Ten minutes to half an hour, depending on number of reps and rest periods. You could do them while waiting for dinner to cook, laundry, or listening to the babbling idiocy of what’s promoted as "news" on TV.

I have a barbell, weights, a power rack, a bench, plywood and a horse stall mat for deadlifts in the basement. I’ll get started on December 4th full throttle but maybe before that get a few movements in. I like the idea.

Fast Edge

EQ on the edging was better, got a better night sleep, still catching up.

Yesterday activity level - Zero was too cold to walk and I was blown out after work. My staff dropped the ball big time and I spent the day putting out fires. They are aware. There is a staff member who has been drinking 3-4 drinks a day recently most days of the week and it affects her mood and cognition. That she reveals her consumption shows the lack of self awareness. I would not hire her today. She has a part time job and they asked her to be an assistant manager there. I think she revealed that to me knowing her job performance has been slipping, plus other comments seem to confirm it. The clients love her though.

Warmer weather will get some walking in and the hunting starts tomorrow, which is mostly hiking over rough terrain, it is vigorous activity for sure, it’s only three weeks and then a couple of follow up scouting hikes and that’s it and we’ll get back to the weights. Not feeling the hunt this year but I like being out in nature and maybe I’ll appreciate it when I’m out there. Really have my mind on the 12/4 start date for the weightlifting. I want to get my muscles back.

I like Saturday night hookups because with the next day being Sunday I can relax and the girl knows I want her around that night. IMO though once a week is not enough, not from a physical standpoint or a mindset. I never thought I would find myself here but I have allowed for sex to get pushed down the list of priorities.

The exfoliation is over and the discoloration is largely resolved but I will treat one more time. As far as moisturizers I thought the Vaseline intensive care was really good. as was the plain mineral oil. I was planning to use the mineral oil in the tube but it seems a little thick to me compared to the Silicone so we’ll see how that goes. My perception is that the Astroglide X which is pure silicone will be hard to beat and it is readily sourced from Walmart for an okay price. I have received feedback that there are better options so I remain open to that.

After the next round of treating the discoloration and exfoliation, we will get back to the tube but very carefully to avoid discoloration.

After the observed size this past weekend we don’t need anymore size for sure, so I just want to take the pump to the realize the maximum expansion available - had not plateaued yet and then switch to an EQ focus and then just maintenance.

I have a vision of optimizing things next year, EQ, physical condition, mindset and intimacy. All the good things.

We had seen a tepid response for a few days which I attribute to a lack of sleep. I could use more sleep but 6.5-7 hours is all I seem to manage but it’s solid. For sure we have been experiencing more nocturnal erections which has been requiring me to change sleep position. Yesterday activity level: Walking 1X1.3 miles - not much.

Just make sure to coat the glans tissues with a protective barrier after applying the product so that those tissues are protected from any migration of the brightening serum onto the glans. I have been using unscented mineral oil on the glans tissues with good effect. A 16 ounce bottle was $2.89 at Walmart.

Yesterday activity level - Walk 1X1.3 miles; 2 mile hike over difficult terrain with a pack.

Not on a meal plan now I usually loose weight during the hunting period although I did not take as much time this year.

Slept a good amount last night although a bit choppy. I think the hunting does provide some distraction - good for the mind to get a reprieve. The only thing is the angst of needing to get to the weight room.

Looking forward to Saturday for some afternoon delight.
