MK9
MK9 gained 18.1 cubic inches between 2001 and 2011 and is still around today. He started at 7.5” x 5.25” and finished with 9.25” x 6.85”. That’s a length gain of 1.75” and a girth gain of 1.6”. He achieved about the same size by 2005 – 2007, but has lost a little length and gained some girth since then. During his maximum length he briefly topped the 10” BPEL mark. He was about 30-40 years old during the gaining period if I read correctly.
MK9 used a “less is more” or a “businessman’s approach” as he called it. He believed that PE shouldn’t ever take over our lives and we shouldn’t be devoting more than a half hour a day to it, or ever working so hard as to approach injury. He had a lot of maturity about the process, and was always in for the long haul. Later in his career he would take on more advanced exercises, but for the first 4 years during most of his gains, he kept it pretty simple.
A summary of his practices, with more detail and quotes to follow below. Dry jelqing was the cornerstone of mk9’s routine. He used it throughout his career, and it was also his most often used exercise, or some similar form of it. He started out wet jelq for the first year, but then switched to dry jelqing. He liked dry jelqing more, and never went back. For the first 4 years his routine was mostly unchanged. Some light stretching, mostly dry jelqing, some massaging, and some squeezing/horses for about 2 day on 1 day off, or sometimes 1 day on / 1 day off, and 30 minutes a day, maximum 40 minutes per day. After 4 years he had gained most of his size, but began to focus more on girth. He added IR heating, fowfers, pumping, wearing a cock ring during workouts, and decreased the frequency of his workouts while increasing the intensity.

Always train correctly, don’t miss warmups and cool-downs, or at least not so often. In my opinion, it’s not wise to spend more than half an hour a day for PE, avoid both overtraining and… underliving !”

4 Year Anniversary Thread – Around this time he seems to begin pumping and more intense girth exercises. He also added IR heating light.
“My favourite routine now alternates length and girth exercises, both possibly with the IR light, though not as often as I’d like for privacy matters. Fortunately, the dry jelq, my top exercise, can be done in bed.
Going on with my routine, but added some pumping. I’m using a 2.5” tube and I’m packing it after about 20 minutes. Nice feeling…
Pumping has increased flaccid girth: it’s 5.5” far from pumping, it a warm room. FL has gone up too, but not with pumping: Fowfers and IR stretch- a good 7.5” NP, in a warm room.”
In 2013 he has a post with an extreme girth routine (not for newbies), which says he has still been gaining. The routine consists of doing dry jelqs and squeezes while wearing a cock ring. Also compressing the shaft using the weight of the body, the palm of the hand, and a flat surface at waist height.
He used cock rings after his first 4 years, and considered it as an essential technique for his big girth gains. If I’ve read correctly, he would use the cock ring for a couple hours daily, and also use it during girth workouts for squeezes, dry jelqs, and plumped bends. He says his glans grew slightly more than the rest of the shaft, and credits the glans gains to these techniques.
Some other things that were important to him were the idea of avoiding, or being in any poor mental state that would cause the flaccid to shrink throughout the day and prevent gains. He also regularly supplemented with Zinc and Arginine and found this to be important.
