mk9’s routine. He used it throughout his career, and it was also his most often used exercise, or some similar form of it. He started out wet jelq for the first year, but then switched to dry jelqing. He liked dry jelqing more, and never went back. For the first 4 years his routine was mostly unchanged. Some light stretching, mostly dry jelqing, some massaging, and some squeezing/horses for about 2 day on 1 day off, or sometimes 1 day on / 1 day off, and 30 minutes a day, maximum 40 minutes per day. After 4 years he had gained most of his size, but began to focus more on girth. He added IR heating, fowfers, pumping, wearing a cock ring during workouts, and decreased the frequency of his workouts while increasing the intensity.

4 Year Anniversary Thread – Around this time he seems to begin pumping and more intense girth exercises. He also added IR heating light.
“My favourite routine now alternates length and girth exercises, both possibly with the IR light, though not as often as I’d like for privacy matters. Fortunately, the dry jelq, my top exercise, can be done in bed.

Pumping has increased flaccid girth: it’s 5.5” far from pumping, it a warm room. FL has gone up too, but not with pumping: Fowfers and IR stretch- a good 7.5” NP, in a warm room.”

In 2013 he has a post with an extreme girth routine (not for newbies), which says he has still been gaining. The routine consists of doing dry jelqs and squeezes while wearing a cock ring. Also compressing the shaft using the weight of the body, the palm of the hand, and a flat surface at waist height.

He used cock rings after his first 4 years, and considered it as an essential technique for his big girth gains. If I’ve read correctly, he would use the cock ring for a couple hours daily, and also use it during girth workouts for squeezes, dry jelqs, and plumped bends. He says his glans grew slightly more than the rest of the shaft, and credits the glans gains to these techniques.

Some other things that were important to him were the idea of avoiding, or being in any poor mental state that would cause the flaccid to shrink throughout the day and prevent gains. He also regularly supplemented with Zinc and Arginine and found this to be important.

Priapos gained 17.1 cubic inches between April 2002 and October 2005. He started with a 8.25” x 4.75” and finished with a 9.5” x 6.5”. Total length gain of 1.25” and total girth gain of 1.75”. At one point in his gaining period he actually topped 10” BPEL with a 6.0” girth, but from there he lost some length as he gained his final 0.5” of girth.

By May 2002 he had gained very quickly, with about 1.2” x 0.75” of gains in about 1.5 months. He used a 50-60 minute routine, done both morning before leaving work, and evening upon returning from work, for 5 days on / 2 days off during this period.

His definition of “power jelqing” was basically wet jelqing with a full erection. His “girth and glans shaping” exercises consisted of Uli’s, horse440’s, and a “pan squeeze” of putting the penis on a flat surface and pressing it with both palms and all the body weight. The kegels were done on the way to and from work in the car, so 1000 after his morning workout, and 1000 before his evening workout. A very intense routine for a newbie!

In June 2002, about 2.5 months in, he added in additional 3 sessions of stretching during work. He would go to the bathroom and manually stretch for about 10-15 minutes 3 times a day. That would bring his total daily routine up to about 140 minutes, or even more if you count the kegels.

In October 2002 he updated measurements at 9.875” x 5.75” – gains of about 1.625” x 1.0” in 6 months. This length would be above his final length, and he says that most of his gains actually occurred during the first 2 months, and not much happened for the next 4 months.

There’s not a lot of info on his routine after that, but in May 2004 he began hanging a few sets per day in a quest for a bigger flaccid. This presumably was added onto his full routine shown above, with the additional hanging approaching the staggering total of 255 minutes per day that is quoted in his size database routine. After the October 2002 update, he went on to gain another 0.75” of girth over the next few years, while losing about 0.375” of length. He accomplished about half his volume gains in the first 2 months, and the other half in the following 3 years.

Aloha Bearded Dragon and thank you for including me in your thread (Memento brought it to my attention). As you know, I’m not on the site as frequently as I used to be in the early years which were intense but highly productive. I’m now a recreational PE’er who is very satisfied with the size gains I made (and it took a lot of work, time, effort, trial and error.) I’m going to include here part of a message response that I sent to Smallja this week summarizing some of my current best pumping advice to others.

From my many years of experience, I will say that pumping can work best if:

1. Use an appropriate size cylinder and move up a 1/4 inch to the next diameter size as you start to easily and totally “pack” your cylinder (from base to below head of your cock) within 20-30 minutes.
For example, I started with a 1.75” cylinder, then moved to a 2” and so on. In all honestly, when you’re truly and fully packing tightly, you can probably get all of your permanent girth gains just using the 1.75” and 2”. It’s only when you want to experiment more that you could go larger or if you want to pump both cock and balls at the same time for large size. I think a lot of guys play it cheap and just want to buy one much larger diameter cylinder, but that will probably give you much more temporary girth gains due to excess fluid build up but not “true” girth building. My two cents!

2. You should also try to PUMP always FULLY ERECT (watching porn while pumping helps to keep you hard all the way through). You get a much more efficient workout and stretch on your dick this way. I’m all about efficiency.

3. PUMP IN THE MORNING. I found that my testosterone levels are significantly higher in the morning (as is true for most men). I get pumped fatter and quicker in the morning that if I do my pumping later in the afternoon or evening.

Nowadays, I pump maybe twice a week just for fun following what I’ve told you above. I just like the tingly and sensitive feeling after pumping. Even if I don’t pump for weeks while traveling, my erect girth is over 7” at the base and 6.5 inches in the middle.I also like the fact that my flaccid cock also holds at 6 .25 inches in girth at the base when soft. When I do a good pump, I go over 8 inches girth, but that’s temporary.

My erect length plateaued and is holding at about 7.5+”, although when in the pump, I get stretched to over 8”. I could probably do more to get longer, but I’m very satisfied with my cock as is and don’t feel the need to be as obsessive as I used to be many years ago. Frankly, when I do have sex, it’s my thickness that really defines the pleasure that my partner experiences.

He used a 5 on / 2 off schedule and attributes some of the fast girth gains to adding squeezing and the Powerjelq over the second half of this period. His routine during that period is copied below. During this time his flaccid increased from about 2” x 3” to about 5” x 5”. I have two quotes below from February – March 2002, and their respective thread links for more detail.

A brief summary of my PE history is as follows:
1. PE’ing seriously for about one year (January 2001).
2. First techniques were regular stretching and hand jelqing and
occasional ball pumping with a 2-inch tube (quite effective to create a larger
and hanging ballsac). Of course, do some warm wraps as needed.
3. Current techniques are stretching (left, right and down) using a relaxed
stretch and steady pull (no kegels during this move) for 15-20 minutes minimum per day, power-jelq for 20-30 mins/twice a day and occasional ball pumping to balance out the look of my ballsac against my larger dick.
4. I have never done any hanging.

Routine: Stretching, hand jelqing and occasional pumping initially. Squeezes added in October 2001. Powerjelq added in January 2002. Squeezes and Powerjelq have really helped for faster girth gains. Do intense routines at least 30-40 minutes 5 days/week and sometimes twice/day at 90% erect. Usually take weekends off, except for occasional stretching and some quick squeezes. I have never done any hanging.
PEFOREAL’S Routine/Stats/Comments

Around this time, March 2002 he began pumping more frequently. Prior to that he had begun pumping as early as late 2000, but only did it sporadically, and at first primarily was targeting the scrotum, going for lower hanging balls. During his January 2001 – March 2002 period when he began PE in earnest, he pumped about 3-4 times per month, but considered the gains from that sporadic pumping schedule secondary to his manual routine and power jelq, except perhaps some early erect length gains.

In May 2003, a year later he updated his routine with the new pumping info. At this time he was doing 20-30 minutes of manual stretching per day. Then he would do 30-60 minutes of alternating between pumping and dry jelqing (occasionally substituted power jelq for the dry jelqing). That was his main routine, but he also did some gentle erect bends at 80% erection, and began wrapping after his PE workouts to maintain the post-PE engorgement for hours. It looks like he helped pioneer this technique, as well as the technique of wrapping to prevent donuts during pumping. At this time in May 2003, about 2.5 years after beginning serious PE, he was up to 7.5” x 6.75” erect, and about a 6” x 6” flaccid. He concentrated his dry jelqing at the base of the shaft, doing essentially a hybrid of an Uli and a dry jelq. Later in this thread he gave updates in 2004, 2005, and 2006, that he was still using the same routine to affect his final gains. At some point he threw in some clamping and fowfers. His alternating pumping and dry jelqing sessions increased to about 60 minutes at this period, with about 10 minutes of pumping between each dry jelq session. He used pressures around 5” Hg and went higher for brief periods of up to 10 seconds right before releasing the pressure during each cycle. He also did an occasional marathon session of pumping for 2 hours or more. Around 2004 or 2005 he did less manual stretching.

Jelktoid gained 16.9 cubic inches between March 2002 and August 2003, about 17 months. He started out at 5.5” x 4.5” and gained up to 9” x 6” for total gains of 3.5” of length and 1.5” of girth. He’s a Moderator Alumni, and has over 900 posts. He last posted in 2009. If you want a good laugh, dig up the various stories of jelktoid getting caught PE’ing by the neighbor, or explaining his hanger to various people.

Jelktoid averaged about 3 hours a day of PE time, about 6 days a week. Most of that time was spent doing high volume hanging in Bib’s style. He also utilized jelqing, manual stretching, and possibly an ADS.

From March through June 2002, he gained very fast with an initial routine of stretching and jelqing for about the first 3 months. It was about a 40 minute routine, but I’m not sure of that number. In this time he gained about 1.4” x 1.3”. Then he began hanging around July, and simultaneously stopped jelqing / stretching. He had to take a break shortly after beginning hanging due to nerve damage and numbness. This was likely due to technique and heavier weights. After that he bought a Bib (previously he had made his own hanger), and no longer experienced any injury problems. His weight range for hanging was as high as 20-25 lbs.

By October 2002 he had made a post indicating he was up to 20 hours a week hanging. He used DLD blasters and fulcrum hanging as complements to the hanging. He had lost some of his girth gains since quitting jelqing. Around this time he added jelqing back into his routine. His jelq style was slow and high intensity, about 100 jelqs twice per day. He quickly regained the lost girth.

From this point on, he gained another 1.5” of length with hanging. It sounds like he intended to gain a little more length but his wife was already satisfied. He credits all of his girth gains to jelqing, and he gained about 1.4” of length during his manual stretch / jelq newbie period – but after that he gained another 2” of length from hanging. He may have utilized an ADS after his daily hanging sessions to maintain the longer state throughout the day.

He continued a routine up until 2004 or 2005 at which point he went into a light maintenance routine.
