There were no slippages although I had the feeling it would slip out. Perhaps and hopefully only a thing in my head. This is how I do it, am I making a mistake? Got a question, when you put your penis inside the cup, do you first roll back your silicone sleeve onto the penis and then use the ball pump (one I call the grenade :D ) or you pump first and then roll back the sleeve?

Also, just seen your latest comment saying it took you 7 weeks to get to 1kg. You advised I start with 0.5kg for 15 mins then 1kg for 30 mins and then 15 mins with both. Have I misread those?

I roll the sleeve onto my shaft and the use the ball pump for apply vacuum. Remember to tug on the cup during the vacuum process to make sure it doesn’t leak as it slips into place.

Gotta say I really hate the taping part, both before and after. Have a few questions for you guys, did another go today so 4 in a row. Slowly scaling the time, did 40 minutes today.

1) Do you hang while sitting or you stand?
2) Do you do any warming up like in normal PE for example a hot wrap?
3) Does your penis feel cold when you’re done? Does it feel kinda ”lifeless/exhausted”?
4) After a few minutes of hanging, where do you guys find the sleeve has gone on your penis? Is it rolled all the way back, middle or just above the glans? Today I think I was hanging with the end of the sleeve slightly behind my glans - not sure if you understand this question but I wanna know if it matters at all or your penis just has to face the floor with weights on it.
5) While hanging, is your shaft fully ‘expanded’ into the cup or you sometimes find it has slipped a little backwards? Is that a thing of significance too?

No. I do not warm up. My starting weight of ~24oz is my warm up.

Never cold. It’s been wrapped in a heating pad.

The sleeve stays in place completely rolled out on my shaft. I think we are going to need a pic for this one. Post one in your progress log

slipped backwards? This is why I say pull or tug on the vac cup when applying the vacuum. This is a leak check to ensure that everything stays in place.

Wanna complain that it’s been 9 days since I ordered the heatpad and it’s still not even processed lol. Anyways, did day 5 yesterday, first time I hit an hour. 15 mins with 0.5kg, 45 mins with 1kg. There wasn’t a change in my little problem though, very unsure what I’m not doing right but the sleeve moved out of position during hanging again. It didn’t slip out causing me to stop hanging but it definitely moved forward the second I lifted my penis up with the weights. Have no clue what I’m not doing right so that it stays in place even if I put on 50kgs. Anyone care to share their routine while putting it on before hanging? Mine goes like this. I suffer from turtling so I use a silicone cockring (unsure if it helps at all but I have it on), gotta get into a semi first, I tape, usually by the time I’m done I gotta get into a semi again, then I put the glans in the cup and put on the sleeve back to my penis. Then I take the ball pump and pump once or twice. I tug the cup and usually at this stage it doesn’t move although I’m not pulling super hard as I feel I’m going to rip my penis off. Put on the weights and hang. Unsure what I’m messing up, seen on the video at totalman that he uses a string too and sucks on that although I couldn’t understand for what purpose.

You sent the same info in PM. Only answering here.

It sounds like you are doing everything right. You are describing vacuum slippage. Your penis is not turtling when you begin hanging, it is being stretched lengthwise which causes it to get a little thinner when under tension. The result is a bit of vacuum leakage.

I have had this happen to me a few times in the past.

I hope others chime in, but I think you have 2 options.

1. Buy a smaller sleeve. LGHanger has a good selection of sizes.
2. Add a piece of velcro over your sleeve that is snug enough to prevent the leakage. Careful that it’s not too tight. Need to avoid cutting off circulation.

Thank you, very helpful as always. Then again - seems no one can answer that precisely but does it really matter if it slips a bit? Do I need that vacuum for anything else than attaching the penis to the hanger and then hanging? If it doesn’t really matter then I can just go on as I’ve done until now, I wanna be 100% sure though so I don’t cause an injury or simply not get any gains if that would prevent it.

Varna,I would ensure you have the smaller sleeve and extend it to 6 cm or even longer if necessary.

I don’t think being uncircumcised has anything to do with it. I am uncircumcised and don’t have any slippage. I have my taped glans and probably all of the pulled back skin in there. Make sure to use the correct size cup. Initially I thought the cup that I now use was too small. I just got better at packing my glans etc in there.

Someone had shared this post with me on /r/AJelqForYou after I made a post asking about vacuum hanging for two hours straight.

As someone who has been vacuum hanging for 5 to 10 hours a week depending on spare time I have seen virtually no gains. I’ve been following the “aim for 10 hours of hanging time” rule for good deal of time now and progressed my hanging weight from 2.5 lbs up to about 10 lbs but sadly I don’t think I’ve seen any gains. In the past few months I’ve only been having about an hour a day 5 days a week at approximately 10 lbs and I think come 2022 I need to try something new.

But after being so used to hanging that sorta weight I don’t see how this method would be effective for me unless the science behind the heating really is all there is to it. I figure I should still take the entire month of January off to decondition. This method sounds too good to be true but I want to try.

I once had the goal of trying to gain an inch but at this point I would be absolutely thrilled with just half an inch more before I start working on girth.

I would really appreciate any help.

The only guy that I know of with a 10lb hanging history just moved on to US due to lack of results with the FIR pad.
Why wait until January for a decon. Start your decon today and give this a try beginning in February. Given your experience a 6 week decon should be better than a 4 week, yes?

HEAT IS CRUCIAL FOR PENILE ELONGATION!

I would jump right into deconditioning until February, and cut down the weight to around 5 lbs, or following Kyrpa’s calculations on load vs flaccid circumference 1,5 cm behind the glans.
A week into conditioning, then incremental loading and 30 to 45 minutes of heated stretching with the desired weight. Don’t forget to add just a tad more during the cooldown phase, which is usually around 2-5 minutes, but may be prolonged to 10 minutes for greater cementing of those hard earned gains.

Given the characteristics of the heating pad both me and 5,5 are using, you can expect a performance drop to around 40-50% when directly comparing it with ultrasound. However, bear in mind that you can mitigate the drop either by hanging for longer, or adding weight, which can turn to be /and that’s my bet/ counterproductive to gains.

On a side note, don’t forget to test out if the measuring unit /in my case a hard plastic ruler/ and its results are transferred in real life. Have sex, masturbate, feel the change. It has, so far, been positive in my world, after gaining around 2 cm of BPFSL and 1 cm of BPEL before shifting my schedule so much that I am giving up the progressive overload and entering a hiatus until the end of January.

Also, keep track of you PI and EQ. I found out no problems for my reproductive system to function, apart from some red spots and a bruise from hand squeezes. However, your mileage may vary greatly.

Rest, enjoy life, fuck the brains out of someone, and prepare for at least three cycles of elongation in 2022, which, I hope for me and you, would yield the same if not better than 5,5’s marvelous gains over the course of his PE endeavors with FIR heating pads.

Thank you for responding. I will start deconditioning now. I’ve been using pennies in 50 cent rolls placed into one of those large 34.5 ish OZ nut containers from the grocery. But I think for this method I’ll need weight a bit more precise and easier to move in and out of the jar then the 50 cent rolls.

I was looking at ankle weights like this one https://www.ama … /dp/B0747ZTVML/ where each weight is .55 lbs. What’s a good alternative?

And I’ll definitely need to buy a new heating pad as the one I have is far too large for this method and I have no idea what the heat settings are. It was just a cheap one from the pharmacy. I was looking at the recommended TherMedic one on Amazon but could only find the 7x4 inch one and not the 6x3 inch one. https://www.ama … /dp/B016ZKBY8A/ But my BPFSL is a little over 8 inches so the 7x4 may work. Any recommended alternatives?

I’ll probably need to get a pulley system so I can hang straight out which sounds preferable to me than standing up and straight down and BTC probably won’t work with the balls and heating pad getting in the way of each other.

My last concern is that I’m using the AutoExtender VacHanger3 which I absolutely love because of the ingenious (IMO at least) vacuum cone design which has made putting the device on and taking it off SO easy. Is there any reason this method wouldn’t work with the VacHanger3? The vacuum cone sits behind the glans and is about 2 inches long and with the vacuum cup on about half an inch to a full inch of the vacuum cone is just sitting outside the vacuum cup. So I should have all my gear arriving very soon. Ordered the total man hanging kit and got the thermedic qpu52 heating pad.

Stupid question… are you wrapping the pad with the length running down the shaft, or are you wrapping the length of the pad around? Lengthwise running down the shaft the pad doesn’t make it all the way around. I wasn’t sure if wrapping the other way and overlapping the pad on itself was recommended or not.
