Knowing whether you are limited by Dorsal Thickening/Septum

I’m not completely sure either. I would imagine that you are not limited by “Dorsal Thickening” judging by the description of your salami.
2 Small nerves should not limit or halt plastic tissue stretching.

No, I’ve had considerable length gains despite having “dorsal thickening” through regular and targeted stretching methods. The theory purports that you should approach training length in a different manner than those without “dorsal thickening” as the limiting factor is different than those without it.

Hey James Bond,

any advise for those who thinks they have “dorsal thicknening” ? In my humble opinion I believe additional warming up technique or some powerful constant heat method would make diference and help with this matter. What is your approach with this one ?

Constant heat has been crucial for me in my PE journey. Once I began to implement it my gains started to occur easier and with more frequency. As to your question regarding “dorsal thickening”, the approach is dependent on the amount of experience a person has and the exercises they’re performing.

I need to find some source of constant heat, I see people swearing in IR lamp but I don’t know if it can be harmfull in the same time and leave your skin dried out, I guess I will have to see it for myself.

Regarding the approach, truth speaking, I don’t think I am competent yet to run that conversation with you, I will read some more on my own and try to find things that works best for me. In the near future though, I still might ask for that advise.

How do you know if you have dorsal thickening? I am very scared I have it. When I stretch my flaccid penis it does get thin very thin and I wouldnt say long but the stretch ends distinctly at a certain length it is like the penis turns to steel and it stops cant stretch longer. The only thing under tension in the penis is on the dorsal part feels like a string all through the penis.

Read on mos everyone has buchs fascia or dorsal thickening it is what determines your bpfsl without it your dick would stretch very long and very thin.

Yes, everyone has it and everyone’s penis stops stretching at a certain point. It’s not a matter of whether you have it or not, it’s a matter of how thick it is.

I wonder if bent penises are already prematurely “thickened” due to the extra tension inflicted from natural erections through out the years.

I think that thickness of stretched penis is just a grower/shower feature.
For example, If your penis grow just 2/3cm from flaccid to erect, it’s obvious that your stretched penis will be thick.

I hope you’ll understand what i mean, because english isn’t my first language. 😅

Thank you I was starting to doubt the validity of that and turned into very negative thinking.

I’m starting to get confused. Is the “dorsal vein” just the tunica at its shortest point?

Vein and tunica have nothing to do with each other. A vein carries blood. The dorsal vein and dorsal thinckening of the septum are separate structures, although they are very close together.

If you look at the picture here, you will see, just below the dorsal vein(s) a thick part at the top (dorsum) of the septum. That’s the dorsal thickening. In some guys it’s a lot thicker than in others and can easily be felt.
