I have a barbell, weights, a power rack, a bench, plywood and a horse stall mat for deadlifts in the basement. I’ll get started on December 4th full throttle but maybe before that get a few movements in. I like the idea.

EQ on the edging was better, got a better night sleep, still catching up.

Yesterday activity level - Zero was too cold to walk and I was blown out after work. My staff dropped the ball big time and I spent the day putting out fires. They are aware. There is a staff member who has been drinking 3-4 drinks a day recently most days of the week and it affects her mood and cognition. That she reveals her consumption shows the lack of self awareness. I would not hire her today. She has a part time job and they asked her to be an assistant manager there. Warmer weather will get some walking in and the hunting starts tomorrow, which is mostly hiking over rough terrain, it is vigorous activity for sure, it’s only three weeks and then a couple of follow up scouting hikes and that’s it and we’ll get back to the weights. Not feeling the hunt this year but I like being out in nature and maybe I’ll appreciate it when I’m out there. Really have my mind on the 12/4 start date for the weightlifting. I want to get my muscles back.

I like Saturday night hookups because with the next day being Sunday I can relax and the girl knows I want her around that night. After the next round of treating the discoloration and exfoliation, we will get back to the tube but very carefully to avoid discoloration.

After the observed size this past weekend we don’t need anymore size for sure, so I just want to take the pump to the realize the maximum expansion available - had not plateaued yet and then switch to an EQ focus and then just maintenance.

I have a vision of optimizing things next year, EQ, physical condition, mindset and intimacy. All the good things.

We had seen a tepid response for a few days which I attribute to a lack of sleep. I could use more sleep but 6.5-7 hours is all I seem to manage but it’s solid. Yesterday activity level: 3.5 mile hike with a pack over difficult terrain. It was a day of robust physical activity, felt like I got a workout in. It was good to be in the woods and away from life for a day.

Do you have any before (or before and after) photos of the discolouration? I’d like to see if it’s the same sort of thing I have… an overall darkening of the skin on the shaft. I think mine was caused by clamping, so I’ve cut right back on that lately. It’s been there for about 3 months now though… I think I’m going to give this lightening treatment a go.

Shaft tissues were treated enough again to exfoliate and the discoloration appears resolved. There is a small bit of discoloration on the underside by the frenulum that I could spot treat but does not concern me. At this point I just want to moisturize the tissues for 3-10 days before resuming the pump.

Today the hunt is rained out so plan to make this a day to rehydrate, workout and follow the meal plan.

I did not take pictures of the discoloration.

Yesterday activity level:

Walk 1X1.3 miles, ~ 1 hour in the gym upper body. Was planning on doing more but felt tired from the lack of sleep. Took a 1 hour nap.

With Halloween here I had extra sugar and I have to say it really makes me feel bad. I think I maybe am not clearing it as efficiently and I’m not as active so I’m going to reduce the desert quantity by a quarter based on weight. The rest of the diet is pretty clean. I used to have no sugar maybe get back to that.

Staff is taking some time, so I’m closing the office for 4 days next week. I’ll get 10 days of vigorous hiking over the next 2 and a half weeks starting Wednesday. And then slowly get back to the weights. They were surprised I would just close it down I told them I need a fucking break. Vacations are important and I haven’t had one. I’ve just been white knuckling it and that is not good.

I had a colleague approach me about a new venture, I said I would listen and I’m sure it will be compelling, but I’m just being polite. You never know maybe I can give a 1 year commitment but truth is I don’t want to work anymore. Except for a side hustle that I have going and I will keep and that will be plenty to keep my mind working.

Been doing well with the hydration. Polished off the 2 quart pitcher yesterday and had 3 more glasses of water. At work I’ve doubled my intake from 14 ounces to 28 ounces. I think this regimen supports greater hydration.

Had a hookup this weekend and it was fine, but I do think it is fucked up that my interest in intimacy has been crowded out by so much noise.

Kept the pressure at the halfway mark and unfortunately even at that low pressure petechiae formed. So not sure how to proceed. Maybe I’ll try one notch less which would be 1.875 in/hg as there are 8 increments to 5 in/hg and or maybe 2 X 5 minute sessions instead of three. If I can’t find a way maybe I’ll take an extended period of time off from the pump like 3 months and then restart. I don’t want to deal with the discoloration again I just got that cleared up,
If I do I’ll start a new general improvement log and come back to this one down the road.

Had a hell of a time getting into that 1,75" metric based tube it’s definitely too damned small but packing helps minimize the red dots so we need to stick with that.

Pretty disappointing.

Going to go back on the meal plan today, the hiking we are starting tomorrow will support leaning up so no reason not to get that going.

Decided yesterday to make staffing changes, it’s creating way too much unnecessary stress dealing with someone’s undisciplined moods.

So the discoloration dissipated and I thought I would check a lighter pressure and 2 sessions instead of 3 and still got the red dots. So I have no choice but to wait now for 10 days and see.

I may not be able to do anything about the discoloration. I’m not sure it’s a conditioning issue, I may just be prone.

Knowing that I can treat the discoloration makes me think that at some point I’ll just go for it knowing that once I pack the tube that will limit it. Thing is the girl commented on it and now that it’s resolved she will notice if it develops again.

She’ll be back in Europe for a couple months next June. I could always wait and run it then. But for now I’ll give it10 days and test the lower pressure once I give it some time.

I think the edging is surprisingly effective especially like this where it is a very short effort so that things are not overworked. I need to study the subject matter at some point though.
