Can someone please answer my question; What is the best extender to use under the theories of this thread. Money isn’t an issue.

Doing the exercises correctly. Keeping to the routines, and changing after a few months of no noticeable anything to try a different approach.

It will be 2 years in March and not a damn thing to show for it. Seriously thinking of cutting the freaking ligs and be done with it.

Currently hanging any chance I get throughout the day with a very light hang in between each set. Using 10# (dropped back down from 15#). Periodically edge while clamped using various degrees of intensity throughout the hour span (from barely on to tight). Kegeling during this entire time and finish the session with a 5 minute (at least) edging session with nothing on it.

*I have previously discovered that I respond better to clamping for length gains

At the point where I either risk ripping it off or cutting. Failure has been glued to me in all things for too long to have anymore patience.

A little hard to believe. I have never seen anyone not gain with hanging. Even .2” with minimal effort. I mean the penis really has no choice but stretch with hanging.

I don’t believe this stuff actually works. There is no reason for me to lie. And if that reply about low erect level jelqing was for me…I don’t jelq because I easily injure (go figure).

If this stuff does work, I literally have to the one person in the whole world invent work for. How lucky I feel.

At two years you’ve a way to go to beat my record, it’s taken nearly five years to see some gains.
I wouldn’t blame you for giving up but it can be done, it’s up to you.
Maybe start a new thread asking for help ?

Thanks, and I haven’t figured out how to properly post a thread here. Asked for help in many ways many times.

All advice and techniques haven’t worked for me. Running slim on options. Just figured my issues could be applied to this thread by the OP. You know, practical application of the theories.

Maybe we are in to something here?

How can low erection jelqing hurt you? I find it impossible. The only way to happen is only by overtrining.

Now could this be the case for you? Perhaps you were overtraining generally, that’s why you didn’t gain?

And by overtrining I don’t mean like 1000 jelqs or 12 hours of hanging. Maybe 100 jelqs and 2 hours of hanging may be too much for you. Everbody is different.

How were your PIs during that time?

Looking at your PE routine, my thought is that you do too many things together, each of those for not enough time. 2 sets of hanging are unlikely to give significant gains; same for 25 low level jelqs or 5 minutes stretching. 5 days of rest, that is too much if you haven’t beaten your penis to death.

Pick up two techniques you are comfortable with and work at least 30 minutes for each of them, at least 4 days per week. Start a fresh progress report thread and write down whatever you do. Measure only once per month or less.

Whenever I read things like this, I am always concerned that someone is going to hurt themselves soon. There appears to be a sense of desperation that is creeping into your thinking.

Hopefully I am wrong in what I am reading.

I guess I can try less time…that’s one thing I haven’t done yet…except when I first started. Thanks for the idea.

That’s my old routine of over 2 months ago…and I added the jelqs after setting in with the others (adding one thing at a time).

I haven’t gotten around to updating my current routine. Basically it’s 75% hanging and stretching, the rest is clamped edging (this is weekly so the clamped sessions are very limited in days). And I kegel while lightly clamped, then finish with an edging session with nothing strapped or wrapped on.

*in addition I drink a special smoothie that contains powerful vasodilators and other stuff for general health and sexual function. And sleep with special oil (with similar properties described above) for vasodilation and healing (like EVO oil)…covered with a condom to keep it moist and soaking in the oil (also helps with slight night wood engorgement).

Firegoat, heat isn’t an option for me right now. I used it before for most of my PE time, didn’t notice a difference with PIs or anything. :/
