I actually I think this is something not taken into consideration enough, More so regarding ingesting. If we are taking in the proper vitamins and minerals then we are helping the pe process. Getting our diet right could make a world of difference, Achieving better blood flow, collagen building………
Taking in a quality b complex and adek2 I think would improve things, not just pe but health, exercise, anti ageing, lower estrogen, lower cortisol and so on.
Also growth hormone peptides (natural GH) or GH (synthetic GH), tb500, BPC157 all promote healing, collagen, flexability, proliferation……..
msm, glycine and other aminos help with collagen.
