I do not own a vac-hanger and past efforts with VAC-ADS have been rather painful, but if it’s the way to go with this method I’ll have to go with that.
I’m very much deconditioned after years off, so want to make sure I do this correctly for some easy gains.
Thanks in advance.
While I’m not as knowledgeable as others I don’t believe this would work with a compression hanger.
With a vac hanger or extending or even ADS type set up you can potentially wear the device non stop for at least an hour and even longer if your unit can handle the weight without anything bad happening. For example, if I recall correctly, 5.5 does 90 minutes of vacuuming hanging straight in which the middle 30 to 60 minutes are using the infrared heating pad.
With a compression hanger like Bib’s I believe it is advised to never go more than 10-20 minutes at a time.
An ultra sound device MAY be able to work with a compression hanger since ultra sound is capable of heating faster and more effectively. From what I’ve been reading the absolute best set up would be vacuum hanging plus ultra sound but not everyone such as myself wants to deal with an ultra sound device, then the runner up would be vacuum hanging with an far infrared heating device preferably a heating pad like the one 5.5 has shared.

Of course it is. I knew the second I bought the TotalMan one that the Thermedic one would be back in stock. Well I can wait until we hear back from TotalMan about your question to them. And if all else fails I’ll just buy the TherMedic one.
