Then when it’s back to full, doing another ‘total destruction’ session. I wouldn’t recommend it to many people, as it will quickly toughen your dick to anything but extreme PE, but that’s the way I’m built. I also take extended decon breaks a couple of times a year, otherwise I would not gain at all. My ‘conditioning’ comes back quickly these days, even after a break.

Different folks… different strokes! :D

I also noted that I experienced my more significant PE gains, during a period where the EQ was greatly reduced. It recovers and you experience new growth.

Does anyone have any thoughts, research, studies, or physiological truths that they would like to share that would support any of our theories?

firegoat is fully RETIRED from Thundersplace.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results

Aha, you beat me again Figo. :)

Charlie Dog, it is my understanding that Sparkyx is asking for feed back from people who had gains - even better if they were hard gainers for a long time - not for theories. That’s what my post meant, just in case it sounded obscure.

All right, All right. I’m slowly absorbing the rat tail theory. HA HA!! I certainly do not want the use of my extender result in scar tissue.

X4 Labs has an instructional CD that says start with about 800g, and work yourself up to around 2800g as the penis acclimates to stretching. That is the regimen that I’ve been following, assuming the manufacturer is versed in penis enlargement theories.

So now I’m perplexed. Should I continue at 2400g, or drop the tension down? I don’t feel any pain and my EQ has only been stronger since I’ve used the extender. Ultimately, there doesn’t seem to an absolute authority, and perhaps that’s why the medical community advocates “there isn’t such a thing as penis enlargement.” However, our community in Thundersplace seems to think, “Yes there is, in fact take a look at my results.”

Sure thing marinera. Thanks

This has been a great read; thanks sparkyx, marinera, firegoat, and others. Couple of comments from my experience follow:

First, what confuses me in this dichotomy between less is more and more is more gainers is the tolerance to stimulus that one develops with time. I may have been a less is more gainer and turned into a more is more one on certain exercises.

Second, I think it is important to note what kind of tissue changes are being expected when considering the role of EQ and volume. In my experience, girth work and tunica length work (i.e. clamping and pumping) hold sharply decreasing marginal gains as overall EQ drops past a certain level, and I’ve certainly seen gains drop as I increased volume in these exercises in the past. For length work however, particularly that involving stretching ligaments (through hanging or swinging weights), volume seems to have been very important and my EQ was often low although I gained (in a limited fashion, though).

LongVehicle - wouldn’t it be nice to have a definitive answer to whether less is more or more is more? I would think that those that are extremely determined, and committed to fast gains are believers of more is more. And if Less is More for them, they must be getting very frustrated. Ironically, if they do get frustrated, and start to do less out of loss of confidence in the process, they may actually start seeing gains. LOL And seeing those gains, they get excited, and begin doing more again, repeating the cycle back to frustration. ;) I have to say, however, I’m of the belief More is More, if not done excessively by pushing too hard, but that More Time is More.

Regarding EQ, for me anyways, it seems that girth work can temporarily reduce EQ for me, but stretching with an extender has actually improved my EQ.

This really seems to be the emerging consensus. Keeping EQ needs to be kept at a higher level for gains involving girth than for pure length.

Really, this is what has been reported for years, and I think can be taken as a good rule of thumb. You just have to determine for yourself what those levels are.

Excellent deduction … I think I just fall in love with you

Poor EQ doesn't mean it won't grow.

Great thread guys clears up alot of thoughts for me when poor EQ happens.
