Not all in one place. I’ve had posts here dating back to 2008 and then posts on the Phalloboards (the site I run for transparency’s sake) off and on about my experiences. I suppose if I can look back a decade here’s what I’ve gathered:3.5” MSEG is undeniable thin. Sorry but not sorry, whether by surgery or manual penis exercises, I was never happy with it. If I didn’t have maximum 100% erection quality, even SNUGGER FIT condoms could occasionally slip. Imagine the embarrassment. Then when I came to this place and other PE forums (MyNewSize for the throwback vets who might remember) around 2008, no matter how sincere the welcome, people couldn’t help but admit that in the end, they would never reveal themselves to a woman/man if they sported my girth. Talk about a punch to the gut. I suppose my length was what kept me sane, 5” BPEL, and 6” BPEL (non-cemented) after months of wet-jelqing & edging.
So I began digging. Pumps, clamps, you name it, I learned it. Mostly here really (which probably explains why the Phalloboards shares a similar template to this site, kind of pays homage). But I couldn’t get this nagging realization out of my head that even the BEST CASE scenario, I’d maybe crack “average” in girth. Remember, I’d have to reach close to 5-ish in girth and I was starting with a wee-3.5! Even more disheartening was the realization that I could spend months, years even, with no guarantees. The guys who started with 5inchers who wanted 6 didn’t have it so bad, and I totally got their motivations… at least it was within reach!
Then came phalloplasty. If women could get bigger boobs, whey can’t guys get fatter cocks, I thought? And when I’d bring up the topic, it was almost always met with hostility… AND RIGHTFULLY SO. Phalloplasty from the 1990’s through the early 2010’s were abysmal at best. Highly invasive procedures wrought with complications and butchery, who in their right mind would consider such a path? Well, a 3.5”er might just crazy enough to.
Around 2007 there was another forum called MyNewSize.com (you can use the WayBackMachine if you’re curious) that was basically the surgical penis enlargement forum of its time. It didn’t take long for it to turn into a shill-factory for a Doctor I won’t name here but let’s just say he’s attempted suing Thundersplace in the past and still somehow performs these insanely risky procedures. Every time there was a negative post about the “good doctor”, it’d go missing. However, all the SUPER HAPPY users wouldn’t show a shred of photo evidence. What was I to do when the information I needed so bad was being sold to the highest bidder?!
(Oh, and there was also the Yahoo Phalloplasty Group and if you remember that you are REALLY A THROW BACK VETERAN!)
So I said F*&% it and created my own forum. Somewhere guys who were either hard-gainers or genuinely under-average, could exchange news & developments in medical penis enlargement without stigma or censorship. It was me, and like 20 other guys, many of whom are/were Thunderplace veterans. This was late 2010 and for me, a last ditched effort at finding “my holy grail.” It wasn’t a commercial entity, it was almost like a self-help blog with other like-minded guys at the time.
2011 comes around and there resurfaces a topic that never gained traction on the MyNewSize site. It was a dermal filler called PMMA that was in use around the world, most notably butts and pectorals/biceps. It was a real wild wild west, when guys started to post that they’ll be “taking one for the team,” traveling to Tijuana to get a material injected into them in what can be crudely described as “micro plexiglass in your dick” (although this is far from a practical description I would later learn). Like a snowstorm into an avalanche, it trended like wildfire on my tiny PE site, with guys reporting 0.75”-1.5” gains after a number of treatments. I knew long-term risks were unknown, but the costs were a fraction of American implants, and so I too said F&#$ it and underwent my first round. Local anesthesia, mild prickly pain, and an hour later a new man. I will say though, I thought 4.5” MSEG (final result, your initial result is swelling AND DOES NOT COUNT) was actually thick. Maybe I was so used to 3.5” that I couldn’t believe men needed more than 4.5”.
Then between 2011 and 2015 I underwent a few more procedures, layering myself up incrementally in size. I retired at 6.3” because any thicker and I’d lose any semblance of “naturalness” that I barely had having gone so big (your glans don’t change size, so there happens to be a dwarfing effect. Men with large glans are very lucky). 6.3” at the base, tapering as best as possible to the glans, and it hasn’t been questioned since (which includes double digit partners). I found women with multiple births having appreciated my girth the most, and non-mothers in early-to-mid 20’s causing me pain, even with lube. I’ve heard comments that my 3.5” would have never heard, like “you made me cum 5 times” etc. I’m over 10 years out from my first injection and I’ve experienced zero complication.
After 2015 it was quite clear. Fillers can and do work. They are not without risk and not every result is picture perfect. The Doctor matters, and the quality/type of filler matters. In this time, PMMA has been joined by arguably more efficacious alternatives like Hyaluronic Acid (HA), Radiesse, Renuva, CMC, and Ellanse. We know a lot more about this stuff then ever before. My forum continues to monitor progress reporting in this regard. Around this time, I also decided to transition the site from a “personal blog & forum” to a commercial entity that sticks to its core mission of providing the most relevant and transparent information on the topic matter.
I do have Sponsors, but not at the expense of my readership. I’ve blacklisted Doctors, and turned down Clinics multiple times. My forum and my readership can vouch for this and the content is all there to see.
By the way, avoid silicone in and around the penis. It might have perfectly valid applications in other areas of the body, cosmetic or otherwise, but I’ve seen too many “bad news posts” to faithfully endorse it.
Crazy to think that when I created my username here 15 years ago, I wasn’t lying. And that’s my story for as concise as I could make 10+ years. Thanks for asking CBateman, I got a chance to go down memory lane :)
