It’s not a case of who ‘attacked’ first. I referred you to the forum guidelines which state that personal attacks are not permitted. marinera attacked your ideas. You attacked marinera personally. One is acceptable under the guidelines, one is not.
My perspective is not biased; everyone here is expected to read and apply the forum guidelines, whether newbies, experienced members, or mods. You did not get ‘painted as the bad guy’ because you defied marinera, but because you were acting outside of the accepted forum practice. And in fact you were not painted as the bad guy at all, you were simply pointed to the forum guidelines.
If you are “simply documenting my personal findings and expressing theories that may produce the desired results” but then say that you are not getting the results you desire, I find that statement incongruent. Personally I’m interested in people trying ‘pills and potions’ for their growth, and hearing what they believe the outcome to be (my mother is an aromatherapist with a huge knowledge of essential oils and I have used them for many years), but I don’t believe anything ingested, inhaled or topically applied is going to make a significant difference to PE gains, except maybe through a (valid) placebo effect.

Even if it doesn’t grow, which it does, doesn’t anyone like the rock hard erections? 1000% true and undeniable. Even if the size was allready there.It’s bigger than it used to be.

Either from real growth or top erection quality, the increased size is a fact.

Any doubter should think of that, in my opinion.

Can’t say I’m getting more rock hard erections. It would be nice to find a way to get erections easier and maintain them. A lot of members have added great insight into the world of pe, have changed my life and I cannot thank this forum enough for that. That said I have been a long time observer and I think some vets can use a little more patience and can take their own advice in guiding new members in a more positive way. Attacking someone theories is fine but basically making the person feel stupid for their “out of the ass theories” I think just goes against everything that this forum stands for.

I have seen Marinera attack a lot of people and really go against the forum guidelines himself a lot of times and it is always swept under the rug. I think he has added so much to this board so it is often times more discouraging when a member like him goes at someone in the manner he did. Just my two thoughts, the great thing about this forum is the support over anything else. Sorry to add fuel but I think it could stand to be addressed, as I have seen his behavior get a little out of hand and he tends to not respect a lot of members he does not agree with. Whether it’s personal or not, we all should have a certain etiquette to how we address each other regardless if we are attacking the member or the theory.

Givemefreedom, you joined this forum way before I did; still you have not even a fraction of my posts number. I would have your opinion in more value if you had been more active and, just as an example, telling to someone ‘Nothing you eat will make your penis bigger’ and alike.

Beside that, if you find my posts out of lines, there is the red flag to report post, which is more proper than just jumping here once every 5 years and trying to teach vets how to behave.

I actually I think this is something not taken into consideration enough, More so regarding ingesting. If we are taking in the proper vitamins and minerals then we are helping the pe process. Getting our diet right could make a world of difference, Achieving better blood flow, collagen building………

Taking in a quality b complex and adek2 I think would improve things, not just pe but health, exercise, anti ageing, lower estrogen, lower cortisol and so on.

Also growth hormone peptides (natural GH) or GH (synthetic GH), tb500, BPC157 all promote healing, collagen, flexability, proliferation……..

msm, glycine and other aminos help with collagen.

No. Definately not.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a partner who would want a leg either to fondle, suck, or inside them. The foot would get in the way…. :)

Ok, what am I supposed to do?

I warm up 10 mins with bundles stretching.

I do 6x 20 mins sets of hanging, that’s two hours in total daily. I hang about 6 days per week. So I get in 12 hours of consistent hanging.

I use the “ride the fatigue” concept, but I carefully manage the weights, I have fishing lead 100 grams etc. I use between 6-10 pounds of weight and start with 10 pounds and each set I drop weight so I can manage a mild soreness of “fatigue”.

I also do 200 jelqs with 1 set of bathmate 5 mins.

I’m more focused on length but I don’t have much time, this is all the time I have.

Am I on the right path to become 9 inches in length?

I’m currently on 7.3 inches.
